Ah, if you're reading this that means you are interested in debating or discussing various points of the faith.
Kudos to you. :]

As I've surfed around on Gaia, I've noticed that these threads can get rather heated and butts tend to get hurt.
Before you join the debates and discussions, you need to read our etiquette guidelines to avoid drama.

#1. You may debate anything as long as it has to deal with scripture, sinning or daily Christian life.
So as an example, threads debating that cookies are better than cake do not belong here.

#2. You have the right to disagree, as no one will have the exact same viewpoints as another person. That is perfectly okay. However, if you disagree, do not be rude! Either calmly state that you disagree and leave the thread, or you may stay and civilly discuss it. If a person doesn't agree with you, do not push the subject unless they express a willingness to continue debating.

#3. Please avoid copypasta threads. If you have a video or article or quote you wish to share, by all means please do so, but please explain in your own words what you found significant, and what discussion points you wish to bring up.

#4. If you want to debate, be sure that you know what you're talking about! Keep the foot out of your mouth, use Google and do research.

#5. BE LITERATE, please try to use proper spelling and grammar. A few mistakes is fine but no leet speak or chat speak.

#6. Be mature, this should be obvious.

#7. Stay on topic, do not start spamming in any discussion or debate thread. We have a Chatterbox for a reason.

I will be adding to the etiquette guide as needed.
