Rule Number One: All unexplained boosts (such as a class/bloodline having "more chakra than other classes/bloodlines" will automatically be either a +10% or a -10% (if it says you have a smaller amount)

All bonuses are decreased depending on your rank. They only reach their full girth at S.

Bonuses are maxed (per singular bonus - bonuses of 100 or more are considered two individual bonuses; 2 50's for 100, 2 75's for 150):

xxxxxHOST CHAKRA
Extra chakra in a demon release is determined by the current number of tails/wings they have present. Meaning, if you have 0 tails/wings active (just the cloak), you get a still-large boost.
One tail/wing = 50 points extra
Two tails/wings = 50 points extra
Three tails/wings = 50 points extra
Four tails/wings = 50 points extra
Five tails/wings = 55 points extra
Six tails/wings = 55 points extra
Seven tails/wings = 55 points extra
Eight tails/wings = 60 points extra
Nine tails/wings = 60 points extra



xxxxxWEAPON/TAI CONSUMPTION
Rule Number One: Weapon/Tai style users may use one style constantly for no chakra. This does not stack with the same buff from bls/clans (namely the Midnight Affair and no Shohisha).

xxxxxCHAKRA
xxxChakra can best be described as power or energy a ninja needs in order to perform techniques. It is probably the most important element in fighting for ninjas. Chakra consists of two main parts: the body energy and spiritual energy. Body energy can be tapped into from the cells in your body. The faster your cells move around in your body the more energy you have. Body energy provides strength for a ninja's mind. Spiritual energy is usually acquired from certain experiences in training or battle. Spiritual energy can be best described as an adrenaline rush or extra burst of energy. This may come in handy when a ninja is very tired and worn out.

xxxxCONTROLLING, BUILDING, AND PROTECTING
xxxControlling Chakra Controlling chakra during battle is one of the most important aspects in fighting. Another important part is to being able to build chakra to perform techniques. Building chakra is essential if you want to perform Genjutsu and Ninjutsu techniques correctly. Stamina also plays a big part in this. In order to create chakra you must convert it from stamina. When you perform techniques you not only release chakra but also stamina. Being unable to control your chakra can end up being deadly. If you release too small of an amount, the technique you tried to perform will fail. If you use too much chakra you may end up severely hurting or killing yourself. A ninja must have a certain amount of chakra in their body to live.

xxxxCIRCULATORY SYSTEM
xxxCirculatory System In addition to the circulatory system in your body to transfer blood, ninjas also has a circulatory system to transport chakra. Instead of having veins and arteries, chakra is transported from certain pipes and passage ways. Chakra is released by traveling through this system and out. Since the chakra circulatory system goes around many important organs, when the circulatory system is attacked and damaged, your organs may be damaged as well. There are 361 openings in the chakra circulatory system in your body. This opening is called the Tenketsu. When the Tenketsus are blocked you will be unable to perform any techniques. The Byakugan has the ability to neutralize all the holes so chakra cannot flow. It is very important to protect yourself from these types of attacks.

xxxxCHAKRA GATES
xxxChakra gates are gates in the body that are used as limiters for chakra. They regulate the flow of chakra throughout a person's body to prevent someone from going beyond his/her body's control. But by using a move like the Primary Lotus, which opens 3 gates, the user can release some of the limits on the body. This means the body can move at a much higher rate and with more power. Opening a gate increases chakra flow temporarily, but by doing this, it means the user puts an incredible amount of force on his/her body which can result in massive injury. There are 8 gates in a body. If all 8 are opened, the body no longer has any limits and can move as fast as it wants. But opening all 8 gates is often fatal and depending on the move, it can kill the user.

xxxxCHAKRA TYPES
xxxThere are five different types of chakra: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lighting. The Uchiha clan tends to have the fire type of chakra, although Sasuke can use both lightning and fire. Kakashi is of the lightning type. Naruto is of the wind type. Most Jounin can use at least two types of chakra. Using two types of chakra at the same time is often a result of a bloodline limit. For Haku, he used water and wind types to create ice. Yamato uses earth and water to create wood. To find out the type of chakra a ninja uses they use paper from a tree that feeds off of chakra. If the paper splits you're type of chakra is wind, if it bursts into flames yours is fire, gets soggy its of water, the paper crumples if you are of lightning, and it turns to dust if you are of earth chakra.

xxxxxxxxxxLEARNING TECHNIQUES


xxxxxTHE RULES
Rule Number One: If learning a technique of a rank higher than you, you add two extra posts to your total training. Every difference in rank between you and the technique is another 2 posts; Genin will have added +4 posts to learning a Jounin jutsu, etc.
Rule Number Two: The above applies (reversed) to learning jutsu of a lower rank; for example, an S rank learning a Jounin jutsu will reduce 2 posts, learning a Chuunin jutsu will reduce 4 posts, et cetera.
Rule Number Three: "SS" does not effect training. You're considered "S" ranked maximum when it comes to learning techniques.
Rule Number Four: Genin/Academy Students cannot learn or use S/SS techniques.

