Kai approached the front door of the Death weapons and meister's academy clad in a pair of vermillion red antivan leather boots, a pair of jet black pants, and an alabaster white tank top with his family insignia on the back. He had a leather jacket draped loosely over his right shoulder, and his family insignia pendant round his neck. This was his first day at the academy, and he was a bit confident to say the least. Kai had always enjoyed meeting new people, and what a better place to do so than a brand new school to go to. Of course, there was one dillema he needed to settle. Although he had no doubt the problem would be resolved quickly, it was still the only trouble that plagued his mind. And this was the fact that he hadn't bonded with a weapon yet. He was flawless at hand to hand combat and rather proficient with most melee type weapons and decent at long range weapons he just... hadn't managed to meet a weapon that he was capable of bonding with. The closest thing he had to bknding a weapon was his father's weapon. And while it had been possible, his father's weapon was a rifle, and while Kai was fairly decent with ranged weaponry, he didn't wish to put his own life or the weapon's life at risk by going into battle with something he was only "OK" with. And thus, he is here at the academy in hopes that he'll find a weapon he could use.

Kai turned his icy blue eyes to Misaki and offered a friendly smile. Despite the icy tone of his eyes there was a certain warmth there. "Sup, My name's Kai. I'm a first year- well actually first day meister. And don't worry about me asking you to be my weapon, I never did do that well with long range, or dual swords since I like to have one hand free so I can use my soul menace technique once I get inside an enemie's guard. Nice to meet ya." He said, scratching the back of his head as he did so and looking up, contemplating how the girl had gotten all the way up there in the first place. After a moment of deliberating, he decided he could simply ask her. "By the way, how the hell did you get on top of the candle anyways?" The new meister asked with a chuckle.

Kai shuddered at the thought of being dissected by Dr. Stein. Kai's father had fought alongside Stein of course, but Kai had never met the insane man in person. Dad... it's been almost two years. I promise i'll make every single witch pay for killing you. I don't care if only one of them did it, they're all going to pay. Kai shook his head out of his personal thoughts, and watched in well concealed awe as Misaki used that green circle of energy to propel herself to the top of the candle. "No. I suppose I can't do that... but I bet you can't do this!" He called up to her with a wicked grin. He closed his eyes and focused on his soul wavelengths, willing them into his palms. slight static charges could be seen for a few seconds, before he upped the energy output. Suddenly, huge arcs of soul energy could be seen arching up and down his arms. After a couple of seconds, he made the arcs of energy dissipate. It was an attack maneuver that usually would send opponents flying, except for the fact that he had no opponent to use it on at the moment.

Kai looked up and whistled, he a newfound awe for Misaki. "Now that's impressive! where'd you learn a trick like that?" He asked the high up weapon. He decided that this girl was his new friend. She was funny, very pretty, nice, and powerful, so why wouldn't he want her to be his friend? Besides, he didn't really know anybody at the school so he didn't have any other friends to begin with. "Now um... How do I get out of these swords?" He asked with a small laugh.

Daniel slowly walked into view," misaki i do hope you are not hurting new students. you know i like to do that." daniel smiled as he looked up at misaki and pulled out a camera and started snapping pictures at an odd angel almost like he was being perverted.

Daniel cracked a smile as he tossed the camera up for her to catch as he spun to knock her feet out from under her if this worked when she fell his arms woul catch her stopping their faces from each other.
