High Concept Aspect: "I will complete the task set before me"
Satto is a shinigami first and everything else second. He respects the system regardless of how much chaos has over taken the seireitei. Satto will comply with orders not matter what as long as they come from the higher ups. He will do whatever it takes to complete his mission making sure to do what is best for Seireitei. Satto will do whatever is necessary to complete his task making him the perfect leader and or soldier to restore order to the seireitei.
Trouble Aspect: "The Lone Shinigami"
Satto having the desire to complete missions first and having the unique appearance that he does is often alienated from every other shinigami making it so that he rarely trusts those he goes on missions with finding it necessary to completely rely on himself. Because of this Satto has focused all his attention at becoming the strongest, fastest, and deadliest shinigami himself so that he will have no need to lean on others. This further alienates him making it so that his relationships are few in number and very difficult to strengthen.
Appearance:
Tsuriba Satto is an unusual Shinigami to say the least. His most noticeably awkward feature is the fact that he is, in fact, a humanoid Doberman Pinscher - one of the quickest and most protective canines in the real world. He stands a decent height of 6'3" with a toned frame, distinctly canine face, viciously sharp teeth, and brown, judging eyes. The upper half of his face is black while his cheeks and chin are a light auburn. Like many of his canine brothers, Satto has had his ears cropped; a procedure that trims the "flop" and keeps them standing up at attention. Unlike his distant relatives, however, Satto has taken the liberty of piercing his cropped ears with dozens of gold, silver, and copper rings. These rings have a habit of clanking together during his quick bouts of Shunpo, creating a bell-like echo that can confuse unprepared opponents. Satto has learned to tune this out and is capable of muting it if necessary.
While his duties in the Gotei 13 come first, Satto completely refuses to wear the traditional shinigami robes. After the breakdown in ranks Satto fashioned his own division two captains haori. Although it holds no significance besides a change in aesthetics Satto finds himself clinging to haori, using it to constantly remind him of what he wants to become. His time-honored complaint with the typical captain Haori is that the extra fabric isn't conducive to his responsibilities. He instead wears a black vest with an upside-down "V" shaped piece that cusps the back of his head, trails around his shoulders, and rests the bottom of his neck. This piece is designed to channel sounds to his already hypersensitive ears. On the left breast of the vest is the sign of the 2nd Division in white. Underneath this vest is a full-sleeve, white kimono, the ends of which are slightly too long and loose - they keep Satto's canine-like hands/paws hidden until he needs them. When he is at attention, Saito will often place one arm and hand inside the other sleeve, holding them both horizontally across his stomach. His lower half is a normal black Shinigami bottom. He wears elaborately designed black boots to hide his canine-like feet. His Zanpakuto, Koushaku no Metaru Enkai, is always hidden in his left sleeve.
Personality:
Satto is a Shinigami first and everything else second. His responsibilities to the Captain-Commander, the seireitei, and his division color every decision he makes, leaving him with very little downtime to rest and relax. As such, Satto is a very quiet, straight-to-the-point individual. Many describe his personality as "unbending metal"; an appropriate description considering the powers of his Zanpakuto. It has made him an incredibly effective leader of the Seireitei, his single soft spot is for other anthropomorphic Shinigami. While he never gives such individuals special treatment, he does empathize with their unique situations. Satto rarely holds small talk and almost never speaks frivolously, tending to say only what is completely necessary.

Background: Where Did You Come From?
Satto came into the rukongai instantly finding out that his appearance affected the way everyone acted around him. It was because of this that he became a very withdrawn person. After learning how to survive Satto began to become nothing more than a shadow, sleeking around and taking only what was necessary to survive. He began to observe utilizing what he was so that his speed would be able to let him thrive.
After observing and stealing Satto watched a shinigami kill a hollow that was ravaging a pour family. After seeing this Satto decided that he would do the same and hopefully those would look differently at him after seeing just how useful and good he could be. Satto showed who he was proudly allowing his face to be seen at all times so that his comrades and those he was protecting or killing knew exactly what he was.

