The academy is actually underground. The building requires you enter a small shack like structure before an elevator takes you deep underground to the largest library in existence. Every jutsu known to man is housed in this library including rare clan scrolls.

Hachi walked through the heavy winds, the sand blowing across his lightly protective mask. His clothing slowly ruffled as the wind brushed against him. He then looked to the side as the breeze became even worse, the masks sitting on either shoulder now clinking together as they're forced to bounce around with each burst of air. Hachi made his way to the small shack at last, as he walked in, a look of surprise could be seen on his eyes alone. The shack was surprisingly small for a training area before he found a small platform in the floor, upon stepping on it, it lowered...and then continued to lower itself until the floor above completely vanished and Hachi was left in a dark shaft. His curiosity broke through any sense of caution, his thoughts carried on to include the personality of the current kazekage, How Bi-polar, I mean go- Hachi's thoughts were cut off as light flooded into the shaft, revealing a well lit room. It was gigantic, the walls were lined with books, scrolls and more. The center of the room was more focused on training. This was clearly the true academy.
Hachi grabbed a book from a large column labeled Doton he began moving to the center of the room, crossing his legs as he sat down. He sat, not in a chair, but in a large open space. Nobody else was in this room, it was completely empty, almost eerie, the silence was. Hachi sighed loudly before opening the book and turning to a page labeled Clones It was a well detailed illustration of how clones were created from earth, the exact position the chakra should be in for the best results, as well as the exact hand signs for any given clone. The next several pages were primarily sub headings of information on specific clone types.
Hachi's eyes flickered around the pages as he studied every bit of useful information before finding the critical piece of information regarding the specific skill he was currently focusing on. Volcanic Earth Styles He found the sub heading and then moved through the page, studying each line for any sign of the word clone. At last, Volcanic Earth Style-Clones Hachi began looking at every piece of information, thus allowing his eyes to flicker about horizontally, vertically and every which way trying to find any helpful information. ...although these clones tend to be heated to a point of danger, they don't require any fire type chakra what so ever... Hachi continued to scan the page, ...These type of jutsu do require an ability to move ones chakra in a very fast motion that creates friction in the earth...
Hachi closed the book, leading to a large clapping noise that rang throughout the large library. He set to his side and allowed himself to fall backwards, yawning as he looked to the earthen ceiling.

Hachi inhaled as he sat up, he picked up the book that he had been reading earlier. and skimmed through it once more before standing. He slowly made his way over to the book shelves. His shoes made a clicking noise in the empty room as he walked across the hard earthen floor. He guided his hand across the many spines of the books that inhabited the extensive doton shelf. He finally found the place for the book that he had previously taken out. Rotating on his heels, he turned to face the opposite direction, walking back across the room, this time moving much more slowly, this time noting everything in and about the room, the decor of the tables, their shape as well as the careful engraving that moved the length of each leg. These intricate designs matched the ones on the bookshelf perfectly. To his far right were no tables, but a raised floor with two stairs leading up it. In the center of this small area stood a desk with many papers and other tools as well as stacks of the personal research from past ninja to have visited the academy.
Hachi made his way back to the same area of which he sat previously, upon reaching it he sat down, the masks of which sat over his shoulders clinking as he moved to the ground with great haste. He sat on the ground with his legs folded, setting his hands in his lap gently. He slowly closed his eyes, the images of tables and bookshelves blurring and then disappearing completely. To begin, he focused his chakra in the pit of his stomach, the Raiton and Doton conflicting about. He compressed the Raiton as he moved to focus on the Doton side of things. He then focused his chakra into his hands, and then throughout his entire body. An even veil of chakra that allowed for perfect focus and near perfect control of his chakra. On top of being a great position for training, Hachi's thoughts returned to his previous readings, in order to create a clone, you must have an even form of chakra to copy.
Hachi's eyes shot open, and he fell backwards, exhausted. His legs still crossed, he just lay there, starring at the ceiling. His legs slowly unfolded and stretched outwards. With a deep yawn, everything became quiet almost immediately.

