Description of Clan: The Mazakou Clan are a clan of…rather unique individuals, to say the least. Based on a formula that was derived from the First Otokage’s own forbidden scrolls, they were intended to be a secret weapon for the Otobe’s cause… only…when the formula was properly replicated, and the forbidden research given form it was discovered that, quite simply…there was a reason that the First Otokage labeled them as a “failed” experiment… they simply aren’t worth the trouble. The Mazakou clan can indeed look very intimidating, and even among the first born of this new generation can ACT, intimidating, the fact of the matter is that they simply are no more powerful than regular Ninja… whatever the state of their bodies and their belief in their capabilities. They are Born with a monsterous body, which though it varies in size is no more powerful, at it’s core, and with chakra, then a normal humans. While it is true that when they reach a certain stage in evolution they can take on human form, this human form is considerably weaker than their real body, and the process of switching back and forth takes a good deal of chakra, making them, in truth, rather troublesome. Many of their true forms, while always vaguely humanoid, can be rather grotesque, so it’s standard that they be kept in hiding in the labs until they are able to take human form. As their True form develops and is trained to be stronger, so likewise is their human form, but it is always vastly weaker, and thus in order to fight at their utmost this clan must often transform for battle. When brought to the highest stages of evolution, they seem to gain what has been dubbed their “Final Form” Which is generally very large and terrifying in appearance…but again, no more powerful than an ordinary Ninja. The only thing about this clan that seems to be an advantage over normal humans, and is incredibly ironic given the fact they were abandoned by the First Otokage, is that they do not seem to conventionally age as ordinary people do, many conjecturing their natural life spans when not killed to be unlimited…ironic, considering his failed experiment achieved what the First himself never could….even if they consistently come out average on everything else…
Physical Appearance: This greatly varies from Clan Member to Clan member, but their true forms are often very humanoid, save monstrous changes or features. This has manifested in many various ways such as scales, extra eyes, tentacles, and one in particular who had two heads and rather large tail. They consistently have human faces, arms, and legs, but other than that tend to range greatly. Their human forms when achieved, are equally diverse, though their final forms, if they ever manage to evolve to that level, are all very large.
History: When the Otobe first recovered the lost research of the First Otokage through the take over of Oto, they began to immediately perform research and secret experiments to try and see if they could utilize this knowledge safely to better protect the home that they had reclaimed at long last. While the Otokage Orikami forbade the investigation into certain rather dangerous jutsu, keeping them under lock and key personally, much of the research was given to the villages newly reformed research division… and one of the key projects they were all very excited about was, sure enough, the Mazkou Project. Using the methods detailed in the scroll and very dangerous medical jutsu discovered under Oto that are better left not described, they managed to create the life form as detailed in the scrolls…only to find themselves a rather lack luster product.
The Mazkou, as they were dubbed, were infantile when first born, but learned very quickly, managing to process and evolve into a childlike mentality within a few months, however afterwards their growth occured at a normal rate. This led their creators to the sorry mistake that they could try and train them to be weapons at this tender stage of 3 months old…only to find that the “super weapons” mentalities were equivalent to that of hyper active 8 year olds, who while they learned to speak properly and preform basic exercises well enough, took to the idea of being a super weapon like an eight year old would…making swishing noises and rough housing with one another.
Needless to say the “super weapon” program, was a bit of a bust. The Mazakou have since been treated as more an unfortunate waste of funds, and thought taken care of were handed over to people more designed to treat and raise them as ordinary children, only to realize that THIS wasn’t going to work either. The Mazakou were heavily imprinted on by their previous training to be Super weapons, and were determined to make this dream come true for their “Mommies and Daddies” and thus tried there very best to be very scary and intimidating super weapons…only it was widely regarded that all of them are very bad at it. Having the mind of a child and the experience of only being a 5 months old at the most, the Mazakou are very basic individuals, and tend to do what they THINK a scary weapon might do, only to more resemble a child posturing and playing pretend. They often have cute adorable childlike voices even in their true forms, and though they may be able to learn as well as a academy student might even as young as they are, they certainly not any more powerful.
This has led to many of the people around Oto thinking of the Mazakou as a bit of funny joke, an adorable little diversion of harmless monster children playing at being super weapons…at which is widely agreed they fail at. And, to be honest, this is entirely accurate. If a member of the Mazakou clan were to become exceptional, it would be the same as if an ordinary person had become so. If one of their forsaken clan is to rise up and prove everyone wrong about them, it will have to be an individual effort…
Habits and Social Structure: The Mazakou are odd in the sense that they seem to think of everyone in the Hidden Sound as their family, addressing everyone as such, utilizing either “Big bro” or “big sis”. If they become particularly attached to someone, they have the bizarre habit of deciding that that person is now their parent, calling them “Mommy” or “Daddy”, respectively. They do not seem to have all that strong a kinship to one another, and consider one another more as one might a rival, or competition for the villages attention. They tend to enjoy spending time with other people from the village, and are very open to receiving praise or affection, particularly if that praise is for doing something villainous or evil, as in their mind that is what a proper “super weapon” should behave like. When placed in a combat situation they try very hard to put on the air of soulless killing machine…but are often utter failures at it. The tend towards coming off as more of a joke the threatening, even when they ARE powerful to defeat the opponent. They will obey any order given to them by the current Otokage, though this stark loyalty is offset by their habit of calling them “Boss-sama-san” …even the people who created them are confused as to why this is…
Quirks and Special Features: Much of their quirks have been outlined already, but a summary would roughly consist of the following. They all have rather childlike personalities until a good deal of time to develop has passed, and tend to think of everyone in Oto (apart from one another) as their family, acting like an enthusiastic child desperate for their approval. They will often do anything they can to impress their family, and when they grow very attached to a single person decide that person is now their parent (Often without the person’s consent.) and address them as “Mommy” or “Daddy”. As earlier mentioned, they do not age, and they're human forms likewise reflect this, not changing in appearance, even if they can range in superficial age and stature.

