Bob is very relaxed, fun, and light hearted making it so that he can handle almost every situation with a calm mind and an open heart. Because of this he may see situations from a different eye tending to always see the good in what may appear to be a bad situation. Though the problem with this is that he may sometimes lack the serious disposition necessary in more trying times.
Trouble Aspect: "There's always a bigger fish"
Bob is constantly seeking a challenge, something to learn or someone to beat. This desire to constantly test an improve himself will gain him much but could cost him his life as he tends to not calculate the odds before taking on enemies or tasks that may be above his level. This is good because it makes him a very hard worker, though he has been known to overwork himself at times or challenge people stronger than himself to fights making so that he loses or fails a lot more often than the normal shinigami at his level.
Appearance:
Bob stands at 6'3" weighing in at 180 pounds. He looks rather thin but it is merely because the muscle on his body is stretched farther than most allowing him to still maintain a solid level of strength and speed while getting an abnormally long reach. He has long spiky black hair that is quite messy yet always in the same way giving it the feel of "organized chaos" his zanpakuto rests on his left hip though he is left handed preferring to fight first with his right hand then switch to his strong hand if necessary so that he can properly gauge an opponent before going full strength. he weigh traditional shinigami robes with weights on underneath that he constantly wears though deftly hides beneath his robes so that his opponents and squadmates won't notice.
Personality:
Bob is a social butterfly. Being calm yet a very happy and cheerful man he is very light hearted and kind being an excellent teammate willing to sacrifice himself for any of his comrades so that they may reach their goal always doing whatever he can to help others and himself succeed. This being a rare trait for someone in squad 11 to be so caring, Bob chose this squad because of his desire to be the best possible fighter he can be. Although Bob takes no real pleasure in killing he loves nothing more than an amazing fight. Bob is rather intelligent though he never really allows his strategic mind to come out more staying with his fun loving and caring side to shine all the time.

Background: Where Did You Come From?
Before entering the soul society, Bob lived an extremely normal life with good parents and having many good athletic accolades he managed to attend Syracuse with a lacrosse scholarship. During his freshman year he was walking the streets one night and was beaten to death by five shady men who then proceeded to rob him of everything he owned.
Bob was born into a poor district of west Rukongai, though his cheerful and light hearted demeanor allowed him to live fairly well despite the grim conditions with which he was surrounded. He had a natural tendency to protect everyone he cared about and even those who were mean to him he would do whatever he could do to make sure they were safe.

Rising Conflict: What Shaped You?
Bob was walking back to his residence of living one day when a hollow attacked. Bob attempted to save a dear friend of his though being not nearly strong enough too he was easily knocked away by the hollow. Just as his friend was about to die a shinigami appeared and cut the hollow down the shinigami then went and helped Bob up telling him that if he really wanted to protect people he should become a shinigami himself so that he could protect everyone in the soul society. Bob being reluctant to commit to something that involved the killing of others wasn't sure whether or not he could do it. The shinigami then reached into his robes and pulled out a coin telling Bob that he would flip it and if it landed on heads Bob would enroll and if it landed on tails he wouldn't have to and could go on about his life as if it had never happened. Upon Bob agreeing to the terms the shinigami smirked before flipping the coin to him and disappearing. When Bob opened his hand seeing the coin landed on heads, he then chuckled after flipping the coin realizing both sides were heads. He keeps the coin on him to remind him that if others around him have confidence in him then he cannot be stopped.
