As the days progressed and the summer time was beginning to draw to a close (and the next school year lingering just around the corner, much to her dismay), Sailor Tsui had taken an exceptional liking to her nightly patrols, as she was certain that once school had started that she'd be limiting her 'extracurricular' activities. So, she might as well enjoy the school-free patrols now while she still had the chance. And as each day passed, she felt the wounds from the ambush beginning to heal completely, though not all of them were physical (and even the physical ones were nothing compared to those that had either been killed outright or worse, corrupted). No, the emotional wounds were taking their sweet ol' time to heal, and she knew that no matter how many youma she dusted or lieutenants she might have chased off, nothing could make the healing go by faster. Except, perhaps, the company of friends, or allies. Perhaps making contact to those that had survived and fought alongside her. She had already seen Pasiphae and Kallichore, but she had fought alongside a certain knight, one that had managed to stave off various attacks with his shield, despite his broken arm, and had helped Tsui rescue that senshi towards the end of the fight. She tried to recall his name, but damn her memory and the thrill of the fight interfering with that. A knight of that caliber should NOT have been forgotten, and Tsui was determined to find him, somehow. If she could simply pinpoint how strong and comforting his aura had felt during that battle, maybe she'd be able to find him now? It was worth a try, at least... So it was no wonder that Tsui was quickly approaching the end of her 'turf', and while her senses were on high alert for any passing youma, lieutenant or DMC, she tried to pinpoint a single Order aura, one that was fitting for the knight that had helped her and so many others that night. 'Maybe I can move more in city... maybe near the library and start my search from there?'It was worth a try, in the very least. So, off Tsui went, heading in the direction of the library but not looking for a single book... only a knight with a shield.

Anthony Darrow had locked the library up for the night, and taken Dogby home for the evening. It wasn't much of a trip, and he returned to the library to start his patrol, as he always did. There was something comforting in the routine, starting his patrol from the library. The place he had first powered up at, and where he conducted meetings and was so important in his civilian life.
Maybe he was sentimental.
Camelot had already been yelled at a few times for powering up while his arm was still healing, but he told himself he wasn't really patrolling. He was looking for other Order energy signatures, not for Chaos. he didn't want a fight, he just wanted to talk to others, see how things were going.
He hated being useless.
He felt an aura soon after powering up, glancing down at the street below and wondering if it would pass under him. He was on the roof of the library, and decided to drop down to the pavement just in case. It was a jump he was familiar with now, and wasn't scared of hurting himself, though he was careful not to jar his arm if he could avoid it.

Tsui liked to think that she was more than capable of detecting auras, whether they be Order or Chaos, by now, but it seemed that the young Tiger still had much to learn, as someone had managed to get the drop on her again. Tsui immediately spun around to face the adversary, only to not only find an ally, but a familiar one at that. What luck did Tsui have to see the knight with the shield once again! She was so pleased with her luck that she couldn't even pretend to be angry with him for getting the drop on her. "Hey, it's good to see you again!" Tsui wasted no time with introductions, moving towards the knight and extending an eager hand towards him. She didn't know if her straightforward approach would startle him or anything, but that's just how Tsui was. "I'm not sure if you remember me from the ambush, but you really helped me and that Senshi that was hiding beneath the tables." She forgot if she ever introduced herself by name at the battle, but there was always a chance to make up for that now. "I'm Sailor Tsui, Senshi of Tigers. Are you are?"

Camelot looked thoughtful, though he knew the girl did look familiar for one reason or another. When she explained where he'd seen her from, though, he nodded his head and his eyes light up with the memory. As bad as that whole battle had been, at least he had managed to help a few senshi out, and had made some new friends to boot.
And had stored a lot of new faces in his data banks, which were sometimes hard to sift through. He did remember her, though.
He offered her his and, though he hesitated because he had broken his arm and it was still healing. He did shake her hand, though, pretending there was nothing wrong. It did remind him to take some painkillers, though.
"My name is Camelot, Knight of Earth," he said jovially. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Tsui. At least properly, and under less... strained... circumstances. Did you make it out of the fights alright? I mean, not too injured?" He imagined they had all left with some bumps and bruises.

