My Favorite Race just happens to be the ManMer or more commonly know as the Bretons. I love the fact that they are half human and half Mer or Elf. I feel like they should have more of a connection with all there Mer counterparts. Like the Altmer a very big part of how there Race started and they still act as they are beneath them. Or the Bosmers Don't count them among the Mer population. My only question is what the Falmer thought of them since I think they could make a ruturn to the world.

I love me some bretons.
The other day I went on to the wikia and just sat there and read all I could for a good hour or two.
Very interesting stuff on the aldmer blood.

I always play a high elf. I've loved elves since I started reading books of the fantasy genre when I was in middle or high school, and the Elder Scrolls' high elves fit the image of what I picture the classic elf to be: tall, graceful, intelligent, beautiful, and yes, maybe a bit snooty.

Khajit for definete, although wood elves were cool too. I like the khajit cause I always play stealth characters, they have the best starting sneak and lockpicking so its always a good start and plus their design is cool. x3

I am almost always a Breton. I love, as someone mentioned above, that their half and half, as well as their ability to regenerate magicka and use magicka so well. I almost always rely mostly on magic, and a bit of sword play when I play these games. Though I did start using a Wood Elf and enjoy that as well for Archery, but Breton will always be my favorite. I also usually am a Battlemage when it comes to being a Breton.

I'm torn between two races: the Khajiit and the Breton. I always make a Khajiit character first because they are the ultimate thief/rogue, which is my favorite class. Nighteye is a particularly useful power. I like the Breton because not only do they have a high magic stat, their magic defense is also high, making them great for Blowing S... Up. Also, they seem to me to be the least xenophobic of races. The Nords are the worst in that respect; if you're not a Nord, be prepared to have racial slurs thrown in your directions. All of the Mer seem to have some aloofness to them, to the point of being rude. Redguards aren't too bad, actually. I don't really know too much about the Argonians, because I only really interact with them while doing Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood quests. And Imperials and I have never gotten along because I'm always on the wrong side of the law. I know Orcs are technically part of the Mer, and I mentioned their rudeness, but the Orc's particular brand of rudeness generally makes me laugh. Okay, my spiel is done.

I love the Khajiit because of the way they look, their night eye ability, their claw attack, plus their skill bonuses are the skills I use most. Also, their culture seems to be a mix between Gypsy, East Indian, and Egyptian. All those cultures I find interesting.

The first time I ever played an Elder Scrolls game (Oblivion, sorry I'm a late comer, but that's what happens when you're born in '96) I chose the Khajiit. Not because they're cats and cats are awesome, but I saw the "Can see in the dark" And thought 'KICKASS!' I found it to be super handy, but wanted to later become a Brenton, since my middle name is Benton, and I became a mage. In Skyrim I decided to follow the Brenton tradition, but decided I to go with the Native of the game and play as a Nord. Now I'm a Nord archer, which is pretty badass. I find the Nords to be pretty good, but the Khajiit will always have a place in my heart.
