Personality: Shikairu is always very nice and is mostly calm in any situation. He is seen as a hero of Konoha, and he lives up to that title considering he fights on the front lines in every battle involving Konoha. He is sneaky and as such he is seen as a perv due to a few situations he was involved in that may or may not have made him look like a pervert.

╫Background Information╫
Bio:
Shikairu was born a normal kid, in a loving family. His parents were older when he was born but he was not the first born. Shikairu was ten years younger than his brother and 8 years younger than his sister. Shikairu's father was a Jounin in Konoha, his mother was part of the medical corps. At the age of 6 his brother was promoted to Jounin and his sister remained a Chunnin, and he finally graduated the academy and was promoted to Genin. He went on many missions with his team (Chozen Akimichi, Inomari Yamanaka and their sensei Sasuke Sarutobi) none of the missions in the first two years were to high of a rank, he grew into a stealthy fighter one that not even Sarutobi could predict or find. Shikairu's skills were nearly unmatched in most cases, and with his teammates they were seen as the best group in their class. Shikairu was promoted to Chunnin during the second year in his group, the decision was easy for the Hokage considering Shikairu was better than most Chunnin already. He was his groups leader for two more years before talk of the Chunnin exams starting occurred. In the third year Sarutobi was given a spot as an ANBU member so Shikairu was left to train his team and raise them as their new sensei.
Two weeks before the Chunnin exams Shikairu's team was given a mission it was a C-Rank mission so he figured it would only take a week max to complete. Upon this mission they were told to deliver a top secret scroll to the Mizukage. Shikairu carried the real scroll and Chozen carried a fake as Inomari carried the other fake scroll. They were ambushed not even a day into the journey to Kirigakure, upon which Shikairu already seen coming he already used a clone in his place not even Chozen or Inomari knew about it. Attaching his shadow to his clones the four men who attacked them got caught in Shikairu's Shadow Possession jutsu, Shikairu was against killing so instead he used Shadow Strangle jutsu to force them to pass out. The clone took a sword through the chest and blood ran down the wound due to Shikairu placing a blood pack on the body of his clone to give it a life like death. Chozen and Inomari grew worried thinking it was actually Shikairu and upon death he used one last jutsu, Shikairu rose from his clones shadow as it dispersed. Both Chozen and Inomari hit him for making them worry, continuing forward they were nearing the border of Kirigakure. They were a half a days walk away, deciding to rest Shikairu knew someone had been following them for sometime and even watched the fight that had occurred earlier. Shikairu had set up traps around the area, and even went as far as removing the ground beneath his teammates and set up a trip wire so that if it was tripped the ground would give out beneath them and they would fall into a protected hole.
The mysterious man avoided all the traps in complete darkness and even got to Chozen and Innomari without triggering the trap holes just to find out the scrolls were fake. The man walked out into the open knowing Shikairu was watching him, "Shikairu Nara, I should have known you would be carrying the real scroll so why don't we make this easy and you hand it over without anyone getting hurt." Shikairu still hiding among the shadows used a technique to carry his voice throughout the entire area, "Sasuke Sarutobi, why does it not surprise me that you have turned against the village, I cannot just hand over the scroll but you already knew this. I suppose this is going to turn ugly quickly." Shikairu stopped the technique and Sarutobi had already covered the small area in ash, igniting it fire lit up the area catching trees and bushes on fire. Sarutobi smiled still unable to find him, "your stealth skills are still unmatched, but you still forgot to mask your scent again. As Sarutobi finished speaking he threw a windmill shuriken at the scent the shuriken was enhanced by Sarutobi's chakra to cause extra damage, the shuriken hit a dummy that was filled with explosive tags and senbon exploding on impact the senbon flew in every which direction and some even hit Sarutobi. Injured he laughed, "I see you used our past to get the advantage in this battle, you have grew into a fine shinobi." Shikairu walked out from the shadows and extended his shadow towards Sarutobi, instead of connecting their shadows Shikairu raised it from the ground creating multiple tendrils and attacked him from multiple directions hitting him more than enough times to immobilize Sarutobi. Shikairu sighed "I am sorry things turned out like this, I appreciate what you taught me but at last I have surpassed you sensei this will be our last encounter." Chozen and Inomari came running to the scene only to see Shikairu standing over Sarutobi, they were confused and ran towards them yelling Sarutobi smiled "I believe it will be, you are lucky that you were not asleep otherwise you would end up like your teammates." Shikairu looked over at them his eyes wide open as they both exploded simultaneously dying and sending the explosions towards Shikairu and Sarutobi, Shikairu used an earth style jutsu to raise a slab of earth and protect himself from the explosions. Sarutobi, Chozen and Inomari all died together. Shikairu fell to his knees tears running down his face, emotions ran wild through his head as he walked on and completed the mission he was given, carrying the bodies of all three of his former team he reached Konoha.
