XD They so did kiss though you can see XD If you look at a closer pictures and not the gif, their lips are hardly a centimetre away. They almost kiss lol But they don't kiss. Their lips didn't touch. It's hard to see in the gif. Jonghyun was singing so he wouldn't have time to kiss Taemin... (Note how he pulls Taemin's hear btw hehe)
