I got this candle scented "Safari" and it smells really great up close but I finally lit it up and...... my room smells like strippers and cold syrup. rofl My room can not air out fast enough.
ITT stuff that smells worse than expected

That'd have to be a new laptop we bought. Literally stunk up the entire room the first day we unpacked it. My mom couldn't stand it and wouldn't let us take any chances with the repairman, so we actually returned it and got a different model. /had no idea before that laptops could actually smell.
I've never tried lighting a candle in my room. I'm always afraid I'm going to knock it over somehow and end up setting the house on fire emotion_awesome

Air fresheners. They smell good in small amounts but when used for a room they can be really over powering.
