An enormous library located within the Uchiha Compund. Contains information on every jutsu known to man and also the complete history of every major shinobi village. The long dead Orochimaru's research, described in great detail, can be found in the restricted section. Also the forbidden jutsu are found there too. Only Uchiha shinobi, who areof Genin rank or higher and obtained at least first stage of the sharingan are allowed access to the restricted section. That's only the section that has to do with Orochimaru's research too. To gain access to the section with information on forbidden and S ranked jutsu one must be an Uchiha of Jounin rank or higher, and have a fully matured sharingan.

Miharu Uchiha
Miharu Uchiha enters the large library, smiling broadly. She had just become a Genin and damn it she was proud of herself! After so many years of training and working to become stronger and stronger, it was a relief to know that none of her efforts had been in vain. Anyways, now that she was finally a Genin, she could get to that research she'd been wanting to do. Normally she'd commemorate this great day by pranking one of her many friends, but this was important.
The first thing Miharu does after entering the library, is search for a certain book. A book she knew very well. This book was all about a certain man named Orochimaru, who had died a long time ago. It told of all of his experiments, but not in any detail. So, setting the book down on a table Miharu heads towards the restricted section of the library, showing her headband wrapped around her neck to the Chuunin standing guard, her eyes quickly flashing red then back to blue in proof that she is actually an Uchiha.
It takes at least an hour of searching, but finally a very frustrated Miharu makes her way back to her table, her second book in hand. Sitting down, she picks up the first book she had left there earlier and flips through it towards the part about Orochimaru's curse marks, which described what each of them did, but only that. After reading about the different Curse Seals, and what they did, Miharu nods to herself, confirming that she was right and it was indeed the Curse Seal of Heaven that she was interested in learning more about. So opening the second book, the one from the restricted section, she activates her sharingan so that she can read it.

Miharu Uchiha
Miharu yawns, tired, as she finally finishes her research. Smiling slightly, she closes it and checks it, and the other book out. "At this rate I'll have the Cursed Seak finished before I become a Chuunin! I'm so smart. Can't believe that idiot Orochimaru gave the seal by BITING people. No wonder so many died the human mouth is filled with germs," miharu thinks to herself as she leaves the library, hearing what sounded like a storm. As she leaves the library, a water spear falls right in front of her. It was only thanks to her still activated sharingan that she managed to jump back inside and avoid being hit. What was this? Was the village being attack? After the last water spear drops, Miharu leaves the building and runs into the village, moving as fast as she can. She heard sounds of fighting. That was bad, she'd have to help evacuate some of the civilians and younger children.
