___The System:
Hello and welcome again to the guild Anyway because we can't all have you equal in power to each other we have thought of a way how we will determine your power and limitation through your Reiatsu and Reiryoku. These things being very important in this guild. How we do this is well, where you leader of captain places you in ranking.

Because of this you will be given a Reiryoku level to put in your profile and that will help access the level of that of your other skills from Kido of a shinigami to the Cero of an Arrancar everything will have a level. However please do know that naturally there will be those stronger than you, but that doesn't mean you can't beat them that is where RP Skills come into play. This is just to set limits and barriers for your character, because to simply put again, not everyone is as strong as a Captain, Espada, and etc.

Below you will see informtion about Reiryoku, please read over and understand them both. And in the next post under this you will see the levels of Reiryoku and what which one means and other important factors you need to take into account. Remember to read it ALL so you understand every last bit.


___General Information:
Reiryoku (霊力, Spiritual Power) is a power aligned with the spiritual sensitivity and willpower of the user. It is used by Shinigami to provide power for their various feats and to effectively channel the powers of their Zanpakutō. It can also be used to cast Kidō, magic spells created by the Shinigami. Reiryoku can even be coalesced into a physical form and thrown or shot as a projectile. As a display of potency, spiritual beings have the ability to incapacitate the opponent's movement and simultaneously frighten them, by means of dispersing Reiryoku into the air. The aforementioned ability is known as Reiatsu (霊圧, Spiritual Pressure), possessing power that could be literally felt within the atmosphere.


___General Differences:
The difference between spiritual pressure and spiritual energy is simple: Reiryoku is the amount of energy a being has stored within their body or soul, whereas Reiatsu is the pressure that a person’s Reiryoku exerts. The difference is much like energy and power. Power being the amount of energy exerted per unit of time. Reiryoku is potential while Reiatsu is energy in use. In general, those with high levels of Reiryoku will often have the highest levels of Reiatsu also. A skilled warrior can overcome a person possessing greater Spirit Energy by possessing greater Spiritual Pressure.

___Reiryoku Levels:
As I told yo before your Reiryoku level will is what tells use the power of all your attacks from your sword to your spiritual energy based attacks. This is important because it helps again like I said before the limits of your power so you understand that not everyone is super strong. Listed below you will see the levels of Reiryoku and the overall comparison in power they are. However remember that power is not everything, this guild also takes in account RP skills.

• Levels of Reiryoku:
Vast
This level of spiritual power corresponds to those possessing a superb amount of spiritual power which is finely and bestly controlled. This level of spiritual power is reflected in its ability to enhance a user during combat as well as its ability to affect the surrounding environment on a controlled level, allowing the wielder to use it in combat to startling and almost as if godly degrees. Leaders of other groups are usually in this area.

Immense
This level of spiritual power corresponds to those possessing an enormous amount of spiritual power which is finely controlled. This level of spiritual power is reflected in its ability to enhance a user during combat as well as its ability to affect the surrounding environment on a controlled level, allowing the wielder to use it in combat to startling degrees. Leaders of other groups are usually in this area, however lately captains and vice captains have been reaching this level of power. Even the top Espada fall in this range.

Great
This level of spiritual power corresponds to those possessing a large amount of spiritual power which is finely controlled. This level of spiritual power is common amongst those of a Captain and Espada. However even Vice Captains and some seated officers can reached this level.

High
This level of spiritual power corresponds to those possessing a far above average amount of spiritual power, which is finely controlled. This level of spiritual power is common amongst those of an average lieutenant rank and high ranked seated officers

Strong
This level of Spiritual power corresponds to those possessing an above above average amount of amount of spiritual power. Which is nicely controlled. This level of spiritual power is very common amougst those of Seated Officer shinigami and some weaker vice-captains if you wish to compare.

Average
This level of Spiritual power corresponds to those possessing average amount of spiritual power, which is decently control. This level of spiritual power is common amongst high seated officers and seated members.

Capable
This level of Spiritual power corresponds to those possessing just below average amount of spiritual power, which is control to a certain rate. This level of spiritual power is common amongst seated members and unseated members.

Weak
This level of Spiritual power corresponds to those possessing mildly below average amount of spiritual power, which is control to a certain rate. This level of spiritual power is common amongst unseated members and weak individuals that have just discovered their powers.



___Can I Increase My Reiryoku?:
YES! That is the best thing about this guild, you are able to train up your Reiryoku. This can be done in any training method, from practicing Kido or other spiritual energy based techniques for a number of post. Usage of Reiryoku is necessary for a training post to be considered acceptable. At least two of the 5 or 6 sentences (though it is greatly encouraged that one provide more) must focus on the use and exertion of Reiryoku. Simply sensing or experiencing spiritual energy from another source will not suffice. However, based upon your rank you may only be able to move up one or two levels of Reiryoku levels to insure that we have varity within the guild. To train you must have approval from your leader or captain to do so. He or she will decide whether you may or may not train up.

HOWEVER if you are say a Quincy or Fullbringer that doesn't have a leader you can simply train, no okay or permission is needed. But your cool down is three [3] weeks rather than two to keep things fair and even.

• Where do I get the okay to Train?:
You must ask your Leader or Division Captain, if you may train. This is to insure that no one is simply training and gaining power to where they can suddenly stand against a captain. This is not acceptable nor will it be tolerated... ( This does not apply to Quincy or Fullbringers not in a group...)

• Are there limits to training?:
Yes, you may only move up one or two levels. As harsh as it sounds, again it is about varity and not having everyone super strong. It makes things very difficult if everyone is of a Captain level fighting capabilities. Also you can only do ONE training session at a time. You cannot do weak to capable and than right afterward the next one. It is guild wise impossible.

• What do you consider one post?:
I consider a paragraph of no less than five [5] COMPLETE sentences one post. It is the smallest amount anyone should be posting in this guild. When training make sure you label the number of post, because if you don't we will not consider it a training post.

• Post to Increase Reiryoku Level:
Cool down after increase your level : Two [2] weeks ( [3] weeks if again Quincy or Fullbringer not in a group )

Weak → Capable
An individual must do five [5] post of training to move from Weak to Capable. All post must all be in complete sentence form.

Capable → Average
An individual must do ten [10] post of training to move to from capable to average. All post must be in complete sentence form.

Average → Strong
An individual must do fifteen [15] post of training to move to from average to strong. All post must be in complete sentence form.

Strong →High
An individual must do twenty [20] post of training to move from strong to High. All post must be in complete sentence form.

High → Great
An individual must do thirty [30] post of training to move from high to Great. Again, all post must be in complete sentence from.

Great → Immense
An individual must do forty [40] post of training to move from Great to Immense. Again, all post must be in complete sentence from.

Vast
This is only a level that is to Leaders such as Head Captain and etc. You CANNOT train to obtain this level of Reiryoku. I apologize for this, but it only makes sense guild wise to do this.

___Miscellaneous Information

How to judge who is stronger?
• As we all know people of different reiryoku levels are stronger/weaker then others. As displayed clearly in the manga and anime, when two levels of reiatsu collide with each other, the larger reiatsu wins the clash.

Can you hurt me?
• If someone is at a higher reiryoku level you [ 2 levels higher or more ] then you cannot hurt them. This works in another way as well. If someone is two or more levels below you in reiryoku level, then you can cut/break their Sealed Zanpakuto. If they are three or more, then you can cut/break their First Release. Only the Leaders of factions can cut/break through final releases [ 2 levels or lower ].
