Q. What is it?
A. This is an experiment which a friend and I have come up with together. It is not unlike illustration.
Q. How does it work?
A. Simple really. I rip free books from the interweb at someone's request. Then I either thoroughly read it and take down notes (in some cases I simply copy paste the chapter itself) or glance through and make fun of the stupidity. In any case, there is always art. Sometimes full panels, sometimes just an image from the chapter. It really depends on the book, the request, and my interest.
Q. You keep mentioning requests, dafuq is up with that mang?
A. Well, to put it simply, I do not choose to do everything on my own. There are others with my through the drawing or reading process. (I do read aloud and sometimes on webcam with friends which is quite fun when the book is horrible and horribly written.) More often than not, the end result is reviewed and revised by who ever is with me at the time I'm working.
Q. Well that was educational. /sarcasm/ Explain the icons?
A. Each icon represents a different story and different style of art drawn for it. The style is picked for multiple reasons which could be drawn out in extensive detail but ultimately remain extremely boring. What it all boils down to, however, is the great method of "practise".
Q. I want to tell you just what I think! Got a problem with that?
A. Not at all. I love feedback, the more the merrier. However, I'm such a stickler for organization and order, so I would prefer if you posted in the "OOC" or "Chat" thread created specifically to cater to this one's needs!
