The grin Mmur wore faltered slightly when the demon took the horseman's hands in his, but it was back momentarily. He liked being helpful, even if it involved grabbing and... space pocket watches?
He peeked at the others who had joined them while his brain tried to make sense of it all. A lady of Conquest, what appeared to be a student, and, oh hey, an alchemist! Mmur watched the planty fellow scout around the area. Something about him seemed familiar somehow, and not only because they were all so squished together these days. It
would be fun to see about taking this watch apart once they found it, but their new acquaintance didn't have to know about that just yet.
"Space powered," he pondered, turning back to Time Out and taking his hands again. This was what being friendly was all about. Questions and hand holding. Ah. Mmur had no idea what a watch powered by space itself might look like, so he tossed another couple of questions out there rather than deal with that issue.
"And it fits into your pocket? Which pocket? Maybe it left some residue we can use to track it!" Watch juice or something.
