Annastasia is Ashley's older sister, she was very much like Ashley at her age. She was gone for a bit and then came back home, but it was after Ashley had left for the comand center. The two girls are very close and people say that if Ashley was older the duo could have been twins. Though they don't see it. Alot of pepole mix them up. Annastasia grew up with a facination for technology and servalance. This is how she wants to help her sister and the other rangers. She knows all about it from her father.

Bio:
Having been born on Ko-35, Owen knows much more than his father when it comes to Earth. Owen has bounced back and forth between KO-35 and Earth since he was a child, but has spent most of his teenaged life on Earth. He learned Telekinesis when he was six and has been developing his skills ever since.

Skills: Sensitive to music and sound (pro and con at the same time)and can pick up the sound of a fly buzzing in someone's ear from next door. She also has invisibility that she got genetically because of Rose.
Pic/description: Think of Rose's appearance, make the hair go past her shoulders slightly (like Ronny's hair) put her in a pink t-shirt and a purple skirt. Done.
Bio: Lily is the child of Rose Ortiz, who was a child prodigy. Due to her mother having invisibility powers, she genetically got the power to turn invisible. She has very sensitive hearing, that's good because she can hear villains making plans for destroying a city every now or then, but she hears almost everything extra loudly (twice the volume of anyone else's hearing) and that's kind of bad.
