 Honoka was sitting in their garden tending to the flowers that were growing, she loved maintaining a garden with her twin. It was a place they could share and talk about whatever was on their mind. She stretched before taking the hose and watering the plants that grew in their garden. She lightly brushed her hair out of her face, humming lightly to herself.

Kokoro smiled as she returned from the market with her basket full of food instead of the flowers it held when she had left that morning to find her sister in their garden. Their garden was their shared joy. "Honoka, I'm back. How is the garden?" She stepped through the gate and smiled. They looked exactly alike except for the markings on their thighs.

Honoka glanced up from watering the garden "its doing well, i'm just in the process of watering the plants" she said with a smile turning the hose off and standing to meet her sister. She peered at the food in the basket "So what did you grab for us?" she asked her. The twins weren't sure what happened to their parents so they practically raised each other. IN some cases the two had the exact same taste in food with one of them liking one thing more then the other.

Kokoro smiled motioned for her sister to follow her inside. "Just a few things, the produce selection was amazing." She pulled a medium ribbon tied box off of the top of the basket. "I also got a small cake for us to split later." She put the box in the cupboard and looked at her sister. "You should come with me next time."

Honoka followed her sister inside "I'm sure..it was" she answered with a smile. Before glancing at the medium tied box "cake is always good" she said. She tilted her head "perhaps I should" she said thinking about it.

Kokoro smiled lightly. "How was your morning, Honoka? I left here pretty early." As she spoke she moved the basket to sort through the fruits and vegetables. Carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and potatoes for the veggies. Apples, oranges, pears, peaches, and an assortment of berries for the fruit.

Honoka thought for a moment before answering "it was okay, nothing too exciting" she said with a smile. Before helping her sister sort through the assortment of fruits and veggies. "we should make some stew or something she answered. Thinking about it did any of them know how to cook.

"That is a good idea." She smiled over at her sister and stretched slightly. "We'll get it started then get back in the garden." She grabbed a knife from the knife block and began chopping up the potatoes. "Did I forget to grab anything you wanted?"

Honoka shook her head "Nope you got everything" she put in before grabbing a chopping board and starting to chop up the tomatoes "So...anything exciting happen in your life lately" she asked her twin as they prepped the ingredients for the stew.

Kokoro smiled lightly and shook her head. "No, nothing of note. Besides, if anything had happened I probably would have told you as I was coming through the gate. The only people I speak with are those who buy our flowers and they never linger too long to have a conversation in which names are even exchanged." She shrugged lightly and moved to grab the black pot next to the hearth putting the chopped vegetables. "And you? Has anything interesting happened with you?"

Honoka nodded her head "To be honest, nothing exciting has happened to me either" she said admitting it. "though I wish something exciting would happen" she answered thinking about it as she chopped up some carrots.

Honoka nodded her head "that is so true" she said before putting the chopped tomatoes and carrots into the pot. She swished her tail to and fro "hm..you forgot to get peppers" she piped up "I suppose we will make due without the peppers this time around" she said thinking about it.

Kokoro paused at her sisters comment and sighed, "You're right. Next time we will make a list so we don't forget, okay?" She scooped the potatoes into the pot and smiled lightly. She cared for the mare greatly. They were all each other had and Honoka was very precious to her. "Was there anything special you wanted for the garden? It's your turn to pick a flower."

Honoka nodded her head "next time we should create a list" she agreeded before taking a spoon and stirring the tomatoes,carrots and potatoes. She thought for a moment "we could plant sunflowers" she put in.
