Memberlist
We list every Crimson Ibis member here. The Members' List allows easy access to members' usernames, and let us keep track of who joined when, if only for the record. This information comes from the Transaction Log, which tells us the date in which every member payed their entrance fee. The Members' List also serves to keep track of the Crew's activities regarding each of the guild's members, be it adding or banning people from it.
RULES
All Crewmembers are required to list anyone they accept into the guild, or give invites to, on this list on the month they accepted/invited that person.
As soon as the person is accepted on the guild or accepts the invitation into the guild, add that person's name to the list in bold. Their names will be changed to normal text either after a month has passed, or after Niht changes them.
If a post for that month doesn't exist yet, make one. Just make sure you list what month and year it is, and then start listing usernames.
About Cleanout
Periodic checks of the memberlist may be done every month to check for inactive people, meaning people who have had zero posts in since join or for a month's time. Strike the names of inactive people off the list. People whose names are striked will be warned by Niht before being banned after one week's absence. Their names will then be deleted off this list.
Whenever you ban someone for violating any of the Crimson Ibis or TOS rules, strike his/her name and add reason for banning next to his/her name. It will be deleted at the time the Captain takes notice.
If you find someone on this list that isn't on the GGN memberlist, simply delete his/her name from this list.
If you find someone on the GGN memberlist that isn't on this memberlist, add them to the current month of the memberlist in bold. Again, either a month's passin or the Captain's actions will return such text to normal.
Failing to add accepted/invited people to this list, as well as inappropiately banning people or otherwise deleting them off this list without proper announcement could make you lose your Crew status.
