A the Sky City of Bhujerba! Not as fun as Archadia's little towns but it's none the less a place to go if you're looking for a change of scenery. The great Ophelia, Ophiuchus, came here to study the mines of Bhujerba. She wanted to ascertain the reason why this place specifically floats. Her studies have been centered around the crystals of magicite that are found in the mines but as of now... she's merely enjoying the sights and views. She may even buy a new pair of cestus gloves. The young girl could be seen outside of a bar, sipping a drink from a tankard.
