The lights begin to flicker wildly, the students gathered up quickly. A bit of debris falls as everything turns dark for a single second before the emergency lights blink back on, everything an odd concoction of dark greys and blues. The rest of the walk continues mostly in peace except for the yelling in the background, the two techs walking at a rapid pace, silent.
"Stay put in here." The first tech stares, panicked, outside before slamming the new containment room door closed on all the taken prisoners. "Don't try anything if you know what's good for you."
The students couldn't do anything if they tried: the rooms were entirely isolated from Fear, not to mention the restraining bracelets made it doubly hard. OOC - Students who have been "captured" have been contained in this area until further notice. Anyone trying to rescue them however, cannot get in! You will need to find a key, or a tech of some kind. There are techs nearby, but you will need to wrestle a key off of them (for anyone trying to free the students). This will take 5 action points. - Once you have, you are free to run. Each CAPTIVE student only has 15 action points! - THIS IS A NO PVP ZONE, BARRING NPCS

Amphi blankly stared at their new holding cell....Without a word or thought to say, she went to the farthest end of the room and sat down, curling herself in a protective position.

Zar really wasn't keen on this being treated like an animal thing. He was however momentarily perturbed by the power going out around them, followed by the embrace of blackness. Something was happening, he just wasn't sure what. For a moment, hope stirred in him.
In the room, he sat down.
"What was that?" he mused aloud.

When moved to the new holding cell, Mei quietly curled up onto the floor not wanting to move for the rest of the day--or year. Jack, would this day ever end?

By the time the Techs had come for them, Amrita had phased through the numbness, through the disbelief and straight into anger. She hated this, she hated them, she wanted to know why, and more importantly, she wanted to express how unfair this was with a good 'ol punch to the nose. No doubt that was Christof rubbing off on her, though.
The sound of the techs fighting brought a smile, a nasty smile. Good, argue. Fight each other, kill each other off so she'd have less to deal with later! That sounded like a great plan. She was all set to give the Tech's a run for their money too, but as the doors slammed open she found herself once more unable to do much but obey.
Ugh.
Their new cell was almost painful. The lack of FEAR in the room obvious. She slumped with the others, taking a heavy seat on the floor to hug her knees against her chest.
"No clue." She murmured to Zar, looking over at the boil. "But whatever it is, it's got them spooked..." Maybe she sounded a little too happy at that. "Did...did you hear them arguing?" Talking was hard, but...she was done with silence for a little while.

Amphi looked up, her face a little dead pan as she opened her mouth to comment...
And no sound came out. Blinking, she wondered if it was that she couldn't talk because she was tired or something, maybe she had said it in her mind? She tried again, her mouth opening to say 'I wonder if its a attack'...
But nothing came out again. Her hand went to her throat in panic, She wasn't making sounds! She wasn't talking, nothing was coming from her mouth.
Tears of pain and hate streamed down. Wasn't it bad enough that hunters implanted her with something, now she couldn't even talk about it!?!?

Yin just felt...lethargic. It was an odd feeling, one generally reserved for when the cold had gotten to him and he was beginning to shut down. Normally he was hyperactive, constantly feeling the need to move. Now he just...could barely bring himself to care about it. He should have been alert, looking about, waiting for a chance to escape, and opportunity to make a run for it. Instead he just let himself be carried to this new room, barely making note of the debris and noises.
Stay put. What did it matter if they left? The hunters could just use them. Gather information, force them to do their bidding. Maybe the sounds meant something, but maybe it was just another hunter trick. What did get his attention was the sight of a ghoul's tears, and he forced himself into a sitting position. "Miss Amphitrite? Are..." his voice trailed off before he really even began his question. Of course she was not alright, and at this stage he could not even tell her it was going to be okay.

Being moved, it was all so sudden. Mitsu was nearly carried into the new containment lab and shuffled inside. Once through the door she swayed in place, eyes squinting against the bright white room. She regarded the other people there for a moment, her expression at first confused before it turned to concern.
"I..I didn't know....there were others." She had been isolated, alone for so long she thought she was the only one.
Slowly Mitsu made her way to the floor, her fingers fidgeting with the runic collar around her neck. She seemed tired and lethargic.

