You braved the theater! Nice. There's apparently a lot of imitations going on where people are trying to be like that one guy who shot up his theater. So stupid. What did you think of it?

Also, cats are curious creatures. x_x sometimes I wish I owned such an animal that suited my personality. Used to have a really cool chameleon. smile No longer, though. Come to think of it I am not quite sure what animal suits me best.

Worked today.

Early in the morning had to deny a child a ride because they weren't tall enough, got the expected boos and "This is bullshit!" from the parent. Something I haven't heard before, though: Someone behind me called me a hardass. I giggled.

The kid was close, and I told him at LEAST 6 times to stand up as straight as he could. But there were some people that saw me and agreed. He was a little less than 1/4 an inch short.

There is no grey area when there comes to height.

Also got a parent today with a child who was under 53 inches (where 54 is the minimum) just saying that they'll go on and will be okay with the adult. Ha. That's not how it works.

Living in the danger zone! It's a great movie except I kinda have to admit... I didn't like Hathaway. |:
A chameleon? That is baller. D: A good cat from the forest cat family might suit you, Archer is like a dog-child in giant fluffy kitty form. rofl

IN OTHER EXCITING NEWS..... I passed my driving test with an 86!!! Freaking knew the people at that other DMV were haters, gah.

Hathaway didn't do it for ya eh? Hah. I was never really inclined to watch it. As for the kittens, I would really like one. I must find a companion.

Congratulations on the driving test! There are lots of haters on the road D: it sucks. Some people in DMV's have that mentality that all drivers must be army trained in boot camp to ride vehicles because people tend to underestimate somehow. Driving's like anything else in that sense. All you need to do is drive defensively at least until you really get the feel for your car. Even than, I always keep a lookout around the environment. Congrats again and have fun on the road!

Ah! Makes much more sense now. Parents are a**l about that stuff but they have to realize there's a damned reason as to why those types of things exist. It's for their own safety.

I met my new boss today.
All he said during the 2 hours we worked together was "Hold the door." , "Get to photo." and "Wet floor.".

And, my store manager gave one of my coworkers and I permission to screw with his head.
My coworker is from Castle-field, Britain (not really) and I'm 20 (lol not really).
We're allowed to keep it up until either A) New Guy figures out we're not really
or B) My birthday in September

And to be fair, he was warned by every manager that's ever worked at our store or with me that we will mess with his mind.

@Prince: You should suggest buying a pair of those crazy platform sneakers that were hot stuff in the 90s. lol

@Brase: I just don't really like Hathaway in gen. I have no idea why, I just kinda do. Why no love for DKR though?
If you ever get a kitty make sure it's a keeper!

Haa, the DMV I went to the last two times was full of instructors expecting seasoned road veterans. Probably not going to go too far from home until I get over "oh crap I'm alone in the car what if I do something stupid" anxiety and re-read that DMV driver's manual a thousand times. Can't get more defensive than that! rofl *bro fist* To getting life started! Slowly getting stuff crossed off my list of priorities! Next up is getting a job hopefully in a nearby shopping strip. : D Can't have fun without funds!

For true! All kinds of opportunities open once you're able to drive. You grab a job you're set. It's easier than you think, too. Any income is good income really but the best advice I can give is just never to rush yourself or stress yourself out with it, the best and full proof plans are laid when the time is taken to evaluate. I only say that because I was always the kind of person to unintentionally rush things and it really doesn't do good.

I can't get over how much I've had that anxiety when I first started driving. Some of it has stuck with me today even if it's not visible. It's simply always been something in the back of my mind. I was never the kind of person who inspected the roads we were on when we were driving, I was more of the daydreamer, so I am a little ashamed to say that I don't even know a lot of the roads a few miles from my home. rofl I normally had my headphones on or was thinking too deeply to really notice where I was. Even today I don't drive many places.

And about DKR... well, It didn't pull me in like The Avengers did. I'm probably going to watch it when it comes to DvD and ultimately decide than. Since 1939 there have been numerous different versions of Batman, and all of them were amazing. Today's just kinda.... I don't know the word for it. >: They stray away from some key stuff that made Batman what it was. It's like more hollywood than Batman if that makes any sense. It's not that I don't have love for it and I respect their vision but it's just not something that grabbed me. If I listed off all of the really cool stuff about DC universe I would be listing for days, though.
