I myself am one who has an ability. You see, in this world there are two types of people the powers and the normals. As I’m sure you can guess who is whom. In this world there is no individual countries; they all are now one world wide organization. Within this organization there are the police force who mainly hunt the “powers” people and give one choice and one choice only. Join them and “protect the peace” or be captured.
No one knows what they do to those who are captured, but there is a quickly growing rumor lately that they are shipped off to many research labs for crazy power transferring experiments. I myself have been hiding my powers and living as a normal. The only reason why I can pass as a normal is because my power is “Imagination Incarnate” as I like to call it. I can use any power that I can imagine even the power to have no powers when being tested by every test known.
I have many a scar for all the tests that I have endured. Not only do the “power” police force hunt us “native powers” but there are massive rewards for normals who turn in any powers that they find. Ten years ago my powers first developed and I saved a cat from dying after it was ran over, and my parents saw it and were shocked at first. Then they decided that turning me in would help the rest of the family from starving to death and they called the police force to take me away.
When the “powers police force” (ppf) arrived, I ran until I was cornered and that’s when I found out that my power wasn’t limited to just healing. I was bleeding from the chase and that’s when I imagined the blood powers of Ganta from “Deadman Wonderland” and I unconsciously shoot a “Ganta gun” at those who where chasing me. I had killed them and ran. I ran far away and learned that I could change my appearance and even my blood type as I traveled the world over.

I am looking people to roleplay this scenario with me. smile I'm looking for people to be part of the PPF (powers police force); to be "Normals" and to be "Powers".