Rule Number One: If you are not a Taijutsu user, but learning Taijutsu you can only learn up to your rank. If you are a Taijutsu users you can learn up to 1 rank above you
Rule Number Two: If you are not a Weapon user, but learning Weapon you can only learn up to your rank. If you are a Weapon users you can learn up to 1 rank above you
Rule Number Three: You cannot stack the stat boosts of multiple styles at once.
Rule Number Four: The following are rules for learning styles if you are a Taijutsu/Weapon user:

xxxChunin can learn two styles up to their rank. Can learn 1 rank higher if of that class

xxxxxADJACENT STAT SYSTEM
Any stat that is equal to, or adjacent (within 2), to your own stat, then that person is considered to have an equivalent Speed//Strength.

Please note that Shinobi A speed is superior to Shinobi B by a small margin. However, the Adjacent System makes it so that If Shinobi B's speed is adjacent to Shinobi A's then that means they are within the same Ballpark in terms of speed. Basically a Draw, shich leaves the two shinobi to rely on their RPing skills to decide a victor.

Now if we look at the situation it appears that Shinobi B is slower that Shinobi A by a much larger margin. Now that Shinobi B's speed is outside the adjacent range of Shinobi A that means that Shinobi A will be theoretically faster than Shinobi B, thus having the advantage in RP.



xxxxxMAXIMUM STATS
The highest a Stat can reach is 15, unless you are a Physical Class, and one stat can break 18. At this point, it is represented by X, or MAX. No boost can push a stat past 15 (or 1 cool , and all boosts that would equal to higher than 15 will be ignored.



xxxxxDEFINING SPEED *this applies even when extending beyond the cap
We would like to please note that no matter what your speed rank is, you will never meet the level of seemingly instant transportation/teleportation.

At 15 strength, you can punch someone 500 feet away. At 18 strength, you can punch chunks of a mountain off . . . or push back a demon.
5 = D
8 = C
11 = B
14 = A. This cannot be buffed.

They can only punch through a technique once every three posts.


xxxxxBODY FLICKER
The Body Flicker skill is also a part of this system. For ten chakra and only up to three times a fight, you may move at 1.5x the speed for one singular post. The next post you will move at one half your base speed due to strain in your body. This skill is meant to be used strategically and wisely, because you're very open for attacks the post after. This does not effect arm speed, only leg speed.

xxxxxWEAPON/TAI STYLE STAT BOOSTS
Rule Number One: At any given time in the roleplay, a character can only receive one style boost in speed and strength from their Taijutsu/Weapon styles, no matter how many they stack together.
Rule Number Two: The only exceptions to this rule are the Eight Inner Gates when used with one other style, and styles that are meant to stack together and build upon one another--the only known example of this is the Lightning Step/Slavedriver combo. The crew can always be notified if any more styles are made like this, but a bare minimum is appreciated.

xxxxxDEMON STAT BOOSTS
Demons do not grant stat boosts inherently. Instead, you must spend chakra in order to obtain these stat boosts. For every 10 chakra spent from the demon's chakra pool, you are allowed to grant yourself a +1 to one of your stats. This boost may not exceed more than a +2, be it in the form of a +2 or a +1/+1.

xxxxxxxxxxJUTSU TYPES


xxxxxEvery technique in the series of Naruto is split into three main categories. Below you will find more information about these categories and also more in-depth categories.


xxxxxMAIN CATEGORIES
Genjutsu: Genjutsu techniques are mostly illusionary techniques. These techniques cause the opponent to hallucinate and make them see things that are not really there. Genjutsu type techniques are great to use when you are trying to escape or confuse the opposition. While your opponent is confused, you can attack without them knowing where you are or you can escape.
Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu is the art of making hand seals and kneading chakra to perform a jutsu (technique). When you make the appropriate hand seal, your desired technique comes forth! Performing Ninjutsu techniques require full concentration and if interrupted, will not work. It only takes a few seconds to successfully execute a Ninjutsu technique, however some can take much longer. Ninjutsu is probably the most used attack type out of the three main categories.
Taijutsu: Taijutsu is the hand to hand combat part of a ninjas' training. It deals with no hand seals and chakra is focused throughout the entire body. Taijutsu attacks deal from a variety of slow to fast movements. They vary depending on the amount of chakra used. As known there are only two hand to hand specialists in the series: Guy and Rock Lee.



