I'm probably not supposed to be privy to as much information as I am about what goes on behind closed Moderator doors, here.... but I am. and from what I've learned, there is a serious need for an extra Captain.
besides, Grim is well-organized, a great communicator, and I am pretty sure he was also part of the original collabo to brainstorm the idea for this Guild, right?

So don't take this as anything against you okay? :3
But since when did we, meaning normal members, get to decide what guild leadership does? I mean, I hated s**t like this when I ran forums. There is such a thing as suggesting moderators, which is a legit thing to do, but deciding Co-Captain should be completely up to the Captain.

I honestly don't feel the guild is as disorganized as you make it out to be, sure it needs a lot of house keeping still, but mind you this guild is still very new. I don't think it warrants the need of a co-lead right yet. The only time I imagine it's going to need a co-lead is during school when Kaper doesn't have the time to maintain it properly.

heh. well, I had heard a different story from someone else, and I just wanted to put my voice in. I know exactly just how much work it takes to get a guild lifted off the ground -- it is never an overnight victory! eek
