ιт all вegan... Nearly a century ago, the world was rend asunder when dark cultists summoned the archdemon, Harbinger, into Eidos. The demon tore a hole in the fabric of reality and from the crevice came a flood of monsters. With the deaths of thousands, the harbinger would complete the ritual and summon forth his master into the mortal world. The kingdoms of Eidos fought bravely against the monsters, but each day lost hundreds of soldiers and civilians in the conflict. It was in this desperate time that the kingdoms united to form the Order of the Roses, uniting their forces against the harbinger. The war was long and bloody, lasting twelve years. When the humans had been pushed back to their last bastion, the Order of the Roses chose to enact a final attack – one that would risk everything on the chance of victory. On the final day of the war, golden-clad dragoons marched under the banner of a dragon while a sea of infantry men charged the frontlines. Mercenaries took up swords for their land and even criminals and beggars became soldiers in the heat of battle. The armies of man and monster clashed and ranks of men tore a bloody line through their enemies. In a climatic battle, the soldiers of the Order of the Roses' vanguard fought the harbinger at the top of the Tower of Paradise. As the harbinger was calling upon his master, the swords of soldiers pierced his heart. Thirty men died as they tore the harbinger from the tower and cast him unto the earth, ending the Twelve Year War. Though the war has long since passed, there are yet reminders of it. The ruined remains of fortresses are everywhere and though the monster population has been greatly reduced since that time, legions of monsters still roam Eidos, terrorizing villages and towns.

In BMO, players utilize edged weapons like swords and spears in combination with unique sword skills to defeat enemies. Things like magic don't exist here. The game was originally released under another title, but was eventually closed and its name was changed with the new version of the game. Years of development have gone into it and after extensive media coverage and several beta trials, the new Blade Master Online was released, allowing people to use virtual reality simulators to delve into a realistic 3D world. In Eidos, the world is divided up into stages or multiple planes that can only be unlocked by defeating the boss on each floor. These stages are vast with multiple towns and areas, making finding the boss on each floor difficult.
Today is finally the launch day of Blade Master Online and every gamer from casual players to the most hardcore have joined to try out the greatest game on the market. As you venture into the world of Eidos, don your armor, brandish your blade, and struggle. Beginning on floor one, there are forty-nine floors above you that must be conquered, but no one, not even the beta testers, have been able to reach the highest floor – a place called Paradise by the players. Will you be able to reach the pinnacle of this game or will you fall from this colossal tower to lay amongst the rest? This is Blade Master Online!