xxxxxIN-DEPTH CATEGORIES
Doujutsu: Doujutsu techniques are performed by with the eye. Doujutsu techniques are powerful because they can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu techniques and defeat them without any physical movement whatsoever. Because of the difficulty and power of these techniques, people who perform Doujutsu techniques are usually geniuses. The Sharingan is considered a Doujutsu technique.
Hijutsu: Hijutsu techniques are special techniques that can only be performed by a specific ninja, or only by ninjas from a specific clan or village. These techniques usually have to do with the heritage or physical appearance of the ninja. A lot of times, these techniques are a ninja's most powerful attack and favorite to perform. There are many different Hijutsu techniques in the series. Bloodline limits are considered Hijutsu techniques.
Kinjutsu: Kinjutsu techniques are techniques that are illegal and outlawed by the Kages. Kinjutsu techniques are extremely strong and can cause huge damage when used. If it is mastered by the wrong person; a whole village could be in severe jeopardy.
Fuuinjutsu: Fuuinjutsu techniques are the sealing techniques of the ninja. They allow the ninja to contain the elements and demons.
Senjutsu: Senjutsu techniques are Techniques practiced and used by sages. They unlike other jutsu add natural external energy, which combines with one's own energy to form a stronger chakra which greatly increases the power of normal jutsu.

xxxxxxxxxxTHE RANK SYSTEM


xxxxxIn NUR, the rankings are slightly different than usual. First off, the letter scaling is different. Genin is considered C, Chuunin B, Jounin A, Sannin S and Kage SS. There are specific requirements for obtaining each rank. Here is where we list the requirements. Rogues cannot be given any form of exam until they are already chuunin rank. Gennin rogues are pretty much screwed.


xxxxxGENNIN/C
You start off at the Gennin rank. There's no Academy Rank in this guild, so there's really no way to start off lower than this. There are no requirements except getting your profile approved.


xxxxxCHUUNIN/B
The only legitimate method to obtain Chuunin is a crew-sanctioned exam, whether widescale (guild-wide, village-wide) or private. Exams given to chuunin must be difficult, must test their mettle, and must include a written portion. The written portion doesn't have to be hard, but it does have to be creative. Only crew permission can begin any form of these exams, and once the exam process is done, the crew must give their approval on the final results. Final result approval is not required for guild-wide exams.

xxxxxSPECIAL JOUNIN/B+
Special Jounin may only be obtained if you fail your Jounin exams but with a decent enough score to warrant you a half-way point. It's not a spectacular rank, in fact it's sort of a hand-me-down, but it's the thought that counts!


xxxxxJOUNIN/A
Obtaining Jounin works similarly to Chuunin. You must participate in the Jounin exams, whether private, village or guild-wide. The same rules and requirements apply. Private exams can only be given when the Kage is absolutely positive they're ready; and they must have done a fair bit of missions to prove themselves.


xxxxxSANNIN/DENSETSU/S
Sannin must be given a test that could kill the Jounin testing for them. These tests must be very hard, and require Captain/VC approval to initiate. Once the test is already over, the Captain has final say on the promotion and if they deem the Jounin unworthy, they'll stay Jounin. The Sannin rank is supposed to remain uncommon, and so it's advised not to try and hand it out to any Jounin with a pair between his/her legs.


xxxxxKAGE/SS:
Kage is the hardest rank to obtain seeing as how you must be S ranked before you can take up the mantle. Once you have this SS rank, you're to be assured that you cannot keep it until you have been a Kage for at least six months at a time (not in total), or one year (in total). While Kage you have this rank and its chakra/stat boosts implied, but if you ever lose the position you're relegated back to S rank, regardless of "how good you were". Another way to obtain Kage is to be Akatsuki Leader and capture all 9 demons. At which point you may obtain and keep Kage rank.

Another way is through the Kage exams, hosted every so often.



xxxxxxxxxxSPECIAL POSITIONS

xxxxxIn NUR there are special positions that grant with them some added RP value, but do not come with a rank. (If you are chuunin and get ANBU, you are still Chuunin, etc.)

xxxxxANBU/Black Ops:
ANBU, the go to squad for difficult and covert missions where time and success are critical. They are masters of stealth and feared for their efficiency and devotion to the mission.


xxxxxOinin:
Oinin, the hunter ninja. Unsurpassed in their ability to track and kill a lone target, the mere mention of Oinin strikes fear into the hearts of the wicked and evil.

