"Ammmphiiii!!" Roch said, crouching over her in the bed. It was early morning, a weekend, and honestly he should have been running off to work on the battle, or sleeping in, but Roch had found something on his phone the night before and he NEEDED to do this.

So the sweat short clad punk was assaulting his sleeping ghoulfriend like a kid on Christmas morning. "Amphiii, blue eyyyeesss, wake up! We have somewhere super important to go to!"

"Amphi--Amphi--" okay, he might have snuck a kiss in there, but hell, she just was ASKING for it--"Amphiiii, wake uppp, we gotta go!" he said, even though he was laying down next to her by this point and slipping his fingers into her hair--"Davy Jones Water Park," he murmured against her neck. "With sunken ships and tons of tunnels and slides--"

"We gotta go to my room and get my swimming trunks," he told her, grabbing his clothes from the chair and heading into her restroom to change real quick. He came out a few moments later, grinning as he grabbed her hand. "No point in fixin' my hair, though," he said, shrugging. "It'll all wash out."

Then he headed for the door, certain that she would be tugging him soon enough. "Oh, but we can't tell Danny," he said. "She'd hate the place."

"Um..." he said blankly, staring at the shorts she was holding. "Not those," he said finally. "Lemme dig them out," he said, passing her to dig through the massive bag of clothes behind the door. He still had no dresser. He probably never would, until he moved out of school. He WAS a hob, after all.

He dug out his black and white swim trunks, then headed into the bathroom to grab a towel. "Ready!" he said, coming out. Riff was sitting on his shoulder, hugging his neck in a possessive manner. "Um, can Riff come?" he asked.

"There's gonna be water," he told Riff. "And you'll be stuck on the side while we're swimming... y'sure you wanna go?"

Riff clung tighter to his throat, looking at Amphi darkly. She never saw her boil because of this ghoul!! No way was he leaving without her!!

"Okay, screech," he said. "You can come with us." He hesitated, looking at Amphi. "Y'mind if we sleep here tonight?" he asked. "My pets are startin' to feel abandoned," he added, tossing some treats into the various bowls and fishtanks.

"It's okay, I only got a couple of them--and my punkeesh. And I stop by daily to feed everybody," he said, reaching down and ruffling Clef's fur as he walked past the bed before opening the door for her and digging out his keys. He locked it and turned, grinning at her. "Let's go swim," he said, grabbing her hand and lacing his fingers through hers. "Mind if we take the bike?"

Roch mounted the bike, pulling on his helmet and waiting for her to get on behind him before taking off. It felt great just to get away from the school, he thought, away from the responsibilities and classes and the tension that still hid under the surface of everyone around them. Today, he swore, would be dedicated to hanging out with his ghoul and going down tons of slides.

They headed into town, then past it, for the water park in question. Having a bike made going further so much easier, he thought as he pulled into the parking lot.

"Ain't it aweso--" Roch stopped, watching his ghoulfriend with a slight frown as she pawed that cutout. Huh... sure it was just a picture, so it didn't matter, right? It was like him and his favorite bands or somethin, he decided. He headed to the front desk, paying for their tickets and letting her look at the cutout for a little longer as he got their passes.

"Amphi! C'mon, it's time to go in!" he called to her when he'd paid.