Kekke Genkai: Henshin (Transformation)
*Upon turning level 5, the Mazakou obtains the ability to shift into a “human form” which is always 5 levels lower than the Mazakous “True form”, for 30cp, and back into their true form for 50 cp.
*The Current HP of the two forms remains constant, (meaning that if the user’s current HP is 50 in one form, but the max of the other form is higher, then user’s HP remains 50 hp) unless they are willing to pay an extra 100 cp per ten of their current level. Note that this form of transformation can only be used ONCE per battle, and ONLY into True form. Do you mean for every 10 levels, ex 10, 20, 30? Yes, that's correct. I would also be willing to have it operate on the same chakra cost rate as a standard medical Ninjutsu, whatever you think excuses the move back to True Form's full hp. Note again this can ony be done once per batte, but I would alse be willing to make it once per day.
*Gender is Constant between human and True forms. Girl's turn into human girls, boy's turn into human boy's, however beyond that the human form may look like anything...though it will never change. They will always look as such when they take human form.
*reaching 0 HP in Human form forces a transformation to True form for 0 cp, but the Mazakou only has 1 hp remaining, no matter the difference between Human form and True Form's Total HP. The Mazakou's morphed human forms grow unstable when damaged to this severe extent, and will break down, returning the Mazakou to their True form. They will be unable to resume human form until they have rested and given their body a chance to regenerate it's strength.
*All stat points added after the creation of the human form carry over to both forms, training and level points included. When the True form levels up, so does the human form, it may not be leveled up on it’s own, all experience gained by the human form is added to the true form.
*separate stats and appearance details will be kept on character’s profile for Human form and True form
*The Seduction skill, when used in True form, causes the victim to think the Mazakou is Cute/adorable, rather than sexy.
*Cute form or Intimidating form must be selected, cannot be changed later*
All Charisma based checks not involving intimidation suffer a -5 when in true form.

(if you decide your monster form is cute and not scary) -5 to intimidation when in true form.

Name: SUPER ULTRA DEATH ATTACK
Description: It’s….very…impressive? It’s a kick to an opponent’s shin, though apparently the cry of “SUPER ULTRA DEATH ATTACK” is entirely necessary to the attacks true purpose, which is to cause the opponent to drop their guard.

Description: ore of a maneuver than a technique for these odd Shinobi, using their chakra they can either spout, or manipulate an already existing tentacle, to grapple someone while leaving their hands free, meaning the User can still use jutsu while Grappling.

Description: This purportedly the final stage of the Mazakou’s evolution, and achieved when they reach around a Special Jounin level of proficiency. They’re experience and “collected combat data” allows them to assume a very large monstrous form exceedingly more massive than their “true form”.

*This technique allows the Mazakou to assume a [Colossal] form in RP, capable of leveling buildings and such with their size.
*The Form is again different for every Mazakou, but generally is merely a very large version of their True form, baring few exceptions.
*Gains +6 STR, +4 CON, - 6 dex, - 10 to DB. (Note: The percentage of your HP remains constant when switching to and from Final form. Calculate percentage of HP, and convert to same Percentage of the new total. Going both in, and out. )

Name: Cell infusion
Description: This a bizaare technique allows a Mazakou to share their mutant cells with another person just once, and through a careful network of chakra bonding tie their life to that of the Mazakou's. The result is that the person shares the Mazakou's ageless state, and will not die until killed. The draw back to this intimate bond is that if the Mazakou or the recipant dies, so does the person they have bonded with. The cells and bond must be made willingly, from both Mazakou and the recipient... it is considered by the Mazakou to be their Ultimate technique, and the greatest gift they can bestow to another individual. Due to the drain this puts on the Mazakou's body and chakra system, they can only perform this technique once in their admittedly long life times.
