Kanani: -wandered about in the plains curiously seeking out what she would encounter and if she would meet someone new-
Hasha: He suddenly turns his head as he begins to hear some sort of footsteps. "now that is strange I didn't think there was anyone out here," he said before trudging in the direction of the sound. "Hello? If there is anyone out there, I'd just like to say hello stranger." he made a soft chuckle afterwards hoping to show he was no enemy they need be afraid of.
Kanani: Blinked as she heard a voice as she walked closer she spotted a male, tilting her head to the side. "I wouldn't say It was strange" she answered
Hasha: As he looked closer to where the voice was coming from. To his surprise it was a female smaller than himself. "Well hello, and you wouldn't?" he said before continuing, "Well I guess it isn't strange at all then." He smiled lightly and held out a paw. "I'm hasha, I actually just belong to the pride right rear here." Part of him hoped he wasn't coming on to strong but he hadn't seen anyone from outside his pride in a while. While he was happy there, he still loved meeting random wanders like the type of life he used to live. Wandering from here there and everywhere.
Kanani: -shook her head- "no I wouldn't...how often do you encounter a female just wandering around?" she asked him before walking a little closer and extending her own paw out "nice to meet you Hasha, my name is Kanani or Nani for short" she said her tail swishing to and fro idly. She glanced behind him.."ah..I see..am I invading your pride's territory? if so I can wander elsewhere" she told him.
Hasha: Hasha took a minute to answer before finally speaking, "Well Honestly Nani you’re the first one I have seen since I entered the pride." He spoke the truth but then again he had just started his guard duties a little while ago. "Though I'm sure my wife to be has seen more than I have, I actually just started this duty awhile ago," he said with a chuckle. He definitely was the worst guard ever. "An oh no you’re not intruding on anything! We welcome visitors after all," he said with a smile, "It is wonderful to meet you though and i do have one question to ask. Where have you come from to end up in this place?"
Kanani: -slightly shrugged before answering- "Nowhere in particular, just roaming the plains and what not...thats about it" she said thinking on it. she frowned slightly since she had yet to meet someone. "well..I'm sure your wife to be is well supportive of you and your duties" she said shrugging again lightly.
Hasha: "Oh I see, well that is the best way to do it." he spoke as he nodded and continued, "I used to do that same thing. All by my lonesome wandering with no attachments." He remembered his past as a wander, he was actually quite a happy chap by then. Though he was happy now too. It was strange how much he missed his old life but loved his new one. His head was taken from his thoughts the second he saw her frown. "I'm sorry if I said something to sad you miss, and she is in her own way." he said trying to think of how on earth her could turn her frown to a smile.
Kanani: -nodded her head- "indeed it is" she answered her tail swishing to and fro. She tilted her head to the side "Don't you miss wandering around and seeing where it takes you?" she asked him. She shook her head "ah..no...you didn't say anything wrong...It must be nice having someone care for you" she said choosing her words carefully as to not offend him.
Hasha: "Honestly I do, miss it. It was good to not know where I'd end up," he said as he stared at the sky before looking back at her. Before he normally would just stay under a tree to sleep and now he had a place just for his head. "Oh okay and it is, it's a different feeling than traveling," he said, "Though honestly the biggest adventure is the whole pride idea. It still confuses me a bit. It takes getting used too." as he finished he laughed heartily. This person was a nice person to random run into.
Kanani: -nods her head- "I see.well..I'm sure you will get use to it in time" she said. She swished her tail to and fro idly. "I'm just wandering to find out where it takes me in this world, since I really don't have much going on in my life at the moment" she said
Hasha: "I'm sure I shall, and oh well I'm sure you will find it soon I promise. It took me a few years of wandering to find my place," he spoke kindly with a smile that could warm even the saddest of hearts. he knew the feeling she felt and he wished he could help. "Trust me you will find it though, and when you do never let it go milady. The world is full of adventures more than you could ever imagine," he said as he thought for a moment before an idea popped in his head. "Though you know if you'd like you could stay for dinner?" he offered sweetly. Since guest were always welcome in his pride, they could stay just for food or for as long as they'd like.
Kanani: -shifted a little uncomfortably- "are you sure.the rest of your pack will be okay with it?" she asked tilting her head to the side a bit.
Hasha: "Yeah they will be fine with," he said with a smile. "After all everyone needs to eat," he laughed and slowly walked towards the border of his pride. He didn't see anything wrong with it, and plus the pride was welcoming to him when he was in need. So why not this female traveler.
Kanani: -shifted a little uncomfortably, she was a little unsure about stepping onto the grounds of prides but she slowly walked after him- "umm..okay"
Hasha: "Great! well I hope dinner will be to your liking," he said. An with that he walked towards his area he called home and smiled. Tonight he could tell was going to be interesting. Maybe storytelling was even in the cards. Only time could tell. Though good company and food was definitely going to be there. With that he smiled and walked, checking back every so often to make sure his guest didn't get lost.
