Round 1
Round 1 Ends: 07.26.12, 12pm EST Anyone may jump in before that time.
These two boys - we'll call them Red (left) and Green (right) to make things simpler. These two boys - Red and Green - have gotten into quite the argument...
There are rumors of an ancient treasure that lies buried within one of Sauti's ancient, rocky crags. What, you say? Surely this treasure would have been snatched away long ago, you say? Fortunately for our dear treasure hunters, ancient monsters have also been known to defend this unnatural mountain, keeping potential thieves at bay. However, our two Wind Tribe boys are daring and brave.
Red thinks the group should enter the rocky structure underground, hopefully bypassing many of the creatures.
Green thinks the group should enter the crag through the front, so that they can carefully scope out what lies ahead of them.
What will you choose? (This choice denotes character preference.)
A. Agree with Red. B. Agree with Green. C. Follow whoever wins the argument (No Preference) D. Who cares. You just want an adventure! (Playing for fun)
If you are choosing A or B, please also roll 1 20-sided die.

Option D: Like a BOSS
The banter back and forth was like something you would could or would only encounter in abstract scenario, I was so desperately trying to fit a word in edge wise into the argument but it became apparent that it had come to a stalemate. Soon I had both boy's looking at me intensely for I was going to become the tie breaker. Why was it that I was always ...ALWAYS the one who had to decide on things? They were the plan makers, this was their crazy treasure hunt they wanted to go on. So why...me?
"Ah..." My throat had gone dry, as if all the spit in my mouth had suddenly dried up and my tongue had become sandpaper. Right...words needed to come out now. "Um...I ..agree with Green...lets scope out the cave...besides..what if we went underground only to find more monsters? At least we can be aware of the ones here.."
Quite honestly I didn't want to do either. But that determined look in their eye's told me I didn't REALLY have a choice in the matter.

D: I want an adventure, but I am agreeing with Red.
"I think that We should do what Red says. Its a good idea.." I smiled impishly, "And besides, I've always wanted to see what was in those caves!" Maybe there would be something interesting there. Which was, of course, the real reason for going. Treasure was silly. Places were cooler!

A. Agree with Red.
Don't ask Phenyo how she got here. Probably Jerarda somehow got her captured by these creatures and now she was a prisoner....
Yes. That works. Let's go with that, shall we?
Anyway, yes. Phen was tied up as this pair made their arguments with each other, and even though they probably didn't care what her opinion was, she was going to voice it anyway.
"It would be wiser to go underground. You'll waste less resources if you bypass the guardians entirely."

Round 2
Round 2 Ends: 07.27.12, 12am EST
19 to 3
The gathered group of adventurers had clearly declared Red the winner and he grinned with pride. He nodded in agreement with those who had sided with him. "Underground it is!"
Red led the group towards one of the mountainous structures, Green following behind, nursing his hurt pride. This rocky mountain was... different than the others, more rectangular in shape. More unnatural. The entrance to the front of the cave was obvious in the distance. A few feet away, the Wind Tribe member stopped. A tunnel, well hidden by a clump of boulders, curled underground and towards the rectangular mountain.
With a thumbs-up to the group, he headed into the tunnel. As he moved along the path, however, the earth began to shake. The rocky walls and roof of the tunnel began to quake, bits of dusty debris falling into the path.
What will you choose?
A. Quickly follow after Red. B. Wait for the tremors to pass. C. Run to find help.

B. Wait for the tremors to pass.
Really, she wouldn't have had any choice but to follow Red - being a prisoner and all. That didn't mean she was going to make it easy for them. Letting her legs go limp, Phenyo was going to make them drag her if they tried to run off.
"Be still! There's no point running, you don't know where you're going!"

A. RUN RED RUN!
Holy spirits above the floor was shaking! Not just shaking but it seemed like the entire mountain had developed a coughing fit. It seemed just...unsafe to stay where they were and yet if they moved things could get a whole lot worse if the tunnel collapsed. Noting that Red was still charging forward I grab ahold of Green and drag him with me deeper into the mountain. I am sure I would regret this course of action later...
Probably when this cave became our tomb.

A. Quickly follow after Red. Great, we're going the stupid route, the s**t could fall on us and oh hey what if we can't see in the dark and the monsters can route. I offered a sympathetic look Green, well at least if we trailed behind the rest of the group we could see them get eaten and have a head start towards safety. Not that I want anyone to get hurt of course just that .. well better them than me. ~~
Where is Red going!? Did he not just notice the mountain threatening to crumble around us? I'm not going one step further into this cavernous deathtrap until things settle down. I want treasure as much as the next person but not at the cost of my limbs or life.
Then again not a lot of room to dodge debris here and the air is getting a bit thick with dust. I guess I should press on just a bit further for now and hope it's more secure further in.

B: Wait for the tremors to pass
I was pretty happy that we went with Red's idea. It was a good idea. Admittedly, the caves were pretty boring. Just tunnels. But that weird mountain up ahead was certainly something to look forward to. Of course, there WOULD be an earthquake while we were exploring. Mother Earth's timing was always impeccable. There was no need to rush down a potentially collapsing tunnel. Exploration is about patience. I decided to stay and wait and see if we wouldnt have to find another way to the interesting 'mountain'