"Yeah, it was pretty crazy, and that's saying a lot coming from me. I like crazy... sometimes," Tsui said, taking that hand without hesitation and only noticing the cast when she had felt it within her fingers. She looked down at his and her eyes went wide, and though she was not the screamish type (she's always had her fair share of injuries though thankfully never a broken limb), she couldn't hold back her initial reaction and the sudden meekness in her voice as she asked. "Um, did you injure your arm during the ambush? That wasn't from when you helped me out, was it?" Tsui tried to hide down any guilt that she felt, if only to keep herself from panicking in front of the knight. He had seen her towards the end of the fight, when the combination of Polaris' and Iris' involvement had snapped her back to her senses, but she didn't want Camelot, or anyone, to see that side of her again, that raw, rage-induced bloodthirst that she was surprised she even had. No, she wanted others to think of her as strong, capable, as an ally that they could count on, and she hoped that she had left that impression on Camelot, at least. If not, then she'd always have the chance to try again. "Me? Nah... got a bit of a swollen lip when Remarque decked me right in the face. I kind of deserved it, though," Tsui admitted, bringing a hand to her lip to access the damage and thankful that most of it was going down. "And some bruises and cuts here and there, but nothing that could tame this tiger." She left out her wounded pride and trust, as she was certain that everyone had felt that way during the fight. Her pride was slowly recovering from the ordeal, and with it her ego, and now she wanted to ask the strong knight a few questions. "So, how long have you been a knight, Camelot? You seem like you're well versed in your duties and got a good head on your shoulders... have you ever thought of training others?"

"Ah, no... that was a gift from the General King," he said, shaking his head. He pulled his arm back sheepishly, patting it with his good hand. It was healing well enough, though the damn thing itched like crazy and he hated it. When he was home with his wife he was constantly whining, so much so that his corgi, Dogby, often started whining as well.
He was pretty sure she was mocking him.
He didn't add that his arm had been broken for most of the fight. He felt stupid for getting himself hurt, and his pride was still roiling over it, though he had sworn since that fight to pay better attention to more important things. His pride was not what he was fighting for.
Smiling, he nodded. He was always surprised when he saw how strong Senshi could be. How resilient and determined they were, well beyond their years. He often pitied them for their age, and hated that kids were the primary soldiers in this meaningless war, but they always proved to him that they were stronger than he allowed himself to see. Still, he did not want to see it, if he could have his way.
There wouldn't be need.
"A while now," he said, trying to think. Well over a year, he was fairly certain of that at least. But he had known about the battles even as a civilian, and had done what he could to help without power. He felt like it had been much longer than that.
"I do what I can to help those that need me... either by defending them, or teaching what I can. Or simply just being available to them, should they need someone. I offer my service to you, as well." He smiled. He was a knight, and it was his duty to serve. Camelot put himself to employ not just for Princesses, but anyone that needed a knight.

"Well, if that's a gift, then I think that someday, you should consider returning it," Tsui said, looking at the arm and sneering at the thought of the General King. She did not know him, personally, nor did she recall seeing him during the ambush, but she suspected that with the title of 'General King' that this fellow was one powerful Negaverse officer, as well as high ranking one as well. In truth, coming out of a fight with someone of that rank with only a broken arm only proved just how touch and capable this Knight truly was, and that only made Tsui even more envious of him. "I can take care of myself, for the most part," Tsui said, perhaps too much of her pride being evident but hoping that she didn't sound like she was bragging too much. "But it's always good to know that we have an ally to watch our backs. I'm not sure if your knights get the respect you deserve for helping us out, but still, I'd figure I'd show my gratitude, and maybe even return the favor. I'm not sure what I can do, but I want to help the knights out somehow. Maybe teach some how to fight, or at LEAST defend themselves... so that there's no repeat of last time." The ambush was still fresh in Tsui's mind, and she could not forget the page that was murdered before her very eyes. Had he known how to fight, how to defend himself, then... she tried to hide the anger in her voice, not wanting to think they she was directing it towards him in any way. "Senshi shouldn't just rely on the knights to defend them, but if a knight's duty is to defend, then don't you think they need to know how to defend themselves as well? I'm willing to help, I just don't know where to start..."

