The new card text is already on the wikia for those who wish to look. The new card text will be available in the Legendary Collection 3 Reprint of Necrovalley.

The new text changes things about Necrovalley once again.

First off, because of the way the new text is worded, you can still activate cards such monster reborn and call of the haunted. However, the effec will end up be negated and the card will either send itself to the graveyard, or in the cas eof continuous cards, stay on the field. This is similiar to some previous printings of Necrovalley.

The second change, although less significant, is that the card now specifcally says the cards cannot be moved from the graveyard except by their own effect. What does this mean? it's basically confirming that cards such as Soul Drain and Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror work, where as before, it wasn't so clear. In addition to this, it would also allow a card to shuffle the graveyard if one were to ever be made, as that action does not specifically move a card from the graveyard to somewhere else.

Cards that target or count the number of cards in the graveyard are, as before, still viable as well, as long as they don't move the cards outside the graveyard. Examples are Tragoedia changing it's level or JD/ DAD checking if it can summon itself.

Finally the effects of Necrovalley, where all Garvekeeper's monster's gain 500 attack and defense and no card can be banished from either graveyard are unchanged.

i just was referring to the fact that they finally print a necrovalley that said what it was supposed to do then turn around and make it more confusing again with the Marik deck reprint.