Shikairu lived with sadness for two months before overcoming the emotions of loosing his friends, and only three dayss after he finally got over their deaths his mother passed away from old age his father being older than his mother passed away from the shock and emotions of loosing his wife. Shikairu again went into a shocked state now loosing his parents he was hurt and confused at why everyone around him was dying, his brother and sister were the only reason for him not taking his own life. A year passed and his brother was assassinated by an ANBU of a rival village, his Sisiter being there when it happened killed the ANBU member and broke the news to Shikairu only for Shikairu to go to the village and attempt an assassination on the Kage failing only due to his clouded judgement he was not captured nor found he simply returned to Konoha. His sister heard of the assassination attempt and knew it was her brother, after talking to him she had decided since he failed that no harm was done since they didn't see Shikairu so they had no way of knowing who he was or what village he was from.
Two years later Shikairu was promoted to Jounin, and was given his own team to train and raise. His team consisted of Kane Uchiha, Nami Aburame, and Tsume Inuzuka. They all were exceptionally skilled in their areas of combat, with that said they were young and inexperienced, they didn't use their skills to their advantage. Instead they would argue and fight at nearly all times Kane hating Tsume due to some incidents in the academy and Nami being the only girl in the group she wanted to keep them in check and would suck their chakra out of them leaving them nearly unable to move. Shikairu had trouble keeping them in line and there for when they went on their first real mission out of their village he was worried. Kane and Tsume got into an argument after reaching the border of the snow village, with that said Kane went off on his own ignoring Shikairu while Nami sucked the chakra out of Tsume while he was running after Kane in order to attack him. Kane vanished in the distance and Kairu was unable to find him, knowing Kane would turn up he focused on the mission. Nami fell behind after being distracted by a native bug, she had never seen such an insect. Kairu hadn't noticed since she was always silent and always at the back of the group, carrying Tsume he was already sidetracked. Stopping to rest for a bit since the cold was taking its toll on him he knew it was taking its toll on them as well, that is when he noticed Nami was missing now as well. Sighing he waited for them and snow began to cover Tsume and harden into ice, Shikairu attempted to break the ice but to no avail. Shikairu looked up to see both Kane and Nami in the ice as well, he was now at a disadvantage the enemy had his team and Shikairu was not hidden he was forced to attack from plain view.
Shikairu was worried, "what do you want?" The five mysterious masked people only laughed as they forced the ice to implode killing the team of Genin. Shikairu hit the ground knowing he had failed to protect his team once again, he couldn't take it his sadness and depression quickly turned into anger as he vanished from sight it was not due to a jutsu rather it was his speed, hitting the five people one by one they were unable to keep up with his movements after they were bloody and beaten they all began to laugh as they rose another slab of ice from the ground revealing his sister frozen in the ice. He stopped moving as he touched the ice the five people all made a hand sign forcing the ice to explode killing his sister and injuring him to the point that he was thought dead and left to die alone. Shikairu didn't fight death instead he embraced it and fell into a deep sleep, his life was saved by a man that lived nearby. Shikairu awoke looking around he seen the man, not knowing who he was Shikairu used his shadow possession to trap him, "Who are you and where are the others that were dead?" The man didn't answer, "I saved your life and this is how you repay me?" Shikairu forced his shadow up the man and onto his neck, "you have one more chance to answer my question." The man stood up and broke the jutsu with Shikairu still injured his jutsus weren't very strong, "I am Farin, I am a doctor here and I buried your friends in the cemetery behind my house. You were attacked by the Ice Assassins, they are a high leveled group each were ANBU in this village and were seen as the most dangerous shinobi and they betrayed us and formed a group to attempt a rebellion. I was once apart of their group but due to me finding out their intentions I left but was banned from the village which is why I live on the outskirts of the village." Shikairu sighed and decided to stay till he was healed, after that the man told Shikairu where their hideout was but only after Shikairu demanded that he tell him. Shikairu used his stealth to enter their hideout and attack them unseen, one by one he would take his revenge.
