Alright so I got a report via Private Message from xNew York Slavex that Raimundo God Modded and used unapproved, and Unlisted abilities. As it is Not my job to do this, I am bringing it up here for judgment. In my next post I will post the complaint.
I have locked the thread in question, and locked Raimundo's Profile Thread as well.

xNew York Slavex Enzio Kageryuu xNew York Slavex So, I'm having a slight issue with a fight that I'm currently in; seeing as your the only Crew Member online at the moment I'm going to complain to you...Sorry sweatdrop Okay, I'm currently in a fight 3/2; Espada Cero, Tres, and Primera against Rai and 11th division Captain (Rain Water Resonance). Before the fight even started, you will see that I posted that my RPC used an ability: Quote: Début (( 1st Act )): Lizabeth reveals the one said of her Zanpakto which is inscribed with the word 'Debut", upon its reveal a complete darkness envelopes the area. Lizabeths eyes take in all light, making her nearly immune to her own technique. That was the first ability besides Diablo (a Barrier), now we have Rai and Rain Water. They both come into battle (no issue there). The issue that I'm having is that Rai used but one technique that is being willfully controlled by another RPC to completely wipe out this darkness. Reason(s) i'm having an Issue: - There is no technique that is clearly stating something to the effect of a 'flashbomb' - He's not even in Bankai and I'm in Segundo Etapa (which I have clearly stated in previous posts) Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm a decent human and admit when i can make a mistake...but this just doesn't look right...and I'm kinda peeved. Resources: Lizabeth Salander (Cero) Ramiundo's Character (this was sent at 7:24)Event (page Five) ( reason I wrote the time is cause I have caught Rai changing his profile last minute) Please get back to me ASAP... Alright, this is me getting back to you. I am going to post stating the fight is on hold as an issue has arisen, then I am going to make a thread with this post in the Crew thread so we can discuss the needed actions. Also, I am in the fight as well...so um...yea... well...then you know what I'm talking about. i wouldn't have an issue if it was stated in his profile or in equipment but it's not and it was done with ease I mean, I'm totally sorry about bring this up to you...it sounds sooo trivial but, if its going to be fair and eveything then everything (Techniques & Abilities) need to be stated in the profile; and as you can see Rais profile says nothing about an ability to push back darkness or a flashbomb that can cut through controlled darkness. now I feel kinda guilty for bugging you stare

Funky Inferno He was also accused of changing his profile without permission. I was just informed about that as well. I believe New York Slave. I've been in guilds with her before, she is a honest person. I'm ruling for instant ban for extreme rule breaking.

Having reviewed his profile, and new information being brought to me I am furthering the act of God Mod. His shikai does NOT allow him that last I checked.
Lloyd TheOneAndOnly Enzio Kageryuu Lloyd TheOneAndOnly would this have to do with me ? eek No Raimundo hmm , you mean his sudden super speed { which for some reason matches up to my pure speed character ....fancy that }, all knowing all seeing eye, fancy cut all butter knife { meaning his Zanpakutou } and great luminescent abilities ........ hmmm i don't see it { <<<<< the last part was sarcasm } so i take it the crew members are deciding what to do ?

I agree with that too, I compared his profile in the approval thread, and his personal profile thread. They are the same, meaning that he has changed both.

That explains why I got quoted thrice earlier today for his profile in the submissions area. It seems that annoying thing he enjoyed doing is his undoing.

Well, the fact that another user complained makes me support banning him more. Not that I don't like you guys, but you both have some personal problems with Raimundo so I didn't immediately trust your views.
I've reviewed the fight, and indeed he was godmodding. Though I never really support bans with my whole heart, I will give my support if Music wants another voice. Still, though, I think we should wait to hear from the Guild Captain until any decision is made.

I have read the information and complains, I grant Funky power to ban. Reason: Godmodding, Editing profile without approval, damaging evidence, cause RP to stop, and causing once again distress in the guild.