Hachi blinked slowly. The bright images of an ornately organized ceiling slowly faded out and then instantly reappeared again, Hachi's eyes quickly flickered back and forth as they readjusted from the dark inside of his eyelids to the bright torch lit room. He quickly sat back up and folded in his legs once more. He set his hands straight out, stretching them outwards and then folded them gently in his lap once more. His eyes closed, the familiar images of ornate tables and bookshelves slowly fading, replaced by the darkness of closed eyes.
He began focusing his Doton type chakra within his diaphram. As he did so, he began to allow it freedom, moving quickly about, the friction of the chakra causing it to heat up rapidly. The now warmed chakra moved throughout his body, ready to be spread forward.
Hachi's eyes flickered open as he lost concentration, his chakra being forced to recede from his arms back towards his core. The warmth could be clearly felt as it moved through his arms. Huffing and puffing, Hachi bent forwards, looking to the ground, trying to exchange his breath as quickly as possible.
This time, Hachi would skip several steps. He quickly formed a single hand seal, holding the same position. His Doton chakra was funneled into his hands, forced by the earth style-familiar Serpent form. Then, with pure focus, he allowed the chakra to move quickly, thus heating up, becoming the perfect connection to volcanic doton style. Hachi quickly released his hands and let himself fall backwards, catching himself with his outstretched arms. He slowly inhaled and exhaled, slowly relaxing himself.

Time to give this another go thought Hachi as he sat up. He yawned lightly once more before forming the serpent hand seal once more. His chakra was already warm this time. He closed his eyes and focused, but it quickly took his toll as he became red and out of breath quickly. B rank jutsu...damn. Hachi found himself breathing heavily as a single drop of sweat dripped to the floor with a slight splash against the dense earthen ground.
This time, he formed the serpent seal once more, the chakra moved from his diaphragm and throughout his body once more. As soon as it was focused perfectly through his hands, he set them down onto the ground, allowing his chakra to flow outwards throughout the ground about. The warm chakra flowed evenly throughout the floor all around, nearly perfectly concentrated for the volcanic earth clone jutsu.
At last, Hachi carefully clambered upwards. Slowly stretching his legs, he kicked outwards with either one. He rolled his shoulders forwards, moving his neck from side to side, a slight popping noise resulting.

Hachi moved back to the book case, and, once again, to the section labeled Doton he allowed his fingers to brush against the spine of each book. He read the labels, and allowed them to filter through his mind, ...The great tsuchikage... The continued on, seemingly endless ...Doton for dummies... Eventually, Hachi came to a guide for the books found in the section at hand. ...No. 69 Doton body techniques... Thinking about it, Hachi chose to give it an attempt. Going over each book, he finally came to number 69. He drew the book from its place on the shelf. He then moved to a table. As he sat down, he examine its composition and form, blue oak with golden ornate accents. He sat the book down and began reading through it, carefully skimming through each page.
As he flipped through the pages, he finally came across a page labeled Earth Fist... Hachi's eyes quickly flickered around as he skimmed across the page. He soon came across the necessities in regards to the chakra control used in this technique. Generally these were just Earth manipulative chakra forms, however there were slight differences as you release the chakra into the earth and pull it back. As well as the concentration required for moving the chakra from the diaphragm, including the hand seal used in performing the jutsu. Hachi closed the book with a loud clapping noise as he sat back in his chair as he slowly relaxed in the, now comfortably quiet library.

Still in the library, Hachi stood from his table, picking up the book he was reading previously. He carried it in one hand across the room, while with the other, he began skimming the book shelves looking for the books place. Along the third shelf down in the Doton section, it would be found, a gap ...67, 68, 70... Hachi slid the book into place between the books numbered 68 and 70.
Thinking back to when he was much younger, Hachi remembered the place in which the scrolls of his clan were hidden. He quickly moved across the room and up the stairs to the raised platform. To his left was the desk that held a myriad of research. He looked to his right, a large wall sat in the place. Hachi slowly ran his hand along the wall, sensing for any abnormalities that may exist. Half way along the wall was a straight crease running the horizontal length of the wall. Hachi slid his hand into the crease and pulled it open, revealing a large room. At the end was the Satetsu clan symbol surrounded by several candles.
Hachi moved forward to the shrine. He bent down, folding upwards a cloth that was draped over the table holding the many candles. There, Hachi found a large group of scrolls, each containing secrets of the Satetsu clan's Jiton jutsu.

