Bio: Hii Ga Doi was always, and yet never. Hi Ga comes from the deepth of hell(no duh). Hes bound to this world earth by the souls that mortals own him. One is most importent to him. Ikato Da Aneko's soul. His father made a contract with Hi Ga, about somthing he forgot, but the terms was the soul of his first born. But when he want to collect his payment, his father and mother attacked him. He hade no choices, he killed them. But when he looked over to the child, something Hit Hii Ga.... somthing hes never felt.... he left not collecting his reward.... Next time, it will not happen again.
Abilities/Powers:
+ The voice of the void: Just by saying a word.... it will happen.Exaple, Hii Ga word say the word die... and every thing in ear shoot would die. Faults: this power herts Hii Ga vary badly, and does little effet to DWMA/EWMA students.
+ Shadow gaze: Gives him the abilaty to see every move that his enamys makes and Telaport out of harms way. Fault: Uses alot of of magic, and he uses it for a few seconds.
+ Hii Ga's abilaty with void magic and spells are only matched by the void it self. It is not wise to attack Hii Ga with out a plan.
