Abilities: Built up amunity to his own toxins, he uses his toxins to inflict fear on others to get them to do as he pleases. He has several different types of toxin created that produce various effects.
Biography:
Once a brilliant proffessor of Psycholegy, Dr. Crain began to test his fear toxin on his patients. Some tests resulted in the patient committing suicide or taking the lives of others. This cost him his job and he took useing his toxins for personal means.
Beliving that he is the cure for the city's chaos, Dr. Crain has plans to strike with a large amount of fear toxin and let chaos weed out the strongest of the city. This will prove that fear is the altimate servival tool and only those strong enough to survive are the only ones worthy to live.
