Wants everyone to get along, although he's not very talkative. Bio: Kyuzo's parents divorced when he was only two, each choosing to raise one of their sons. Kyuzo, the older, went with his father, while his mother chose to adopt their newborn son and move away from Sapporo. His father was a member of a martial arts dojo, and as soon as Kyuzo was old enough to hold a practice sword he began trying to emulate his father. When he was only ten though, his father succumb to illness, and Kyuzo was placed in an orphanage with only an old monk and a few volunteers. Though he had the opportunity to seek out his family a few times, Kyuzo never searched for his mother or brother, and the only news that he ever had of them was that they were alive, living in Sumaru City...and that his brother's name was Katsu, or Tatsu, or something like that. Kyuzo was often distanced from those who never knew their parents at the orphanage, but always tried to do his best to protect and befriend the others. His determination to protect others, and to save an important connection to his father, led Kyuzo to spend much of his free time practicing sword techniques and reading books about the Ni-Ten Ichi Ryu style his father practiced. Through some old books, he learned that the founder had been Musashi himself, and any time he had to himself Kyuzo dedicated to learning these skills; during festivals and celebrations in the city, Kyuzo often performed using what he knew, helping to spread interest in whatever activity was sponsored at the time. On the day of his graduation from the temple, Kyuzo received two swords from the monk who had taken him in; although he tried to return the gifts at first, the monk explained that they were from the temple's storage, and had cost them nothing. He had chosen this as the time to clear them from their garage so to speak, and made Kyuzo swear never to use them towards evil ends. Kyuzo now works as a security guard at the Sapporo Dome, though he's a bit over-equipped, they continually say...but usually, he simply responds with a quick nod, which most assume to mean...well, no one's really sure what it means. Bio: Tatsumaki grew up with a single Father, who never seemed to have much time for him. So, after a long while of living in yet another mundane, boring school, she heard something about a certain small little town, with a really bad reputation for things happening. Not that they would tell her that, instead leaving her to her little fantasies. When they moved in, she joined in as a transfer student...along with many other people. Though she found herself eclipsed again, she heard some rumors going around, through the Military officials at the schools, and some gossipy students. Somehow, someone was distributing some kind of illegal App, and it was rumored to open up a portal to another world, to call forth an otherworldly being. Though she'd initially dismissed it as a hoax, one night before bed, she found the app on her phone, and idly decided to activate it. Though she'd believed it to be another sham, she was surprised to actually see an otherworldly being appear before her very eyes......Along with the demon itself, who found itself in a vastly different place, now bound to the girl. Though a scuffle broke out, she was eventually able to get the better of the demon, and bring it into her services. (Much to his Chagrin) With such a thing happening to her personally, she's just elated to see what kind of things they can find in the town of Inaba....and how deep the proverbial Rabbit-Hole goes. ::Original Character (App Summoner):: Quote: Gaia Avatar: [Mods will do this.] Gaia Name: Necromonium Quote: Name: Justitia Nicknames: Justy Age: 16 Appearance:  Homeroom: 2-2 Love Interest: Well, no one immediately comes to mind...Buuuuut...Personality: Justy's energetic, and a very active person. She has a bit of trouble standing still for periods of time, always wanting to be doing something with her time. Despite this, she's surprisingly level headed when it counts. She's easily excited by things, but has a tendency to also tire of them quickly, if something doesn't maintain her interest. Unlike her Cousin though, she's not always looking to be the center of attention, preferring to stay in the crowds...Except when she's running for the team, of course. Bio: Justitia is a relative of the now infamous Mao, being his father's brother's only child. Justy grew up a bit lonely compared to Mao, Adell, and the like...But, thankfully, she visited the family quite often, often having fun playing with Mao, Valvajia, and Adell. Despite this, when she went to her own school, she was ridiculed for not being particularly feminine. She had more fun playing with action figures than dolls, and enjoyed watching Kung-Fu flicks, instead of sappy romance movies about sparkly vampires and shapeshifters. And yet, despite her tomboy nature, Mao and his brothers never once treated her any different, always just picturing her as one of them. They grew up happy, and were inseparable... Until Mao's parents broke up, and Adell went off with their mother. Mao went on a sort of feverish 'Quest' to try to get back at his father over time, and Justy was forced to go through her own schooling, without any friends. However, when tragedy struck the household of Mao, Val never returning home after an incident with a bonfire, she started to retreat into herself, coming close to joining him herself.. Something that was quickly halted, as her father presented her with an Opportunity. He and her Mother had to head overseas on a business trip, and they didn't want her to be at home alone. So, they called up Mao's father, and managed to convince him to take care of her until they got back. So, like that, Justy gathered her things, and made her way to the small town of Inaba. Glad to see her cousins again, and elated at the chance for a fresh start, in a new environment. And yet, as she was getting off her train and checking her messages, she found something...peculiar now firmly locked into her phone. The Demon Summoning App..... I'm busy with things!Personality: Kouda tries very hard to put on a cool front...But he's easily fired up, and bad at hiding his emotions. [He's got no poker face.] Despite trying to be cool, and aloof, he's always busy, thinking about other things...Or, wondering about other stuff. He tends to constantly get distracted..and though he tries to suppress his own passion for other things.....He can rarely do so for long. When something he's impassioned with is brought up, he's almost aggravatingly informative on it...But, if it isn't something that catches his interest... Bio: Kouda was born into the Pekodama family...A family of famous swordsmen and women...Who were very serious about their work, and had been at war many many years ago...Renowned for their legendary power, speed and strength...... Or, so he was told by his family, time and time again. In his own reality, they ran a Dojo....And forced him to learn the way of the sword, against his will.Though he naturally had a lot of Talent with the way of the sword, he was reluctant to practice, always goofing off, browsing sites, reading manga, and other things a teenager would do. He did the absolute minimum to handle his parent's concerns...And then would promptly move on to do things that were more important to him. And...And...Experiments....