After entering the Rukongai district Satto learned that his canine body seemed to boost his physical abilities and senses, the most prominent being his speed. He used this to his advantage living and dying by it. It was the thing he prided about himself most knowing that if no one could keep up with him than it did not matter what he was he could succeed. He saw his appearance as an advantage after realizing just how fast he could become. He shapes his fighting style around his superior speed knowing that because he is different it makes him unique and allows him to achieve a level of speed that others may only dream of.

Zanpakutō Information Sealed Form
Sealed Zanpakutō:
Koushaku no Metaru Enkai (Prince of the Metal Ocean). Satto's unreleased Zanpakuto takes the form of a foot-and-a-half long wakizashi with a steel-colored sheathe and a stained brown-gray handle. The cross-guard and pommel both appear to be made of rusted iron, worn and broken from misuse and an uncaring master. This couldn't be further from the truth. The condition of the blade is set in stone, despite the constant care Satto pays to it. The somewhat jagged, rectangular cross-guard has always been cracked and somewhat askew.

Spirit Appearance:
Koushaku no Metaru Enkai takes the form of a three-headed dragon with a massive wingspan. The left head mimics the top plane - regal and ornately designed from silver metal. The middle head is like the former, only smooth and faceless. The right head is vicious looking and rusted beyond recognition. These three traits flow throughout the dragon's enormous body.
Spirit Personality:
The Prince of the Metal Ocean has a personality for each head. The ornate one preaches wisdom, duty, and honor above all else. The faceless, eerily metallic head spouts endlessly about neutrality. As one might expect, the rusted head is far more chaotic that the others, and endlessly attempts to corrupt Satto into committing acts of selfishness and hatred - it always fails. This three headed dragon can most often be found flying somewhere between the three layers. It treats intruders differently depending on which head they make eye contact with first.
Shikai