Rule Number One: You may not have a demon and both other assets; ie, clan and bloodline. You can only have one clan or one bloodline if you have a demon, or Saigon.
Rule Number Two: You may only ever have one Demon at a time, and once your RPC obtains it, can never switch to a different one (meaning; if you were to lose the Kyuubi, you could never have the Hachibi, but you could still regain the Kyuubi). Cursemarks are variable.
Rule Number Three: You may change your summon one time and one time only.
Rule Number Four: Bloodlines/clans may only be changed once. Classes can be changed only one time in your entire character life, and only with Captain approval. If you change your class you can also change your sub-element.
Rule Number Five: No class, clan or bloodline can offer a rank reduction to cost on abilities. Percent reductions cannot go beyond 15%.

Rule Number Six: If you have no clan or no bloodline, you can choose one skill-set: i.e., medical skills, water skills, for example to have a one rank chakra cost reduction on. If you choose to have neither, you can choose two skillsets. You cannot have a two rank cost reduction on any ONE skillset.
Rule Number Seven: Sages of Genin rank are not able to reach S-rank power with any of their techniques. To make this more cost efficient for the sages, they are able to use any A-rank techniques they've learned as a B-rank version of the skill. Then, with their rank boost, it will return to A-rank power and the original form of the technique. This same rule also applies to Chuunin regarding SS-rank skills.

xxxxxxxxxxTHE CURRENCY SYSTEM


xxxxxThe currency system is what solidifies your mark on the world. Money, in all things, is the dictator of everything; the infallible god presiding over everything. Money is not so heavy in NUR, but it can act as a valuable supplement to the life of your shinobi and the village they live in.


xxxxxMAKING MONEY
Every shinobi starts off with 5,000 Ryo. This is not much, but it's something. Enough to buy you a few scrolls anyway. As you go on in your life, many opportunities will present themselves. These can range from missions to ranked matches, exams, et cetera. I'll list all of the opportunities that are currently present.

Rank-ups: Rank-ups give you a nice little raise. Every rank up will give you a sum of money to spend. However, private exams do not give you any money when you succeed in them.

The Chuunin promotion will give you 10,000 Ryo

The Jounin promotion will give you 20,000 Ryo

The Sannin promotion will give you 50,000 Ryo

And finally, the Kage promotion will give you no money, but 30,000 Ryo for each month you serve in office. You're paid on the 28th of each month.


Missions: Missions are the most obvious method of obtaining money. They scale depending on the mission rank.

D-rank missions grant you 5,000 Ryo

C-rank missions grant you 9,000 Ryo

B-rank missions grant you 14,000 Ryo

A-rank missions grant you 20,000 Ryo

S-rank missions grant you 27,000 Ryo

And SS-rank missions grant you 35,000 Ryo. Certain missions may actually be worth more than others during arcs/events. This can be a little addition or even made to be more than twice the reward. It all depends on the timing. There will be missions known as "weekly strife" that will be decided by Crew to be worth extra for the week.


ALTERNATIVELY: You may make up your own missions, improvising them on the spot. These missions can go pretty much as long as you want, and can be a large series of missions clumped into one if you want. This doesn't require Kage permission, although you must quote your Kage at the top of your post when you do this. You don't even have to wait to get paid by said Kage, the money is paid by the NPCs of the mission. All of it is independent; no permission necessary. You cannot however use Training Posts as a mission. They are not the same thing.

The ratio of how much posts you do in these missions compared to the payout is word count x 25

So, 4,000 words = 100,000 Ryo

You cannot use other people's word counts to calculate your own Ryo gain; you may only use your own word count

Ranked Matches: By betting for yourself in a tournament-style combat, you can make double what you risk by beating the opponent. Ranked Matches will also increase your status by merchants and will give you discounts. These matches can be done in the SFA.

When you win 3 ranked matches, your "superstar" rank increases by one. The ranks go like this:

RANK #1: Semifinalist; all costs are reduced by 5%

RANK #2: Finalist; all costs are reduced by 10%

RANK #3: Legend; all costs are reduced by 15%

The maximum bet placed on any ranked match is 100,000 Ryo. This, however, is a hell of a lot.


Bounty Hunting: Bounty hunting is a dangerous and controversial method of obtaining money. This involves hunting a real character and slaying them for profit. You don't have to worry about preserving the head or the body at all, however; the only requirement is that you kill them.

You may only hunt people from one rank under you to one rank above you. However, Kage may hunt Jounin, even though Jounin is two ranks under. If attacked by an enemy then you may turn them in for bounty regardless of rank restriction. Self-defense is everything.

Guild members may freely increase the bounty of a certain character by posting a "tab" in the bounty book thread. One tab may be enacted on that character per guild member. Each tab increases the bounty of that character by 10,000.