Hachi pulled the many scrolls from underneath the table. He put them under his arm, as he walked out of the room, the masks draped over his shoulders made a soft clinking noise with every step. As he stepped out of the room, he rotated on the ball of his foot, turning around, he closed the door to the Satetsu shrine. The candles apparently still burning... (^_^)
Hachi continued to his table, setting down the scrolls. As he did so, they formed a large mountainous pile before rolling down atop one anther and onto the table. He quickly scurried to the desk that sat at the raised part of the room. Upon arriving, he grabbed a piece of parchment and a pencil and then hurried back to the table with all of his stuff.
The following hours would be spent with Hachi threading through the scrolls, learning the secrets of the basic abilities of his clan. He routinely changed positions from resting his forehead in his palm, all the while writing down important facts to be thoroughly analyzed at a later time. So much information seemed to rip itself from the pages and enter Hachi's mind with every passing of his eyes over the page, each time a new line being thoroughly committed to an overall database of knowledge.

Hachi still sat at the same table, exhausted. Scrolls lay open, scattered atop the surface, several closed scrolls sat stacked upon one another in the corner, waiting to be examined. Hachi's eyes suddenly opened as he reached the middle of the scroll he was currently examining. ...Jiton manipulation basics... At last he found what he came for. Examining it forward, he found a detailed explanation of the chakra manipulation required for successful manipulation of the iron. As he read on, he learned of the many techniques used in expunging ones chakra into the iron. This was clearly a fundamental ability required in the manipulation process. However, before one can allow their chakra to be used to control the iron, their chakra must first make the major change allowing it to act as a magnetic base...through intense chakra re-creation. This was the base of all Jiton techniques.

Hachi pushed his chair out. A loud screeching noise resulted. He stood up, gathering a scroll of Jiton focus that he had passed about earlier. He would it up and moved over to the same space on the floor from earlier. He allowed his legs to buckle, folding together as he sat down in one fluid motion. Setting the scroll open in front of him, he set his hands onto it. Allowing his fingers to brush across the age old ink, he studied each symbol, each instruction carefully. He gently straightened his back, moving his hands from the yellowing tapestry that formed the scroll.
Hachi made two fists and pushed them together just inches above his lap, forcing a great deal of focus throughout his mind. He tightened his diaphragm and allowed his mind to go blank, focusing into his chakra pool that sat at his core. He allowed his doton to begin rampaging about, and then he summoned up the Raiton, all at the same time. The two conflicting chakra types struggled to gain control for several moments. This internal conflict showed itself on Hachi's face as he began to cringe.
The two chakra finally subsided, beginning to coincide with in Hachi's core. He began breathing, this time allowing everything he previously read to swirl about his mind until he found a useful piece of information. He began to focus his Doton chakra, making it run through the grate-like Raiton. The began to Swirl together and then create a new Magnetic pulse. The Jinton Chakra formed within Hachi's core, but was un-moving as his training in the basic Jiba Soujuu was incomplete.

Hachi allowed his concentration to cease as he looked up to the ceiling, to exhausted, and to motivated to fall backwards this time. His breathe became heavy as he carefully inhaled and exhaled. Hachi stood up carefully, stretching out his legs and yawning. He reached down, picking up the scroll that he previously used. He walked back to the table, this time his footsteps were far less heavy as he seemed to lack energy from his previous demonstration of concentration and power.
Hachi pulled the chair he used earlier up against his legs before sitting down onto it. He looked to the pile of scrolls and carefully chose one, it was a continuation of the one he had been reading earlier. This time, it detailed the usage of the magnetic chakra that was created as a result of the specialized mix of Doton and Raiton style chakra. It outlined how to allow the chakra to successfully pass through the iron and the dust alike. The instructions tapered off and led into the instructions on creating the dust itself...

Hachi clambered about, finishing his reading on Jinton basics. He moved on, standing up, stretching for ward, allowing his hands to lead him across the table top. Hachi pushed his chair outwards behind him, allowing his feet to guide him upwards. He made his way back across the room once more and onto the raised floor area. Upon turning, Hachi instinctly reached into the same crease from before, pulling the door open. He quickly moved to the shrine, reaching behind a candle which held in it a large sum of black sand. He quickly pulled it out and made his way back to the familiar space on the floor. Sitting down, his legs crossed, he poored the contents of the vile onto the ground in the space that accompanied the area around.
Hachi began to focus his chakra once more, creating Jinton, if his chakra was now successfully magnetic, this would be the end of the basics. He allowed his hands to fall out in front of him as he focused his chakra into the surrounding air and the iron that sat below them. The small pebbles lifted themselves into the air in reaction to the chakra that encompassed Hachi's being.
Hachi willed the iron back into the vile. As he stood up, he carried over to the table with him, rolling up the scrolls, he set them into the pit of his arm, making his way back across the room to the raised floor. He set the paper with his findings that he copied down onto the desk that sat adjacent to the door. He moved into the sign, setting the scrolls and vile back into their designated places.

