Home to the brother hood of steel this bunker is 5 miles big making it an impressive bunker. this bunker is tucked away in a secret group of hills and mountains in the middle of the desert.

The trip was long and and lonesome when john finally arrived back at the secret bunker to the brother hood. john opened a comms channel with the base. "i have traveled across sand, forest, mountain, and city but i will always return home to my family." once john had spoken there was a loud rumbling as some rocks moved revealing a hanger for vehicles. " Welcome home paladin john." john smiled at his tittle and the rock moved back into place. john parked the humvee and the initiates came out and took the equipment from johns humvee to help the bunker.

John began to walk down the many passages of tunnels that ran around the bunker. nearing the cafe john was tackled to the floor by a girl in a hood.john was dizzy for a second before sitting up and seeing the girl attached to his chest plate. " good to see you again veronica" at the mention of her name veronica looked up at john with here green eyes." John its so good to see your alive"she said both there armor grinding up against the other." you to veronica" john said helping her up . both brotherhood of steel paladins walked to the cafe to get a bite to eat.

The time in the cafe passed quickly for both john and veronica. first veronica bombarded john with at least a million questions about the outside world. John had answered all of them to the best of his ability. from the cafe john and veronica walked through the hallways heading toward the main war room. john stopped right outside the room and turned to veronica. " Oh veronica i almost forgot since today iss your birthday i wanted you to have this." john said pulling out a black box which veronica took. "Oh John."she gasped as she took a gold necklace with the symbol of the brother hood at the bottom. " its beautiful" she exclaimed. she put the necklace on " i hope it's not to much cause i made it in my spare.... john was cut off when veronica kissed his cheek and instantly brought out a blush on his cheeks. " it's perfect john thank you" with that she left entering the war room. john shook his head his blush disappearing as he too followed entering the War room.

John took as seat around a Holo table next to veronica and next to the elder.Form the people there john could tell this was going to be a very important meeting. "ok a** you all know the bunker is running low on supplies.I have decided that now would be the best time to attack. Word has spread around the bunker that there will be a large assault on the target by the undead. This distraction will give enough time for us to move in and secure the building. Both rhino and eagle teams are going to knock out the air field nearby." the elder touched the holo grams and two blue dots appeared advancing toward the nearby airfield. " when its time to attack both teams will be given the signal to attack." a yellow light appeared at the air field meaning it was taken down. " From there the rest of the brother hood will attack the pentagon through the sewers getting as close as we can before coming up and initiating the assault. Are there any questions?"the elder asked and john raised his hand."yes paladin gram" john lowered his hand and stood up. " Sir what exactly are we going to be attacking?" john asked as he had no clue . The elder stopped and looked around the room knowing the others where asking themselves that same question. then after a minute the elder spoke " we will be attacking the Pentagon"

The hours passed quickly as John and Veronica began to move through the base they had little time together and they would only have a hour to spend with each other before the assault.this small window wound up with John and Veronica together in johns room. The hour passed as they had been left alone. When a knock came and both of them instantly sat up from johns cot. Pulling on his boxers John walked to the door and found a initiate standing there. "um sir the convoy will be leaving soon" the initiate managed to get a look in the room and saw Veronica over covered with a sheet. " sorry sir" the initiate instantly took off down the tunnel and John closed the door. "so where we're we" John said walking over to Veronica and kissing her neck and pushing her down back onto the cot
