Bodytype: Short but thin and petite, very pale. Her skin is pale due to a rare skin allergy that is found in the Aurentine Empire. If she is exposed to changes in light quickly, she breaks out in hives that bleed as though cut by a knife. So she usually covers her skin most of the time and uses her prescription lotion when needed to.
This disorder is based on a skin allergy called
sun allergy. This version of the allergy is based on a allergic reaction I saw my mom's skin had to shellfish particles picked up by the wind.
Hair:Wavy short purple with bright blue on the ends, all of it not her natural hair color.
Eyes: light purple
Fashion: during school...normal uniform with a small splash of purple tye dye socks. After school, a cross between gypsy meets street wear.
Personality:She is quiet, a listener more then a talker with her friends. In her school uniform, she looks really young and is often mistaken for the wrong age. When she is out of her uniform, she looks like the right age with a slight bit of makeup on her eyes. The reason why she pulls pranks is very simple, to overcome her shyness in a effect.
But sometimes it backfires in negative ways. One time, it backfired on her when she had that crush on the foreign exchange student. She made cupcakes with peanut butter filling, hearing he disliked it greatly to play as a small prank. But she heard later on he was allergic to peanut butter and was sent to the hospital. He was so furious with her, he transformed out of her school and no one would talk to her for a long while.
3 good traits
~Helpfully- She helps her friends out if they are in a tight spot or need another pair of hands. If help is needed with researching, she can help pick out the right book in the public library. Even if her friends are doing something..not good..she helps them out. But it involves a animal or injuring one, she puts her foot down hard.
She has gotten into trouble with one prank, it is on her permanent record. She had helped a 'friend' get back her stuff from her ex-boyfriend's apartment. He called the cops and had them arrested for breaking and entry. She later found out her 'friend' made a deal with the police so she would get it on her record and her 'friend' gets off free. When she gets a bit overwhelmed, she sometimes bugs her friends.
~Loyal- Stick to her friends till the end of the world. If somebody need a shoulder to lean on, she is your girl. To earn her loyalty, help her with a animal in her mom's clinic and she is there to the end. Her first friend she was loyal to, helped build a make shift bird's nest for the eaglets sound in a downed tree. Loosing her loyalty is quick if you harm a animal and meant to do it....beware at your own choice. Her first real friend as he got older, got ruder and kicked a old dog in a side one day. She grew silent and for the next two weeks, he was pranked publicly which humiliated his ego. Usually, she showers her friends with gifts of homemade natural jewelry.
~Calm- On the line with a deadline, she is cool as a watermelon. This comes from helping her mom out with scared animals in her clinic. Rarely she looses her calm except when she is on her own, making choice without any guidance from friends or family. She panics a bit, talking really fast into a babble that anyone hardly understands.
She really hates being looked as being in charge. Ari doesn't see herself as leader, more like follower. At school she is looked as head leader in projects, which make it very hard for her to speak up. And when she does, it is in a fast babble. The boys think she is very weird and the girls think she is plain heartless. Although, most adults think this shows how wise she is. Her calm ability came from her now foster mom. When she came to her new home, she wouldn't speak and was nervous about everything. So Mom brought her to the clinic and set her with what ever baby animals were there that day. Slowly over time, Ari was taught about being calm even though she was afraid of harming the baby animals.
3 bad traits
~Naive- She has a little problem with lies and truths, can't tell the difference between the two. Her ex-friends used this to their advantage to twist her to their every whim. It wasn't long before she kept getting into trouble 'helping her friends'. She was transferred after the major fire at the private school Saint Lumois. Her 'friends' never bothering to keep in touch. Learning from this in her shrink sessions, she is learning to be more carefully with people. Her shrink is teaching her to be more confident and aware of her trust issues.
~Shyness- Ever since she was lost in a festival at age three by her first foster family, she has had this terrifying shyness that makes her very hard to open up to people.
Her first foster family took her to the capital's festival of Seren. She was dressed in her finest, walking with her big sister. Leading to a small puppet show, her sister told her to watch it while she went to get some hot tea. Little Ari watched the show, but she grew bored and curious about the tent next to the puppet show. She got up and looked in it and started to wander away from tent to stall. Getting tired after a while, she turned back to the area where she thought the puppet show was. She was lost and did what her foster parents told her to do when lost. Talk to a adult for help, so she wandered into a tent that was for drinking of high spirits. In the large and loud area, she asked for help from a really drunk noble. He picked her up roughly and set her on a tall chair. He then made a bet with all of his drinking buddies to see if he can make her quiet within a hour. Every time she asked for help, she was yelled at to be quiet by him or one of his drunken drinking buddies. Every time she tried to get off the chair, she was picked up and shoved back into the chair. By the end of the hour, she sat there listening and crying in silence with the drunk lord laughing and counting his money. Her foster uncle came in and found her. He slapped her and told her to never wander off again.
It clamps down on her hard, making her physically unable to talk.This shyness kept her away from saying hi to a boy she had a crush on before she was transferred. To get close to her is hard and a long process. A way to get close is visiting her mom's clinic or the library where she is looking up animal and vet books.
~Vindictive- She only gets like this when a prank goes wrong or if she is blames for a prank that she didn't do. This side of her comes out also if you harm a living creature and brag about it. When she realizes that she has been made a fool of, at first does nothing since she is not confident about confrontation. But, if it continues on, her anger grows to a boil. When this happens, she plays a fierce and humiliating public prank for all to see on those who wrong her and not get caught.

Maximo "Max" Burns, otherwise known as Dad: Stay at home Dad. He used to be a a special force of the police till he met Ari's Mom, three years ago. Ari has been her daughter for two years.
Zei: Older brother. He is home from college working at Mom's clinic part time. He is studying a fusion of bookbinding arts and being in buisness. He has several odd books found in collage that he lets Ari borrow if she wanted to. After the summer of Ari having very odd dreams, she has been sneaking into her brother's secret books. He wouldn't mind if she would bring them back when done with!...
