Name of Summon: Abura
Summoning: Insect, Praying Mantis
Abilities: Razor Sharp Scythes, Flys(More of a glide)
How did you acquire the summon? Abura was the main reason for the Aburame clan's existance. Kaizuru stumbled upon Abura the day of his birth. His parents placed Kaizuru in the forest for his protection while they were slaughtered by criminal Nin. Kai was nurtured by the insect Abura and in return he feeded off of Kai's chakra. In this way the Aburame Clan was made with their symbiotic relationship with insects. Once Kai was discovered Abura watched from the distance. Keeping his eye on Kai until he was old enough to make the contract.

The only problem I have with this is that summons can't change their size. Using canon examples, there are mostly dependent on how much chakra is used for size changes. Toads, for example, smallest amount summons a tadpole and the largest summons Gamabunta. Take out that small detail and it's yours.