The base bounties are:

Genin: 0 lol

Chuunin: 20,000

Jounin: 50,000

Sannin: 75,000

Kage: 100,000

Some characters may have higher base bounties depending on their threat level. For example, characters who have done extremely difficult and impressive things will have a much higher bounty than the base (examples: general arc participants, Akatsuki leaders/members, Demon hosts, tournament winners, village MVPs).

Bounty hunters make 1.5x as much money as others by doing bounties.


Stealing: Yes, let's be realistic. Stealing is an option. You can't steal from corpses, however. And you can never steal more than 10% of anyone or anything's funds. You can steal from:

1. Village banks

2. RPC Ninja (though you should expect resistance)

3. Arc characters

4. Your speed stat doesn't effect the chance of your thievery. Your victory over the person you steal from is what decides this.

You can only steal from the same target every 48 hours, and banks cannot be robbed more than once by a group of people.



xxxxxVILLAGE FUNDS/BANKS
The village fund is determined very simply:

25% of the total amount of money by every official member of the village. Gaining a new member gives you 25% of their pockets. However, when I say 25%, I don't mean it's solid. You can lose or gain money beyond that 25% number. You can end up completely bankrupt with no money at all. It depends on various factors.

First of all, your village bank can be robbed for 25% of its cash. This will damage your economy greatly.

Second off, whenever a building in your village is destroyed, you have to spend 2% of your village's funds repairing it. Outside of your village, like your country, is absolutely free to repair; consider it the townspeople doing it themselves.

And third, if you lose a war to an enemy village they take 50% of your money to do whatever they want with it.

Making money is not so simple.

First, owning another village as territory (closed villages CAN be taken over as territory) will give your village a 50,000 Ryo income monthly.

Second, as stated, winning wars.

Third, hosting exams. A certain league of "gentlemen" provide villages money to host exams. They gain an income of 50,000 for doing this. They must take turns however, one village can't hog all of the hostings.

Fourth, the money of the village is left to the integrity of the shinobi. By doing missions, increasing your pocket size, you will also assist the economy of your home.



xxxxxPURCHASING... LET'S SPEND
It's spending time! Now that you have your money that you most likely killed, raped and pillaged for, it's time to feed your greedy, selfish a*****e with all of the lavish luxuries of the world!


Jutsu: It's possible to buy auto-learns for jutsu, but not styles. They cost a lot of money though.

1 Genin auto-learns is 600

1 Chuunin auto-learn is 800 x2 if you're genin or lower

1 Jounin auto-learn is 1,200 x2 if you're chuunin or lower

1 Densetsu auto-learn is 2,000 x1.5 if you're jounin or lower

1 Kage auto-learn is 4,000 x1.5 if you're sannin or lower


Styles: You may auto-learn weapon and taijutsu styles using Ryo. It's a cheap and quick alternative to the regularly long and annoying process.

The first stage of any style will cost 1,000 Ryo to auto-learn.

The second stage of any style will cost 3,000 Ryo to auto-learn.

The third stage will cost 5,000 Ryo to auto-learn.

The fourth will cost 6,000.

The fifth will cost 7,000.

The sixth and above will cost 8,000.

This means that a style of only six stages would cost 30,000 Ryo to auto-learn. Any more stages will cost an additional 8,000 each.


Houses: Houses depend on class. Houses must be approved by a VC or the Captain! The class of the house depends on its size/quality/location. Houses in Lee Yuhan, for example, are substantially more expensive. (1.5x regular prices)
Houses in the village with the strongest economy are 0.75x as much

You may refund houses and regain 85% of the money you spent on them.

5,000 for a D-class home (like... a shack, basement, or an apartment room)

10,000 for a C-class home (a small home)

20,000 for a B-class home (your average house)

30,000 for an A-class home (verging on a mansion)

40,000 for an S-class home (pretty much a mansion)

75,000 for an SS-class home (a castle, fort, etc)

150,000 for an EX-class home (anything from an entire private island, to a floating air fortress, to a whole populated town to lord over)
If you spend an additional 50,000, the EX-class home will have all village and home upgrades regardless of whether the village you belong to has them. This excludes gate upgrades.

If you buy an air fortress, it can activate a stealth mode for when it's parked. It's totally invisible like this, and there is also a strong defense that reduces almost all damage it takes while the stealth is active. This can also be activated while in the sky, but only for 5 posts every week.

Legendary Items/Bids:

Certain objects will appear every so often in the form of bids. These items will be things like special, lost arc-items or unique bloodlines or even village areas that will grant you income monthly. Examples of the special items are the admin glasses, the Jyuuha's clothes/banner, etc. They will make you distinct as a character, and act as a trade-mark. There are, however, special objects that are always for sale, though extremely expensive.

