"The hell do you mean we have to fight for our freedom?" The bone pawed Scareon had started to pace again as the Skull Seed turned away, she moved to follow them when something seemed to move behind her. Her tail was tugged down caught under another minis...
"Did I say you could leave yet?" the voice was familiar, haunting and everything Sammy hated. It was the voice that mocked her somewhere deep back in her mind, all the self loathing and doubt, soaked in guilt and wrapped in a shaw of shame.
The scareon looked like her, but the colors where off, all completely wrong. "Why are you here... what the hell is this..." She hissed tail ruffling and puffing up as she scampered free of the distorted Scareon, her FEAR burning along her bone purple and bright, the others a bold blue with flecks of gold. Insanity? Like her eyes the one time.
"You betrayed them, you betrayed us. You didn't killllll the hunters, you worked with them tried to help them." The mimic paced before her eyes narrowed in disgust and anger. "You denied us, you refused our giiiiiift and betrayed your own kind!"
Her fur raised all the more at this as she crouched down, "No I didn't, I had no one to work with, not Shehk, not Siddie, I had to use someone to get here so why not them? Why not let them solve the mess for once they started it anyway..." She lunged forward teeth snapping at the mimic as she did. She didn't have to justify what she did, she did it to get home, and at what price? Avoiding what ever madness fell to the hunters. Her teeth met fur ripping at the other Scareon who only let out a shrill hiss.

"Is that what you tell yourself about Reeeeed? That it was to get home? To defend yourself when you helped the hunters kill her? When you called them to arms because you didn't have the POWER to fix the problem?"
The scareon laughed a dry sound mixed with a cackle that cause Sammy to shiver from tip to tail. "No I don't... I made a mistake and I swore I would never do that again, I won't fight those creatures, not the ones born of my friends and loved ones."
"BUT ITS TOO LATE!" The scareon lunged forward again, "YOU KILLED HER AND YOU KNOW IT! YOU FAILED BECAUSE YOU REJECTED POWER LIKE YOU DID TODAY AND YOU WILL FAIL AGAIN!" The blast of ice was sudden, un-anounced and brutal as could be.

The blast of ice shot forward as she had done herself earlier to the foxfire heard, but rather then a sweeping blast that caught a pack this was one lone shot aimed at her, she could feel the tip of her fur icing over as she dodged to the side crouching low hiss in rage.
"WE SAVED RILEY. THERE WAS A CURE!" She stood up frost bellowing from her mouth, "I made a promise..." she said shivering as her body seemed to chill, for once this living form made her realize just how cold she must feel to Siddie, to Shehk. "I swore I would kill anyone who tried to hurt my friends." The frost continued to flow forth as the shot built up.
"I WOULD BE BETTER THEN I WAS FOR RED!!" The bolt of ice cut along the ground as she let out a wordless howl of rage, frosting the ground and flying clean past the clone of herself, it didn't flinch, it didn't move it simply sat and grinned back at her as the shot went wide.
"You could have done so much better had you just accepted our help..."

"You aren't better then like this. You're an idiot who seeks power and then shuns it away, a fool who condemned others for crimes you yourself committed. A filthy. Dirty. Hypocrite." The mimic let out a low laugh, before lifting its head a jet of water lashing out to cut at Sammy.
"You'll turn to stone and ash just like them. You stupid weak fool."

The look in Shehk's eyes, the way she would frown ever so slightly at the corner of her lips during the dance when she had scoffed at Shun talking to Riley. Every little thing spoke volumes on a guilty mind. Had turning the power away this time, these crystals, been a mistake?
"I won't... I can't..." She shivered fur dripping with water and blood, "I can't go like that, not unless I take them with me, every last one to make the others safe."
The mimic laughed, "How are they safe with such a monster like you for a friend?"
Another hiss built in her throat, water dripping from her maw, "SHUT THE ******** UP!" The four shots of water cut through the air catching the surprised mimic off guard thumping hard against it driving it backwards with each shot.
"Stop it... stop talking and just die. Why won't you go away, I promised I would be better, I would fix it, I would protect Siddie, my friends, I won't let the hunters take them. I won't let Insanity consume them. I'll be better, I promised myself I would."

