Ed was walking along a trail when he saw a familiar azrein grazing in a meadow. Of course said azrein was a bit bigger and better muscled then before but there was no mistaking the distinct tailess, mane of fire, purple and green stallion that stood out so brightly against his surroundings. It was Ikeru. “Oi! Long time no see you saucy thing you!” Ed called. “You look well after your release from the pen a few years ago.” Ed grinned. He knew what was coming. Ikeru hated humans and that was a fact. So Ed braced himself for the wordy rebuke that was to come. It would surely insult his species in general and most likely he himself as well.

Deep red eyes narrowed as a long, equine muzzle turned in the direction of his... Tormentor. The broad-shouldered male's face held a special place in his heart... The blackest part, the one with his darkest desires. He sooooo wanted to smash his face. But he never came over the fence. Smart of him, he supposed...frustrating as hell for the fiery-maned stallion. After he'd figured out that they weren't trying to fatten him up for slaughter, he'd only been marginally calm. Being trapped in a pen had made him frantic- he'd run around, and even injured himself on occasion. And then, they'd let them out into this... guarded pasture. He growled softly, and then turned, and moved closer, eyes thinning to slits.
"Screw you... human filth. You're not worth the scum on my hooves... And you... you had somebody shoe me! Why...Why would you shoe me..." he growled softly, and moved away quietly. Lowering his head, he sipped quietly at the water he was supplied daily, hating it...

"You have no scum on your hooves your fruit cake and we shoed you because your hoof wall was cracking no more reason then that. It would have gotten worse and started to pain you if we had left it. You always were a grumpy foal. I see it has infected you as an adult as well."
Eric trotted up over the hill. "Oh goody the loud one is back. Where did you find him this time?"
"Um in a field."

"I am NOT a fruit cake... and you... Ready to fight somebody your own size?" Ikeru spoke up, glaring at the vampire, although it was less of a death glare and more of a playfully challenging one. He moved closer to the fence, ignoring the human male for the moment... and then lay his head on the fence, super heating it, almost playfully, knowing it probably wouldn't burn. Ed knew him... he wouldn't stick him in a pen that could be burnt.

Eric gawked at the young pup. "Good Thor, hes gotten worse! Ed! Halp!"
Ed sniggered at his chosen and looked at the delighted look on Ikeru's face. Oh my, Hero worship. Well this could get interesting. "Eric where is Taw?"
"With his girlfriend." Eric shrugged, never taking his eyes off of the fiery young colt that kept staring at him. He was like a thousand years older. That was a bit of an age gap!

"T-Taw... Oh... hell... Taw..." Ikeru speaks softly, and then turns, and looks around quietly, panicking a bit, head lowering slightly, and moving back quietly. "Oh gods... not that huge rump..." His eyes were wide and rolling, his ears drawn back, and he began to shy away from the fence... and wanting to try to run away...

Eric muttered in an aside to Edward. "He looks petrified."
"Um well Taw sat on him when he was a foal once." Ed replied.
"Oh well that explains so much." Eric snickered. "You colt, why are you here?"