"Everyone must take care of themselves sometimes. And most of us just want to prove that we can. But there are always those that would fight for us, and with us, and we'll need them as well. We are all in this battle, regardless of how or why we fight. I guess I just want to see as many people survive, in the end, as possible."
He smiled and looked a little sad. But her words made him nod and he even bowed a little bit.
"I appreciate that. Allies are sometimes harder to come by than one might want, or think. But it's terrible things like that fight that remind us just how strong we can be. You were very brave, and I know you're strong. Knight or Senshi would benefit from your help."
He hadn't known how many there were, how many lacked the strength to defend themselves. He felt the same anger, even at himself, for not doing more for them. There were many lives lost, on either side of the battle, and it was heartbreaking to the Knight of Earth.
But it steeled him. It gave him more to fight for. Or at least it reminded him of how much there was.
"I think a knight has to find his or her own way, whether it's to defend or fight for themselves. The same is true of senshi. Anyone that's just waking up and finding this impossibly large world they're suddenly fighting for is going to be overwhelmed. If you want to help, find allies that need help, that are new, that are struggling. Share everything you know with them. A weapon we can't utilize enough is knowledge, and the more experienced the soldier, the more they have to share. It's up to us, those who know, to help those that don't."

Normally Tsui could have indulged in the ill-advised feeding of her ego, but perhaps she was still recovering from the recent turn of events to really allow any compliments that she might have received soaked in. In fact, she felt rather guilty about the compliments, and though Kallichore had told her that it was normal to feel such guilt, especially after an experience like that, she did not like that sensation. Not at all. But what was the point of moping about those that she could not save if she allowed it to cloud her efforts to save the new ones? Better to ask for forgiveness and work to prevent anymore catastrophes in the future than to waste time moping about what cannot be changed. "Well, that's the thing. I don't really know much of anything besides fighting. I... kind of missed my chance to explore the Moon when we were brought there after the battle, so what valuable information I could have gotten from there will simply have to wait until another time." Tsui admitted, allowing that to be one of her biggest regrets. Too much time crying and moping about the ambush that she didn't take the time to explore, but again, what good would it do her to mope about that now? The past was the past; Sailor Tsui was simply more of a 'in the now' kind of gal. "Well, even if all I know how to do is fight, then it'll be to keep the others safe. If you see any pages, or Senshi that need someone to fight for them, send them my way, Camelot. Or if you need any assistance, then you can call on me for help. I'm just a basic Senshi now, but I'll get stronger." It was a promise, and if Tsui wasn't already determined to get stronger for her own selfish sake, then she'd have to get stronger for the sake of the ones that needed the help.

Camelot nodded his head and smiled.
"As long as you know there are others that will help you, too, when you need it, as you do your part to help others. It's a two way street, of course. You need to be strong and have faith in yourself, so you can help guide others."
The man looked at the young senshi and smiled, patting her on the shoulder. She had an ally, at least, that had faith in her strength and conviction and would do so even when her own confidence faltered. He didn't know she had any doubt, not really, but it hardly mattered to him whether she needed him right then or a decade from then.
He took a step back and gave her a proper bow, his cape on his arm as he bent before her.
"I should get myself home, I think, before I get in trouble for being out with my broken arm. Again. You should go home and rest, before you take on the world again tomorrow."

It was definitely a boost of confidence for Tsui, and any doubt that she might have felt in herself was simply gone. Perhaps that was Camelot's secret ability, to inspire confidence in others, even ones that really didn't need the help like Tsui. She gave a bow of her own, trying her best to remain respectful and hoping she didn't come off as mocking to his chivalry. "I'll do my absolute best. Trust me, I have no plans of letting anyone down, ever again. That's a promise!" Tsui said that last part with her usual vigor, and she wasted no time in her own departure. It was a relief to see the knight again and she was certain that the two of them would meet up again in the future, as dependable comrades in arms. Tsui would never let an ally down again, and she was determined to keep that promise. 'To do so, I need to be stronger, like Kallichore and Camelot.'
