Well I never really masturbated until I had met my ex, and after we've split I frequently think about our "fun" together. Is that normal? Will it ever go away?
I've been wanting to replicate some things we did so I'm thinking of penetrating when I masturbate. The problem is I don't have the funds for sex toys or the privacy to own them. I hate using my fingers because they don't get the job done and they hurt. Well everything that's been inside my vaginal hole hurts. Even when I had sex, and I was wet, it still hurt and burned because of the stretching. Every time I removed my fingers, or after we had finished having sex, my v****a burned and was really sore. I don't have any STD's STI's UTI's. Could I be too tight? sad It seems like whenever I attempt to stretch myself out its too painful and ruins the point of masturbating. There have been few instances where the pleasure overrode my pain, so that's why I want to try penetrating to see if I can get used to it or overcome it. The thing is, what can i use as lube, what can I use as a make-shift p***s? redface

Coolio Fluffy Whip Well I never really masturbated until I had met my ex, and after we've split I frequently think about our "fun" together. Is that normal? Will it ever go away? Yes, it's normal to have urges. Almost all of have them. They might die down a bit as you get older, but for now, you're probably stuck with them. And that's ok. Coolio Fluffy Whip I hate using my fingers because they don't get the job done and they hurt. The thing is, what can i use as lube, what can I use as a make-shift p***s? redface Pain or discomfort during penetration is usually caused by being too dry, too tense, and/or not adequately aroused. That means it is almost always avoidable. Fingers, penises, sex toys, and things of that size do not permanently stretch out the v****a. So if you're trying to permanently stretch yourself out with those things, you're wasting your time. A baby can stretch the v****a out permanently. But those other things won't (unless they're about the size of a baby). The v****a is kind of like elastic. It will comfortably and painlessly stretch quite a bit to accommodate those fingers, toys, and penises if you're well lubricated, if you're relaxed, and if you're in the mood. Then it will snap back to the way it was before. That's true even if you've never had any penetration before. So even a woman who's never had any penetration at all can have pain-free sex her very first time if she is well lubricated, relaxed, and in the mood. But if you're too dry, too tense, and/or not aroused enough, then that stretching can be uncomfortable, painful, or even impossible. And that can make penetration uncomfortable, painful, or even impossible. That's true even if a girl has had lots of sex before. So the whole "virgins are tight and girls who have a lot of sex are loose" thing is a myth. Your v****a is probably the same now as it was before you had sex. And it can feel very dry and tight one day. But later on it may feel very wet and loose. And later on it might feel dry and tight again. Even a doctor wouldn't know how experienced you were just by looking at you unless you had had a baby, were currently pregnant, or had an STD. So I would definitely recommend trying lube. Don't try to get creative and use random things you found around the house though. That can lead to some nasty infections. Get something that is actually made for and safe for vaginal use. A glycerin-free water-based lube would probably be best. They're inexpensive, easy to find (most drugstores sell them near the condoms), they're easy to clean up, and they don't stain. Also make sure you are relaxed and aroused before trying any kind of penetration. If you use your fingers (which I would recommend if you can't get a toy - trying to get creative and using things around the house as toys can lead to infections and injury if you're not very careful), make sure they are clean and that your nails are trimmed. If you feel pain even when you are well-lubricated, relaxed, and aroused, then you should talk to a doctor about. Sometimes pain can be a sign of a vaginal infection or other issue. People often talk about how uncomfortable vaginal infections are, but you can actually have one without even noticing it. So even if you feel fine when penetration isn't involved, that doesn't necessarily mean that you don't have an infection. Not all vaginal infections are sexually transmitted, and infections don't mean that you're dirty or anything either. So they're nothing to be embarrassed about.

Thanks so much, I'll try to bring the conversation up with my doctor if the lube doesn't work. I can't afford toys, and my fingers are too small, I don't exactly want to put just any random thing inside, but are there any substitutes around my home ?? Would nasty infections be avoided if I put a condom on the item I am going to use? I've heard some girls use bananas? confused

Yeah, some people use bananas, cucumbers, hair brush handles, etc. But you have to be really careful with that stuff. Fruit has natural sugar in it. Yeast likes to eat sugar. So if you put anything sugary in your v****a, the yeast can basically get all excited, go crazy, throw the delicate balance in your v****a out of whack, and lead to an infection. Cucumbers can be kind of rough. Even if it feels ok to your hand, it could be too rough for the delicate tissue of your v****a. Hair brush handles can be rough too, and they can have bacteria on them from your hands or other people's hands. Now, I'm not necessarily trying to scare you away from that stuff. I am just saying you have to be careful about it if you want to use that kind of stuff for penetration. Using a condom would be a good idea. Condoms can protect you from sugars and bacteria on that kind of stuff.