*Drooling and panting* Personality: Mao is a bit....unhinged to say the least. He's sharp, and self-centered at times, but absolutely fascinated with knowledge of all kinds. Has a tendency to perform various....experiments on people or things. Seems overly excited when meeting anything new, or strange. Also appears to be very well versed in the ways of the 'Hero' and such. (See Bio) Bio: Mao has always been (a little) out of the ordinary for a kid. Since his youth, he's been a gifted child, and had little to no problem figuring out any sort of problem that school had given him. A child prodigy.....well, would have been. At the age of 8, he witnessed something involving his father that traumatized him, and caused him to shut off from dealing with people. Instead, the boy found his comfort and such through various other means. Comic Books, Video Games, Anime, and the Internet. He relgiously used these escapes in order to learn more and more, reading up on things from Physics to Superman. If it existed in written form, he read it. As he did, he started to notice a pattern in some of them in particular. Whenever there was a great evil afoot, there would rise a Hero to vanquish the Evil. Noticing this, and with his father in mind, Mao decided to practice the ways of the hero so that he could defeat the Tranny of his father, and right all of his wrongs. He went back out and did various good deeds, and took on various assignments, remarking on how he'd need to do many different fetch quests before he could go to take on the big boss of the game called life. Though suprisingly few people ever offered him any awards or EXP like in the games... However, he's a bit obsessed with the idea of understanding everything. So, if something new, or strange is brought to his attention, he has a vast, almost overwhelming desire to figure it out. Which leads to less than ordinary (or Pleasant) experiences with him, making him a rather unpopular individual to hang out with. She has a habit of teasing people lighty, and making light of the Faux-pas people tend to stumble into when talking to her. Has a tendency to try to take care of people if she can, mainly through reassurance, or as a shouder to lean on. Also tends to be a little more direct and has less of a range of personal space, using her hands to give her feel of things. Bio:Mei has lived her life as plainly as she could hope. Born blind, she had a bit of trouble, going to several different schools to accomodate her needs, still getting an education. Though she lacks sight, Mei is still very much intelligent and hardworking, seeing it as an obstacle to overcome, rather than a hindrance. She had kept quietly to herself for most of her life, before settling down in Inaba with her family. Though she still holds an aura of the mysterious or of the frail, despite being neither. Personality: A bit of a loner, and a coward, Garry has a good heart, but never really fit into a crowd. He likes to keep his distance from things at times, but isn't afraid to talk...just a little unpracticed. Bio: Garry's a mostly quiet person, with an unimpressive life. At Eighteen his family got him to leave the house, get a job, and basically get on with life. The closest place that would hire him was the local Junes, and as such, that was his life for a while. Go to work, go to sleep, go home. Rather mundane....Until a fated encounter with a random demon set a spark under his foot, causing him to panic and run away. Though he managed to pull through it, his house was rather damaged, and he was forced to move. Thankfully, Junes had been all too willing to transfer him to another area at his request, and he found a newer, cheaper place to live. Unfortunately, the demon seemed to have followed him there too, and with another incident, he was forced to move yet again. Time and time again, he'd been pushed from place to place, eventually coming around to Inaba. A quiet, and very affordable town, thanks to the outbreak in random supernatural instances in the area. Sometime after he settled down, his cell phone had obtained a mysterious Application as well, (The Demon summoning App) but, when he booted it up, it seemed his demon didn't want to come out and play. Thanks to this, he was left believing the App to be mostly an intricate joke set up by some hacker. However, a little more experimenting did reveal to him the ability to use a bit of Magic through his phone, so it wasn't all bad....if not a bit on the strange side. A few days later, he encountered a mysterious homeless girl, practically begging to stay with him. Despite many attempts to find her parents, (and to rid himself of her), Garry eventually relented, allowing her to stay with him. Daisuke seems like a nice enough guy... Personality: Tadako's a relaxed, calm girl with little worries, and big aspirations. Though she can be serious when she wants to, usually she has a relaxed air about her, and doesn't fret over the small stuff. Bio: Tadako grew up in an Orphanage with many other children. However, unlike most Orphanages that people think of, this one wasn't really all that special. She had time with other kids, she went to bed with them, and they did things together. The person who worked there wasn't mean, and all in all, she was content with her quiet life. A while later though, the orphanage got a new child, who seemed overly fond of little hand-puppets, and had lost his parents to a murderer. Hearing this, Tadako ended up approaching him, and the two became fast friends, herself being one of the few people not bugged by his overly intricate hand-puppets. One day, a strange person came asking for the little boy, being a friend of his family and planning to adopt him. Seeing Tadako being friendly as she was with him, the figure ended up adopting her along too, making her and the boy siblings, as they moved to Inaba. She joined the soccer team shortly after, and their new parent was slated to become one of the teachers, Tadako enjoying the rather calm and quiet life of Inaba, despite all of the strange, nasty rumors. She'd figured out that one of them in particular, pertaining to a mysterious application on her phone, had in fact been true, though after subduing her demon, she pretty much pretended it didn't happen. She wasn't adverse to being a heroine of Justice, but she'd rather not blow her cover so easily, and attract all that kind of attention, ya know?