NOTE: The Hero Water and Queen Drop are consumable items, meaning they only have 1 use before depleting.

Hero Water: Hero Water is the almost extinct liquid from the old ages of Taki and Grass. It's an object of extreme power compared to the jutsu Waking Gods. Hero Water increases your chakra in a single battle by 10 fold, but you will die 30 posts after using it.

Price: 450,000 Ryo

Queen Drop: Named after the tale, the Queen Drop is a "mythical" item that bestows a dead person life again. It can be used on yourself or a dead ally. The Queen Drop is thought to be pure legend, but it exists in a market transcending your average consumer. It is the water Hysteria used to revive Saemus over and over. This can be used on someone without even a trace of their body. Even if their soul has died, it can revive them.

Price: 500,000 Ryo

The Yata Mirror
The Yata Mirror is the shield of the Tengu Amaterasu. Anyone who wields the Yata Mirror may alter reality. Any opponent who looks upon the Yata Mirror will be placed into a genjutsu where they are endlessly under black flame. The Yata Mirror can only be broken by... nothing. The Mirror does not actually warp reality, and the opponent is placed under an S-SS-ranked genjutsu of the user's choice, except for Death God's Promise. The Yata Mirror can summon/reverse summon with the user. The mirror is impossible to lift and carry without being the owner. The only way to become the new owner is to kill the previous wielder.

Price: 2,500,000 Ryo

The Totsuka Blade
The third belonging of the matron, the Totsuka Blade originally belonged to the Tengu Susano'o... before his... untimely demise. The Tetsuko Blade has the power to kill any opponent it manages to injure. When the opponent is injured, they will drop dead on the spot. The Totsuka Blade is unbreakable, and can summon/reverse summon the user. The blade is impossible to lift and carry without being the owner. The only way to become the new owner is to kill the previous wielder.

Price: 3,000,000 Ryo

The Emperor's Beads
These beads also belonged to the matron of the Tengu. The beads will bestow the user with immortality. In order to kill the wielder of the beads you must separate them from the beads. The beads will always hang from their neck, unguarded. You have to rip them from their neck, at which point the beads will be untouchable by you. If the opponent is killed before he/she re-obtains the beads, they will be sent back to a different world.

While the wielder wears the beads, their body is nigh invulnerable to damage. The beads must also explicitly be removed by being grabbed around their neck, brought over and taken off. After three posts, the beads will automatically return to the user. The beads are impossible to lift and carry without being the owner. The only way to become the new owner is to kill the previous wielder.

Price: 3,500,000 Ryo

The Jyuuha's Banner:
This armor was once seen to be blessed by God because of its historical implications. The armor itself is a finely crafted silver mail with red cloth and trim decorating it; the entire suit is so sturdy and well made that it was said Rikudo Sennin's wind jutsu could not penetrate the shell. Whether this is true or not is unknown. When Dahka died, his blood was used to paint the torso of this armor. A griffin is drawn on the front of the suit, and it's stained permanently by the energy-filled blood. Anything that hits this part of the armor will bounce off of it, as long as it's purely physical. The most relevant part of the armor, though, is the banner held high above it. For twenty chakra, the banner can release an emergency force-field that will place you into a stasis for ten seconds, rendering your body immune to harm during this time. The stasis can be ended prematurely, and your perception is actually heightened during and a few seconds after this effect has been used. While in this stasis, it's almost as if your body isn't physically existent, and attacks that hit the invulnerable form will simply brush aside. This 'stasis' has a cooldown of five posts. x x

xxxxxRESTRICTIONS
Lesbehonest. There are loopholes. I want to cover them.

1. You can't freely give other RPCs money.

2. You can't loot corpses.

3. Bank raids cannot be successful unless a village ninja comes to defend the bank.

4. The only thing that can ever be handed down to another character (in terms of bought items) is a home.

5. You must edit your post at your village bank in order to withdraw money with reference material of your feat.

6. No gambling.

7. You cannot make puppets out of RPCs you've obtained bounties for. You also cannot revive them personally. Another RPC must be the one to revive them.

Village Upgrades
A Village can use its national Ryo balance to upgrade its efficiency. Basically, each genre of building is given added potency.

Training Ground Upgrades: With this, post amounts are reduced in training grounds. These apply to all things; styles, jutsu, whatever.

25,000 - 1 post reduction

50,000 - 2 post reduction

80,000 - 3 post reduction


Home Upgrades: This will reduce the cost of housing.

