First, use a spell that banishes demons and deafens others unless they're highly resilient.
Second, send in your psychopathic halfling manchild to fight. Watch as one of the enemy spellcasters uses suggestion and he can't obey 'cause he was deafened by his ally's spell.
Using friendly fire to your advantage. Priceless.
