History/Background
Carmen De Lune. The striking young girl captured the hearts of many. With her short golden hair, her skin of honey and milk, her eyes that reflected the sky--she was told to be God's gift--no, an angel. A Goddess. She represented some sort of divine force. She grew up with compliments each passing day,
"Carmen, you look adorable today!"
"I love your eyes Carmen!"
"How is your hair so silky Carmen?"
'Cause I'm damn perfect. She thought, or she began to believe. She was perfect, how else could she look SO damn perfect? She was the envy of everyone. And with the awareness of her flawless beauty, the girl flaunted it. She used to bewitch her friends, her parents, her neighbors--to achieve what her little dainty heart desired. And they gave to her. "Oh, how can I resist a face like that?" her brother on the other hand? He was a brute, thick skinned, heavily built, a little round on the face--He has dirty brown hair,small pupils that where a murky brown--why, it as hard to believe the two where related at all. He hated his sister, he knew of her bewitchment, and he was jealous of her looks.
One day, Carmen came home with a miniature dollhouse cradled in her arms, she placed it upstairs and played with it silently--until she smelled smoke. She scurried down the stairs only to be stopped, the whole kitchen was on fire, and it spread through half the house. She screamed for her Mom, her Dad, her Brother---Somebody.
She turned and saw her Brother behind her. She ran to him and grabbed him.
"MOVE! we have to find Mom and Dad, call the Police----" It was the last thing she suspected when her Brother picked her up by the cuff of her little pink dress and walked her over to the fire.
His eyes, where cold and ruthless.
"Brother!" Carmen screamed, she reached out to him to let go--but he slapped her hand.
"If your gone..." He began, as a twisted smile ran across his face "...Will I not be ignored or compared to you after this?" He laughed, "yeah. I won't. I'll be...perfect with you." With that he dropped her into the fire, as it engulfed Carmen. "BROTHER! BROTHER! BROT--!" She screamed as she reached her hand out, she turned a little with her diminishing strength and saw her Father. She assumed her Mother was dead, as she crawled out from the fire--her skin was peeling off like moldy wallpaper. Her eyes where consumed by the fire, her hair burnt off, the right side of her face gone--her left arm--history...pretty much, Carmen was hideous. She called the cops, and told them what had happen but her Brother was gone, off the records. She underwent surgery, changing herself completely, her blue eyes gone, replaced with green and purple... her silky hair replaced with pink doll hair, her skin patched up by herself with her sewing kit. She became a witch later, consumed with hatred as she ate every soul of a human she came across.
She developed another personality, as she feels guilty for her crimes--but her revenge often takes control of her.

She sits as a lonely doll sometimes, or just walks around the town at night.

Flaws/Weaknesses
Her Schizophrenia causes her to be irrational, and choose unwisely at times, she is also deathly afraid of fire. Lastly, she's extremely vain.
Abilities
STRINGS - If she manages to grab something of yours, (ex. hair, a piece of clothing...etc). She can momentarily control you. However, she is awful at close range so this attack is quite difficult for her.
SPIDERWEB - As her broomstick is a giant, silver needle--she can summon string and it will form a web-like substance to trap the opponent, with her needle like broomstick, she can try to stab you--but that normally doesn't work as she ends up cutting up her own web.
HEAL - She can stitch up her wounds while in battle, however, her attacks get weaker as she focuses her magical energy on herself.
MIRRORS - Summoning around 7 mirrors with her magic as an illusion to surround her opponent, while she hides within of the mirrors for a surprise attack on the enemy. The only flaw is, if the enemy punches the right mirror she's in, she's put in a small daze and her magic gets a bit weaker.
