Please update your special / Shikai / Bankai / Zenkai / Resurreccion / Segunda Etapa skills with a Power Level.
Make sure you include this in your post if you do use one of your own attacks / defense skills.
The Power Level Gauge (PL for short) is an indicator of the strength. The Attack Levels will be rated out of 10, so the larger the number the more powerful the attack is, while the Defense Levels will be rated out of 5. Make sure you read the whole topic to understand the concept. Including the newly update kidou / reiatsu-based section! Apologies for being confusing, if you have any complaints or questions, feel free to ask in either the Question/Complaints thread or PM me.

Quick Description of Defense Levels:
● The defense gauge is an indicator of the strength of a defense skill. It will be rated out of 5, so the larger the number the stronger the defense is. You must follow the guidelines below & you must add them to your post if you engage in a defensive skill; i.e. Cero (yes it can also be a counter), Special / Individual Skill, Shikai / Bankai / Resurreccion / Segunda Etapa skill.

Skills that are covered by the PL:
Offensive -
● Ceroes ● Upgraded / Special Kidou ● Zanpukuto (Shikai / Bankai / Resurreccion / Segunda Etapa) Skills ● Secret Abilities ● Physical attacks are NOT included.
Defensive -
● Upgraded / Special Kidou ● Secret Abilities ● Countering Skills (Ceroes or any attack informally as a counter) ● Particular Skills that Boost your defense ● Zanpukuto (Shikai / Bankai / Resurreccion / Segunda Etapa) Skills

● Commander-Captain // Espada King // Royal Guard Vice-Commander : Allowed up to 4 [ 10 / 10 ] attacks. ● Seated Royal Guards: Allowed up to 3 [ 10 / 10 ] attacks. ● Captains / Espadas / Race Commanders: Allowed up to 2 [ 10 / 10 ] attacks. ● Lieutenants / Fraccion / Vizard / Bount / Quincy : Allowed only 1 [ 10 / 10 ] attack. ● Unseated officers : No [ 10 / 10 ] attacks.

Offense Levels + Degree of Damage:
The [Offense : 10+ etc.] indicate what your attributes must be in order to be able to conduct one of those attacks.
● 1 / 10 - 3 / 10 [Offense : 10+ ]
Easy to dodge, minimal or no damage. Damage taken if not dodge increases as the number increases. Example, a light burn to a mild burn.
● 4 / 10 - 5 / 10 [Offense : 40+ ]
Must have Speed above 70 to successfully dodge or Defense above 70 to successfully defend, if not dodged or blocked then attack will make quite a substantial injury. For example, .
● 6 / 10 [Offense : 60+ ]
Must have Speed above 80 to successfully dodge or Defense above 70 to successfully defend, if not dodged or blocked then a major injury is incurred.
● 7 / 10 [Offense : 70+ ]
Must have Speed above 90 to successfully dodge or Defense above 80 to successfully defend, if not dodged or blocked then quite a significant injury is incurred. For example, slice to a shoulder that slows your defense by a little.
● 8 / 10 [Offense : 80+ ]
Must have Speed at 100 to successfully dodge or Defense above 90 / PL: 5/5 to successfully defend, if not dodged or blocked then a significant injury is taken. An injury which will cripple one of your abilities (speed, offense, defense) significantly. Even if dodged / blocked a mild injury should be taken.
● 9 / 10 [Offense : 90+ ]
Cannot be dodged or blocked successfully, no matter what your speed or defense is. Damage taken will be taken ranging from mild injuries to severe injuries (Depending on your attribute points/the PL of the defensive skill you use.). For example, a severe burn that renders one of your arms very close to uselessness if your character's attributes points in Defense and Speed are too low (Under 70/PL of Defense skill is under 4/5).
● 10 / 10 [Offense : 100 ]
It is the strongest, hence destructive power / power will be at its maximum. Cannot be dodged or blocked successfully, your character must take damage regardless, damage will range from a minor injury to a crippling injury. Unless you use a PL: 5/5 defense skill then you will take at minimum a major injury.

This does not mean every other one of your defensive skills is 4 / 5. Be fair. Bakudo classifications are listed in the 4th post.

The strongest categorization of a defensive skill, however they can only completely block up to PL: 9/10 attacks. You will still take damage (even though minimal) from 10/10 attacks.

Please update any upgraded / boosted kidou or Ceroes that are not in the original Bleach series with PLs.
Any kidous you'd like to upgrade you must PM me about them. You must have my permission, which depends on your RPCs overall outlook.
You are not required to include the PLs of the Hadous in your posts unless they are not the normal versions (upgraded)
Requirements:
● Bakudo / Hado 1-30 [Reiatsu: 40+]
Maximum PLs for these are 4/10 or 2/5. [If your reiatsu is lower than 40 it means you're at best a normal soul wandering in SS.]
● Bakudo / Hado 31-79 [Reiatsu: 60+]
Must at least possess 60 points in the Reiatsu attribute. Any Bakudos / Hados within this range can do damage / defend up to PLs 7/10 or 3/5.
● Bakudo / Hado 80+ & Gran Rey Cero / Cero Oscurus [ Reiatsu: 80+]
You must possess at minimum the stated amount for the Reiatsu attribute to use these. Their PLs can only go up to 8/10 or 4/5. With the exception of Gran Rey Cero which can damage up to 9/10.
● Bakudo / Hado 90+ [ Reiatsu: 90+ ]
Only RPCs with reiatsu 90+ can use the techniques stated above, however they can only be used up til PL 9/10 or 4/5, unless they are upgraded versions (which you need my permission for).
● Upgraded Kidous / Unique Ceroes [ Reiatsu: 100 ]
All upgraded kidous / unique ceroes must be permitted by me before you can use them at a higher level. PM me. ONLY these two categories can go up to PL 10/10 or 5/5. However upgraded kidous and 10/10 unique Ceroes require RPCs to have 100+ Reiatsu.