The mimic only laughed, "You can't kill me, I'm you dear, I'm all you ever could be if you just let it go, if you stopped worrying about them, if you accept me." The mimic stood up shaking its fur dry its own drops of blood mixing with the water.
"You think you can protect them? A broken dead corpse?" The cat laughed moving closer to Sammy still to weary from last barrage of waterguns. "You're a sham and a has been so pathetic you relied on what you hate to solve what we could have done together." Leaning in closer the scareon brought a bone clawed paw up to stroke her cheek sinking the bones in blood welling up against the fur.
"But you ******** it all up you worthless pathetic corpse."

She tried to pull away, she tried to get away from the crooning mocking voice as the bones dug at her flesh. The blood was hot and wet along her cheek when it finally moved away.
"I can... I have and I will I did in the past..."
"Like when you yelled at Siddie? Drove her away when she told you about the engagement? Oh yes, you where so strong. And yet you pine over your best friend and act like you where right."
"No! Don't you dare talk about that! I love Siddie, and I love Shehk, I know I can't be with them both but I won't leave Siddie over that I WON'T DO THAT TO HER!" She lunged tackling the other scareon pinning her down clawing at her face and hissing, "I won't hurt them for my own gain I WON'T!"

The mimic only laughed under her blows, "Ohhhh is that the heart of it? Those two ghouls? It's not even about Red deep down. You want them, you lust for them, we could have them both the power to make them submit and obey!" Clawed feet kicked at her stomach as the mimic squirmed, "But you don't want that? Power? Love? Lovers? No you don't because you rejected us!" A sudden shift and the scareon lunged for her throat, teeth sinking in blood dripping from its multi colored maw in a wicked kiss that was all to familiar, like a whip of blades around her neck...

Tears rolled down her cheeks, it had been forever since she felt them. It almost felt good to cry like that. Still she struggled against the bite squirming to get free of her other self. "I just want, a home," she hissed while the other Sammy bit her throat. "I want to be happy."
The last line was followed by a grunt as she slammed both her forepaws down bashing the otherself hard against the ground.

The shadow of herself only laughed, thick clouds seeming to roll off it as it looked up at her with a smug grin only a feline could perfect. "You can't be happy lying to yourself, denying you're right to power. You rejected us and you will pay the price for this mistake... we could have had it all." The next bite was slower, it didn't sink into her neck only catching a scrape of skin.

"I didn't reject you, I didn't trust you, I don't trust you I don't trust me." She muttered as she felt her neck drip down onto the other scareon, spots of red appearing on the black and blue fur.
"I was you... I was. I was hatred. I was anger, I wanted power, to kill those who held it over me." She stared down with blurry eyes, "But I'm past that, I have power, I have friends." She coughed a bit of blood up hissing softly, "I have a home." Her claw raised up slashing hard on the other self's face banging its head harsh against the ground.

Sammy only laughed back at herself, "Fake, all of it. You tell yourself it matters and it doesn't it didn't till you made the mistake of being weak, they always told you be strong, don't let them break you. Ohhhh but they broke us didn't they? Once outside our little cage we became soft as human flesh."
"Soft like the hunters you couldn't kill."
"Soft like that pathetic ghoul you 'love' so much."
"Soft like the one who wouldn't even love you back."
"Soft like that Werewolf you helped kill."

She shivered, the creature didn't attack, it didn't need too, her throat was oozing still the blood much thinner then usual, it was alive, it dripped with every pulse of her tiny minipet heart. Tears, blood, it all mixed as it dripped down.
"I'm not... I'm not weak," she sniffed hard trying to clear her vision as she watched the creature below her squirm and grin. It looked more red now then black, was that her blood or its? Both of their blood, one in the same on the black fur. She raised a claw swiping at the smiling face below the red, it only grinned more at how weak the strike was.

She only grinned wider, "Don't you see even now you're weak, to weak to stop yourself from admitting the truth to yourself, you can't lie to me, to us, we know what we want. We want to see it all burn. We want to rule them all and all of this is holding us back." The blood continued to drip, every thump of her heart killing her just a bit more, this one had nothing more to do but simply wait.
