Recently people all around me have been getting PMs saying they are banned and you need to send all your information. The thing is that they never ask for people's passwords in a PM. Becareful when you get one of these PMs, look for the oddly colored name to see if it's an admin, check their spelling (I had someone claiming to be an account manager, but they spelled mamager wrong. This is pretty much a warning out there for those new at Gaia

Fūma Kotarō and Tsuruhime…
i had gotten one of those once XD they basically said 'give me all this or your account will be banned in 3 hours!' username, pass, irl name, address and more. don't know about the rest cuz i was all LOLNO and clicked Report PM plus, the message had been sent 4 hours earlier, while i was in SCHOOL. AND we had an 'internet safety' assembly that day. wanna say bad timing? XD i looked up his profile: user was 3 days old. either he was a noob or he had been banned before. either way, i wasn't falling for it
then Lianna had a PM where the guy said 'lotsa money. give me your password.' he got reported, too she didn't check his, though
Bestest/craziest/strangest couple ever

I've gotten three or four of those xD The reaction you get from them when you know it's fake is hilarious. It's like they get all a** hurt and pout. Sometimes, it's common sense, though. With the way some of the peoples' avi's are dressed, you can tell they aren't an admin, and the color of their username. And, of course, the spelling xD

It is kinda funny, I once got one of those, I'm kinda glad that gaia has added that new option to make it so only IP addresses you allow can access your account. Makes much harder for people that only ask for username and passwords razz