20,000 - 5% price reduction

30,000 - 10% price reduction

50,000 - 15% price reduction


Individual Home Upgrades: Homes made in this village will give people certain exclusive buffs unavailable to others. These can only be gained by posting in a house that you individually own, and the quality of the buff is improved by the quality of the house.

50,000 - temporary chakra boost (20 posts); 10 for D-class, 20 for C-class, 30 for B-class, 40 for A-class, 50 for S-class, 75 for SS-class

75,000 - temporary training reductions (20 posts); 1/8th reduction for D-class, 1/6th reduction for C-class, 1/5th reduction for B-class, 1/4th reduction for A-class, 1/3rd reduction for S-class, 1/2 reduction for SS-class

150,000 - temporary stat boosts upon resting (10 posts) (these can extend past the cap by a max of 1 for SS-class); +1/+1 for A-class, +2/+2 for SS-class



Gate Upgrades: This increases the size and quality of a gate.

40,000 - slightly above your regular shitty old gate, it circles the entire village with an almost impenetrable level of defense. However, it can easily be jumped over, as usual.

50,000 - village barrier, will warn you when enemies infiltrate but will not actually be solid. It will tell you how many enemies there are and what bloodline they have, as well as how much chakra. The gate is practically a sensory-type ninja on its own.

60,000 - a powerful creature (about as strong as a weak bijuu) will literally live beside your village, and will attack enemies that activate the village sensor. It will never leave your village. If it's killed it can be revived for 4% of your village funds after the battle is completely over.

Konoha's creature is a dragon

Suna's creature is a serpent

Cloud's creature is a griffon

Rain's creature is a golem

Grass's creature is... its tree of life. Its tree will literally come to life and attack the enemy.

Mist's creature is a massive shark with legs and the ability to breathe air.

Sound's creature is a massive bat with an agonizing screech.

And Rock's creature is an armadillo.

These creatures are massive, all as large as your typical demon.


Village upgrades don't upgrade in tiers. Basically, if you want to obtain the lvl 3 training post reduction, you don't have to pay 25,000 then another 50,000 then 80,000. You simply spend 80,000 to get the entire deal. If you don't have enough you can pay 25,000 then 55,000 later or 25,000 if you just want the second level.


Business Investments: With the recent influx of Ryo into the economy, shinobi have gone so far as to start their own business ventures. By investing any amount of your ryo into a business thread, you then make 25% of your original investment back every month after, on the last day of the month. For example, Shinobi Bob invests 100,000 ryo into the creation of his burger restaurant. Bob's Burgers then gives Bob a monthly income of 25,000 Ryo.

xxxxxTHE ROLE OF THE SHOGUN
Introduction: Hey! Here we'll explain what a Shogun is, what they do, and how they come to be.

First of all, the Shogun are the leaders of the respective "Shinobi Nations". Each nation that possesses a Kage possesses a shogun, and then Kage beneath that Shogun. You could consider the shogun the "King" whereas the Kage is the "General", the two of them working hand-in-hand to better their nation and protect it. Because of this important relationship that drives the fate of the village, the Shogun and Kage have vowed to never intersect each other in their respected areas and greatly acknowledge the others' role in the world. However, you cannot say that the Shogun is the mirror reflection of the Kage; there are quite a few differences.

Birthright: Shogun are nobility, they are not elected officials. They are born into their role and are trained for their entire lives to master their mind, body and soul. With this in mind, Shogun are chosen only through dynasty and the only way for a non-dynasty member to be proclaimed Shogun is to have them become adopted by the Shogun, and then chosen as their direct heir. Each Shogun that currently exists is a part of an ancient dynasty, whether legitimately or through adoption, these dynasties spanning from the rise of the shinobi world.

Konoha - Karnata Dynasty
Kusa - Huan-Pei Dynasty
Kumo - Guron Dynasty
Kiri - Ryukyu Dynasty

If any usurper claims to become Shogun under a different dynasty, it will surely upset the balance of the shinobi world.

Development: Shogun begin at Jounin rank, when one is chosen. After four months of active and loyal service, they will become Kage rank.

Conscription: Shogun may conscript members of their respective Great Village, if they are willing. This is the only breach to the Kage-Shogun pact of complete autonomy. This is because the Shogun does, after all, outrank the Kage and only requires the Kage for the protection of the Shogun and his nation. If the Kage cannot supply the Shogun with powerful protection then they are fit to be removed from their position.

War: Shogun may declare war on other shogun, and their primary village -- the Hidden Village -- is required to fight for them. Similarly, if the Shogun is declared war on, the Hidden Village is required to fight for them. They are, after all, a vassal of the Shogun.

