The Moderators of NEARE
Listed below are the different jobs run by the Vice-Captains and the Crew Members of our beloved guild. If you are at any time feeling confused, please feel free to contact any one of these people for help. Just don't bug the guild Captain too much, because he is usually very very busy.

◘ - This person is responsible for keeping an eye over the entirety of the Guild, and may fill each position in when he/she feels the need to. His/Her say is final.

◘ The Approvals are an essential part of the guild. They make sure the flow of people in the guild have everything needed in their profiles and customs, and assure that nothing that comes into RP will every be God Mod
Vice Captain on Duty: •
◘ This person is in charge of all Approvals. This ranges between: Demons. Bloodlines. Custom Weapons/Puppets. Custom Kekkei Genkai. Custom Jutsu. Profiles. Etc. These people may be helped by one person of who they may choose for a Crew position, if they feel the need to have one. These people are also known to do checks on all of the things they check.
(Only the Vice-Captain on Duty, and the Captain have the right to approve Demon applications.)
Crew Helper: •
◘ This person has equal say to the Head, but is to only really help out when they see that the Head isn't Online, or is having troubles deciding.

◘ The Fight Mods are responsible for keeping watch over every spar, and every fight that may go on in the guild. Essentially, they watch for God Modding, Auto-Hits, Meta-gaming, and the like. In the end, they determine who is the winner. Only the Vice-Captain on Duty is allowed to determine if the Winner is allowed to take the life of the other's RPC.
Vice Captain on Duty: •
◘ The Fight Mod is in charge of judging and deciding the outcome of fights as well as any matters that are brought to them. If they are in a battle of their own and they need to get a judge in, they will contact the helper. Cannot be biased. If a bias decision is seen and reported, you will lose your job, after a process of votes among the members to see what they think.
Crew Helper: •
◘ Your job is the same as the Heads. If you are contacted, then you are the one who will judge the fight. You may also put in a secondary decision/thought if you'd like to point something out or go against the Head's decision if you think it isn't proper.

◘ The Exam Heads are in charge of Organizing all Exams, and the Areas they will take place in. They will be responsible for watching over all those taking the exams, and any and all rules that will be in place during the Exams
Vice Captain on Duty: •
◘ This Head is in charge of the Chunin Exams. You decide when they are, where they are, and what the people's tasks are and how to do them. A simple job, though your helper is there to aid you.

◘ This person is in charge of helping out the Exam Head at every corner, helping them with brain storming for ideas as well as helping out with set up.

◘ Graphics are an important part of the guild. They show people that we are legit, and we want members. These people will be responsible for the beautifying of the guild with their great pictures.
Vice Captain on Duty: •
◘ This person is in charge of creating a fresh, hot, new banners for the Guild. They also will be charged with a few tasks given to them, some small and some big. Since there are a lot of things that will need graphics, they have a helper.
Crew Helper: •
◘ This person is in charge of taking a load off of the Head's work load, and giving a second opinion on some of the things that the Head does, before the Head submits the final draft to the Guild.

◘ The Member's Liason is responsible for Voicing the thoughts of the members of the guild. They will be the people responsible for taking polls on different Ideas, and either being the good guy, or the bad guy in different arguments that may take place in the guild.
Vice Captain on Duty: • Little Mintchan
◘ This person gives the say on Bans, Temp-Bans, and is in charge of Recruitment. They are required to keep the Guild growing. They can create games and contests to help out with getting Members, so long as it is positive. A helper can be decided if needed.