Thanks to the hunters, Mei found it difficult to remain awake. The small talk in the room almost sounded so distant to the doll as she lay on the floor. Their was definitely some sort of commotion going on outside, enough for them to move the five of them into a different cell.
Groggily, Mei's gaze shifted to Amphi when Yin spoke. The mermaid had been pretty quiet for a while now. A side effect maybe? She would inquire further, but the effort to speak was too much for her right now. All she wanted to do was take a good long sleep. Though the fact that Amphi was crying kept her from doing so. "Wha..what is it..?"
Her attention was then drawn to someone else who was brought to the cell. A ghoul she had seen around, but had never really interacted with before. She didn't even know her name. "So..you were our neighbour they mentioned..?"

The door opened again, and Amrita could do nothing more than turn her head to see who it was; even that was too hard. Where she had expected Hunters, there was instead another student. A familiar student. She sat up as fast as she could (which wasn't fast at all; in fact all she managed to do was lift her head), staring at the ghoul in surprise.
"...M-mitsu?" She managed, still having a hard time forming the words. At best she was soft spoken, hoarse from the lack of FEAR in the room. "...Wh-what are---" There was another? Wait---Mei's words...someone told them about her?! What?
"H-how'd you---"

"Neighbor?" The lycan said groggily. Tilting her head toward the doll on the floor. "I suppose..." She seemed confused, a hand resting against her head. "I thought I was alone."
Crimson eyes darted to the undead coming in her direction when she heard her name but there wasn't much recognition. "I got captured in the Haunted House..." Mitsu explained softly, her head rolling to the side like keeping it up was just too much effort.

"No...there were, um. Six. Six of...us. Israfel..." She trailed off sadly, doing little more than a slow shake of her head. So many questions. Amrita had so many questions...or at least she thought she did. Her head was swimming, her focus cutting in and out as her body started to register the lack of FEAR. She swayed a bit, her body suddenly jolting before becoming somewhat inanimate for a time.
"D...iid..." She breathed out, squeezing her eye closed for a moment, trying to right the way the world was starting to tilt. Amrita swallowed hard; a useless motion, but one instinctual coping mechanism that apparently still worked. "Did they...t...tag you?"

"Six..?" Mitsu's voice sounded airy as she tilted her head back up to look around the room. One...two...three...four...five. There were five of them now plus her. "Israfel...What...happened?" It seemed like her body was working over time to keep going, her voice getting quieter and quieter until the undead asked her a question.
"T...tag me?" Her face scrunched as she gave the question some thought. Eyes closing it seemed like she was trying to concentrate...or about to fall to sleep. "I...I don't remember." She said honestly. "Every things is kinda...fuzzy."
When her eyes opened again she looked up at the undead who seemed to be struggling as much as she was. "Y..you seem familiar."

"Weaponized." The word hurt more than the effort it took to say it. Her head rolled for a minute, wanting nothing more than to fall over and lay there until everything stopped, but she couldn't bring herself to. That would be defeat, right? Don't...don't fall over. Keep sitting. It's just sitting and talking...can't be to hard to keep up with, right?
"That's...probably a no, then." You couldn't just forget something worming it's way into your very being, after all. Suddenly, Amrita was very itchy; her skin crawled with invisible bugs, and she wanted to dig her fingers in to make it stop. Her exhaustion made it easy to ignore this, but she was left with the left over phantom itch. Euugh.
"I...I'm A-amrita." A pause, a deep breath, and suddenly she couldn't sit up anymore; her body slid, her elbow hitting the ground hard. Thankfully, it managed to stop her from completely hitting the ground, though. Hopefully her name was enough.

"I...Israfel was ....weaponized?" Mitsu's eyes grew wide with shock for only a moment before they went back to their half lidded state. The worry was evident on her features though, the lycan reaching a hand toward the ghoul.
"Y...you were tagged?" She tried to help brace Amrita as she tilted but Mitsu ended up shifting to the side as well, crashing against the floor with a soft thud. She didn't seem to comprehend what happened, her eyes looking confused as she took in her new perspective.
"Amrita..." She repeated the name softly, her face scrunched like she was trying to remember something. A brief look of pain crossed her features and she closed her eyes. "I-I can't remember..."
