Created a new OOC thread within the guild, where people who can actually join the roleplay will be able to see. ^.^
Again, if you know anybody who'd be interested, tell them about Renaissance. We only need one more player before we can start!

Rejoice! The male role has finally been taken by Wuppa Wuppa!
Now that all mandatory roles have been filled, we can start the roleplay! I shall officially open it sometime tomorrow, thank you all for being so patient!
Now, there's some things I want your opinions on. For the team's very first battle together, who should we have as the baddies?
- A gang of egotistical vampire thugs
- Lucifer himself and a few of his cronies
- Anyone else you want to fight?
Just to answer some questions, we won't be fighting right away. The team'll have a little time to bond first before the fight.
And again, please be sure to check the 'More Info' thread so that you don't miss anything in your posts!

Also, I'm voting to start with a vampire gang. Going up against Lucifer himself right out of the gate seems a bit like taking on a final boss with basic equipment. You only do that if you're feeling suicidal or like you need an overly frustratingly difficult challenge.

I think I agree with you on that. Meeting Lucifer on the humans' first encounter would show them just how dangerous the world they've been dragged into is, and would serve as a really good dramatic turn of events, but the whole 'taking on a final boss with basic equip' makes more sense. Plus, I've got some really good lines for the vampires already (egotistic jerk to come) twisted
Thanks so much for joining, Wuppa! Without you, this roleplay would never get started. ^.^ I'm equally excited, since I want everybody to put in their ideas for the roleplay. More minds = more fun!

Nice first post, though you threw me for a loop with the petticoat. The image I got was of your character wearing an underskirt, but I don't think that's what you meant because you mentioned pants after that. Were you perhaps thinking of a blazer or another kind of coat?

Oh, don't be sorry, it's just a little mistake, and a perfectly understandable one.
I don't think so, unless you did mean a woman's underskirt. Maybe you were thinking of something like this blazer? Or a sports jacket? This is a double-breasted trench coat.
If you want the names of men's clothing articles while roleplaying, maybe you could open up a tab with some big clothing store's online catalog and browse the men's section.