Shikairu Walked up the wall of the ice cave, silent and hidden in the shadows. Reaching the roof Shikairu crouched reading himself to attack. The five men stood in conversation unaware of Shikairu's presence, unaware of the possibility of that day being their last. Shikairu lunged down placing each of his fists on the leaders shoulders, extending his claws into the mans shoulders he missed all vital organs and most lethal areas severing one artery he retracted his claws and turned towards the others. "This man will die in 2 minutes from blood loss, if you are unable to get through me to get to him he will die. You have two minutes to fight for not only your own lives but the life of your leader." The men wasted no time in advancing towards Shikairu, using Black Spider Lily to trap three of the four men, one flipped away dodging the shadow. The only man not trapped began making hand signs Shikairu already had distance calculated, flipping backwards he forced the three shinobi caught in his web to flip back and collide with the man canceling his jutsu before it's use. Immediately after landing Shikairu canceled his jutsu and speed towards the group with speeds that matched legends of A and Minato, reaching the men in a blink of an eye as they landed he punched one in the side of the neck extending his claws and cutting the throat of the man, stepping off his knee he propelled himself at another one of the men and punched him in the chest and extended his blades once more through the mans heart. Flipping off the man he placed each hand on the under side of his wrists instantly summoning a windmill shuriken in each hand after launching them towards the two targets he used Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu to make 50 copies of the windmill shurikens. The two men were overwhelmed with shuriken heading towards them, one of the men used an ice justsu to block nearly 20 shuriken the 20th shuriken to hit the ice broke through but lost a majority of its momentum and the man hit it to the ground. Looking over to his partner 15 shuriken were pinning him the the cave wall all of which were stuck through his body out of 30 shuriken that flew towards him only 15 hit their target but it was more than enough to cause death.
The leader looked up with horror in his eyes seeing his dead members he knew moving would kill him but taking revenge was his only goal at this point, making hand signs to use one final jutsu he got to the last hand sign and 5 clones dropped from the ceiling where he once stood and all of the cloned stabbed through him before dispersing. Shikairu looked at the last man and smiled, "you were to late, now it is your turn to join your friends in the afterlife." Shikairu used his speed to get close to the last man, using a technique called Twenty Swords of Death Shikairu extended his blades and circled the opponent creating clones then his clones run the other way creating more clones the opponent surrounded by 5 Shikairu's in a pentagon form, two stabbed the man downwards through the neck and shoulders another two stabbed upwards through the legs 10 more claws from other clones thrust into him from the gaps left between the clones 5 into the mans heart and the other five aimed at his other major organs. Shikairu then stood while all of the men bled out onto the cave floor surrounding him, standing there for a moment he finally walked out of the cave and finished his mission before returning to Konoha.
Shikairu returned to Konoha to find out that the Hokage had died, A meeting of the elders was held and due to Shikairu being head of Military movements in Konoha he was asked to attend the meeting. A vote was held and even after Shikairu told them he was not exactly fit for the position the elders and other high ranking officials in Konoha decided that he was wrong, that he was the best choice for the village. Shikairu was made Hokage and since there had been two attacks on the village both of which where stopped before there was any casualties. Shikairu stopped the attacks almost completely by himself both times, considering the attackers were unable to be stopped by the ANBU forces first Shikairu froze their movements before capturing them. Shikairu is always seen in the village and is almost never in his office instead he leaves a clone in his office until he is absolutely needed.
