Biography: Roy was orphaned when his father died in a house fire. He was taken in by his uncle John who trainned him in weapons and hoped that some day he would join the Marines. Roy however decided to become a police officer, stateing that he wanted to fix things on the home front first before fixing the world. In the police academy is where Roy met d**k and the two became good friends. Roy even got into a fights with others over d**k's lifestyle choices. He also fully supports d**k adopting Damian.