Authority: The Shogun has the authority to rank up shinobi, if it is just and fair that they receive that rank-up. They are also capable of installing anti-Kage if they wish to overthrow the current leader of the Hidden Village. However they can only install one at a time, and the Crew will step in if this privilege is abused. The Anti-Kage receives the SS rank, but only if they are already S rank.

Palace: Shogun get one free SS-class home as their palace.

Now puppets have been out of the works for a long time, we have had puppets but the main problem with them was that they no longer truly applied to our system. This being due to the system forever changing. But have no fear, Haysu Senpai has come through to fulfill your dreams of having them once again. So with this in mind, let us get started. Below you will find the basic rules for puppeteers.

Rules
回 The base amount of puppets you may have is determined by rank and class.
回 Only Puppeteers suffer no penalties to using puppets. This cannot be negated by any bloodline, curse mark, or clan.
回 The Human Puppet Technique, this technique must not only be learned to create Human Puppets, but to turn yourself into one as well. Only Puppeteers can create human puppets. This means, if you wish to become a Human Puppet. You must have an S rank Puppeteer turn you into one. As well, only Puppeteers may use Human Puppets that is not of their own body.
回 Human Puppets cannot be created out of NPC’s unless they are Arc characters.
回 If Human Puppets are used, they cannot be turned in for a bounty.
回 Human Puppets, like all puppets, must be applied for as a custom puppet.
回 Only Human Puppets can use jutsu, they may only use the jutsu that they had learned prior to death and their chakra comes out of their own original chakra pool.
回 Physical Puppets, and human puppets, may only learn and use certain stages of styles based upon rank. A gennin may only use stage 1. Chuunin up to stage 3. Jounnin up to stage 4. Sannin up to stage 5. And Kage up to Stage 6. However, certain styles such as The Inner Gates may not be learned or used and the usage of each style has a cost to the Puppeteer based upon the cost of the stage paid by the Puppeteer for each puppet. This means if two puppets are using stage three, the Puppeteer must pay for both puppets Stage Three while active each post out of their total chakra cost.
回 The two classes that may use puppets are: Puppeteer’s & Medic’s
回 You may control your ally with puppet strings as well as your enemy with puppet strings, but only if you can attach it to them in time. Your strings are not invisible. To control your ally or an enemy, you must use a technique for it. No free grabbing.
回 Puppets Stats cannot be buffed by jutsu
回 The joints of a puppet can be targeted with materials like sand, rendering them immobile.
回 Puppets cannot be affected by Genjutsu, as they are not alive.
回 Every puppet MUST have a weakness, that if hit, renders it useless. This includes Human Puppets.
回 Puppets of any kind may not use the Puppeteer’s jutsu.
回 Puppets cannot be made out of or be as hard as Adamantium; but can be as hard as Diamond at SS rank and only puppets that are close ranged combat fighters.


Medic’s Use of Puppets
➸ The ranks of which medic’s may use puppets is below. It also costs 10 chakra per puppet being used each post to which the medical chakra de-buff does not apply.

Types of Puppets
➸ Trap, Utility, and Offensive
回 Trap puppets are defined as puppets that are meant to trap and or sabotage the enemy. Such as Black Ant which was shown to spring up and subdue their target.
回 Utility puppets are defined as puppets that are meant as all-purpose puppets, such as The Salamander, these things would include kunai launchers, poison blades, smoke bombs, general purpose creations.
回 Offensive based puppets are defined as puppets that are meant to get right up in the enemies face. These puppets, such as The Crow, had the main purpose of attacking and springing up the effect of trap based puppets.


Making Puppets
➸ Puppets themselves have to follow rules when being made. What they get is dependent upon class and rank.

Utility Puppets get the following at each rank.
回 Gennin – 4 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 5
回 Chuunin – 6 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 7
回 Jounnin – 10 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed - 8
回 Sannin – 13 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 10
回 Kage – 20 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 12 (Only puppeteers may use SS ranked puppets. Senju is unable to use this as well.)


Offensive Puppets get the following at each rank.
回 Gennin – 2 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 7
回 Chuunin – 3 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 10
回 Jounnin – 5 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed - 13
回 Sannin – 7 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 16
回 Kage – 10 Attachments. Stat allocation to be divided between strength and speed – 22 (Only puppeteers may use SS ranked puppets. Senju is unable to use this as well. One stat may not exceed 15.)

Puppeteer’s Benefits
➸ It should also be dully noted that Puppeteer’s get the ability to learn Sealing at Jounin. This has the same relative cost that the normal do, and unless a Bloodline or Clan states it, they are unable to receive a buff to their Sealing.
