I know many have heard of him before. The tall freak dressed in a suit who always follows kids or people who have experienced him
I've recently learned about him from a couple videos on youtube. Also, I found a whole group of videos on the MarbleHornets channel.
This is scary s**t!!!

First off, what do you mean by "experienced him" exactly?
Secondly, I think I know what you're talking about; its a video of a dude standing in a doorway and his head is moving back and forth really fast with a face similar to the guy in the horror movie Scream?

1: Saw him at any time, in a hallway, near a forest, behind a wall, etc.
2: No, they describe him as 'A tall man with no facial expression, and large tentacle-like limbs sticking out of his body'. And he looks nothing like Scream. No eyes, mouth or nose. But close.
But dang, he is scary.