Shikai Appearance:
To unleash his Shikai, Satto raises his Zanpakuto to his mouth, holding it horizontally in front of his razor-sharp teeth. He quickly chants, "Judge by steel, Koushaku no Metaru Enkai," then bites the center of the blade. With a violent and quick twist of his head, the unreleased Zanpakuto shatters into a thick brown dust. Within seconds this airborne material coalesces into a large naginata made entirely of rusted metal. Dozens of broken charms hang from the base of the worn, jagged blade. On the back of the blade, where ornate rings often rest on such weapons, only three of five remain, leaving empty holes where the others should be.
Shikai Powers:
Togiretogire Kansen (Broken, Corrupted Infection): The main ability of Koushaku no Metaru Enkai is related to its worn, rusted condition. Any enemy who is cut by the blade or pierced by the jagged base of the weapon is infected with a creeping disease. This infection mimics the way rust takes over a worn piece of metal, only it acts at an extremely rapid pace, devouring an enemy in mere minutes. Those who cannot defeat Satto or make him release his Zanpakuto are consumed and killed; turned into statues of twisted rust that quickly dissipate in the wind. Satto himself cannot contract this disease, although he is always careful when handling the jagged form of his naginata. This ability has no special effect on Zanpakuto, but other metal objects can be destroyed in the same manner as flesh. This power is at the behest of the spiritual pressure difference between Satto and his opponent(s). Enemies stronger than him might be completely immune to this technique because of the vast stores of spiritual energy they have within them. In contrast, weaker enemies are far more likely to die quickly once they have been infected.
Hisan Tsume no Mannaka Doragon (Flying Claw of the Middle Dragon): By slashing horizontally with his naginata, Satto can release a claw-like cloud of rust and metal that speeds towards his opponent and perforates them with thousands of the razor-sharp projectiles. This attack is far less accurate than close range strikes - it can't change direction once it is released and it can be outpaced by skilled Shunpo. Those who are cut by the cloud, which contains thousands of tiny shards of metal, might fall victim to the Togiretogire Kansen. Satto rarely uses this ability against single opponents, as it is much more fitting to use against large crowds of weaker enemies. He does, however, utilize it against unapproachable foes. When such battle occur, Satto tends to use his incredible speed and agility to keep away from his enemy while creating a continuous fire of shrapnel. Of course, he cannot keep it up for too long without seriously draining his Reiryoku, so each attack is done deliberately.
Hateshinai Enkai (Endless Ocean): Satto's Zanpakuto is uniquely powerful when he finds himself fighting a user of water-based techniques. When his blade successfully comes into contact with such an ability, whether through blocking it or piercing it, the rust of the blade corrupts the water, filling it with a brown, floating dust. Through this technique, Koushaku no Metaru Enkai gains temporary control of the body of water. Satto can redirect or simply disperse the infected liquid, although any and all special abilities that the body of water had before the corruption are rendered inert. This ability cannot infect ice due to its extremely stable structure. It can infect mist, steam, and rain so long as the water is created using spiritual energy.
Bankai
Bankai Name: Shinsei Kokuou no Metaru Enkai (Divine King of the Metal Ocean)
Bankai Aspect: "This is only destructive"
Bankai Release Phrase: "May your three mouths judge our actions - your metal breath doom our world to rust. Shinsei Kokuou no Metaru Enkai."
Bankai Appearance:
Shinsei Kokuou no Metaru Enkai (Divine King of the Metal Ocean). To call upon his Bankai, Satto stabs his naginata into the ground. If there is no ground below him, such as when he is caught in aerial combat, the blade somehow stops on the same level as his feet. He then shouts, "May your three mouths judge our actions - your metal breath doom our world to rust. Shinsei Kokuou no Metaru Enkai." Satto then flicks the three rings on the back of his blade, causing the weapon to vibrate. A hurricane of metal and rust rushes outwards from the worn naginata, surrounding Satto in an impenetrable, oxidized windstorm. When the debris falls away, Satto stands in a horribly rusted suit of samurai armor. Rusty brown iron, worn silver, and black cloth make up the design of the suit, but the most noticeable features are the two dragon shoulder pieces. The one on his left side is ornate, silver, and well designed, unlike the rest of the suit. The one on the right is horribly rusted, demonic-looking, and worn. In both of his hands are separate naginatas that mimic his Shikai form. After the transformation is complete, Satto quietly exclaims, "Bankai."
Bankai Powers:
Yoroi no Kousou Doragon (Armor of the Upper Dragon): The samurai armor of Satto's Bankai form is covered in dangerous edges and rusty pieces. Anyone who attempts an unguarded melee attack against him risks cutting themselves on one of these many hazards. Upon successful penetration the same diseased rust of his Shikai form, Togiretogire Kansen, infects the opponent. Despite Satto being in a vastly stronger form, this infection does not spread at an accelerated rate. The main improvements are the various methods of delivery. The result is the same; a rusted, lifeless statue where flesh once was. The Bankai also retains the other three abilities of the Shikai form; Hisan Tsume no Mannaka Doragon and Hateshinai Enkai.
Kokyuu no Nijuuzoko Doragon (Breath of the Lower Dragon): By concentrating a large portion of his Reiryoku into his throat, Satto can exhale an enormous wave of infected rust and sharp metal. This wave mimics the legendary breath of a dragon. Any objects, enemies, or even allies who are caught within this breath attack risk being completely decimated by the volley of piercing metal. Should an enemy only partially dodge this attack, any wounds acquired by the technique are infected with the Togiretogire Kansen. This is the most powerful and fearsome ability Satto has at his disposal. It takes exactly one-third of his Reiryoku stores to successfully launch it. Each time he does, two of the six rings on the back of his naginatas dissipate. Should all six vanish, Satto's Zanpakuto returns to a sealed state and he loses consciousness from over-exertion.
Inner World: Satto's inner world is composed of three infinite layers stacked on top of one another. The upper layer appears to be made of a thick sheet of flawless silver-hued metal, with hundreds upon thousands of perfectly sculpted geometric statues dotting the horizon. The middle layer looks almost identical like the previous one, only there are no statues in sight - the plane is entirely void of obstruction or inconsistency. The bottom layer is an endless field of rust, decay, and twisted versions of the geometric statues found on the top layer. In what would best be described as the "center" of all three planes is a hundred foot wide hole. This is a portal to the next plane, and those who don't watch their step may find themselves falling between the three realms until they somehow leave Satto's inner world.