Hachi’s training in changing the makeup of objects to become iron dust in which he could then control was to begin soon. Hachi walked out of the shrine, rotating on his heels, reaching for the door and pulling it closed as he rotated, creating one fluid motion. Hachi continued his strut, making his way to the stairs that led from the raised platform, as he stepped down, his masks bounced in the air, clanking against the metal headband that sat under the cover of the ceramic face. Hachi walked over to the table, pushing the chair that he had been using for so along in, allowing the back of it to tap against the chairs siding.
Turning around, Hachi found the large bookshelves. He walked forward over to them, his hands sliding along the wooden shelves, just below the information filled books. So many different shelves, sections going over every type of jutsu, Doton, Raiton, Katon, so on and so forth. The to specific jutsu types, dual types, singular types, types by rank, and eventually came along the three section long bukijutsu. The section was clearly sorted between Swords, knives, umbrella’s, and custom weapons.
All the way to the right was a section for weapon make up. Drawing a book from its place on the shelf, Hachi walked back to the table, pulling out his chair, he began reading. The book illustrated the makeup of shuriken and kunai primarily. With small tidbits of information on knives in general as well as information on the history of sed weapons, the era in which they were created, how they were made then compared to now. The book was full of useful information. Hachi stood up, picking up, turning around, he made his way back to the bukijutsu section, seeing what appeared to him as an unbelievably overwhelming source of information. Hachi picked up, what seemed to be, every other book until his hands were full, moving back over to the table setting down the stack of books.

Hachi sat down in the chair, and began pulling books from the stack, opening them and then studying them once more. He continued to read the books about every type of weapon one could imagine. The books clearly illustrated the makeup and history of katana, head cleaving weapons, senbon, and so much more. With every book that Hachi made his way, he increased his knowledge substantially, as well as his strength, as he would now have the ability to create so much more iron dust, as well as much more powerful dust.
Hachi began to read more an more books, expanding his mind to the best of his abilities, with each page turn, a small sense of accomplishment came across Hachi’s mind, and even more so with the completion of a book. Many books now sat open on top of one another as Hachi cross checked the different information on weapons as well as making connections to any other weapons he had now learned about. His mind and memory alike were becoming increasingly powerful, soon enough, he would be a much more powerful ninja of the Satetsu clan.

Hachi gathered a stack of books on his desk as he stood up from his chair, he picked them up carefully in one arm as he made his way back to the shelves, finding each books place with its respective number, it was like putting together a puzzle. After returning the group of books, his gaze turned to the desk where several important books lay open. Hachi turned to his right, looking at the group of custom/unique weapons. This time, he gathered a much smaller number of books, all of which shared a specific topic.
As he reached his table, he set the stack down, and the first book of that stack summed up the current topic of his research very well. Labeled, “The seven weapons of the mist.” Hachi pulled the books down and began a new stack as he looked for the seven books in his pile that he found most helpful. He the moved on to set the seven books side by side on the desk, examining each one thoroughly. Each book that he had now chosen specialized in a different of the seven swordsmen of the mist, but more specifically, their swords.
He opened one of them and began reading, which then began to his reading of another. All the while, he switched back and forth between the few books that he left on the table from his earlier research. He finally reached the last one and began reading, his surprise after the complicated reading of the seven swords was very well warranted as he learned about their composition. Kubikiribocho was a large head cleaving sword, and normal as it may seem, its composition was far from, it was formed and reinforced from the blood of the victims in which it has cut down. Then, samehada is formed from many shark-like scales. It is the most terrifying of the seven blades, it has the appearance of a giant knife covered in shark scales. It is a sentient, living weapon and has the ability to “eat” chakra. It has no iron in it whatsoever, making it quite the adversary for a Satetsu clan member.
Then the sword Shibuki of which is only 30% metal, the other 70% or so being composed of explosive seals, once again making it difficult to destroy. Then, last but not least, Hiramekarei is covered in a veil of chakra making the actual blade impossible to touch, and when not surrounded by chakra, it is wrapped in cloth.
