Lightning Senbon: The user focuses their chakra into a single finger after making a few hand signs and then shoots the lightning chakra from their finger.
Static Wall: Emitting chakra from their palms the user strikes out to block the opponent, the blocks are placed in a manner that the chakra from the palms fall into a barrier like wall.
Stun Gun Technique: The user fires a ray of shocking currents and must make a ranged attack against any living creature within 10 feet. The effect is much like that of a taser.
Cramp Technique: The user sends the charge into one of the targets limbs, cramping it up and making it stiff as the electrical current messes with nerve signals.
Thunder Ball Jutsu: The user forms a ball of electricity within their palm and launches it at their target- it is known for scorching living organisms and passing through non-organic objects.
High Voltage Touch Technique: The user envelops their own hand with electricity that is able to shock and scorch a target upon touch; the touch does not impede the hand's movement.
Reasons why they joined Akatsuki: Dawn's hometwon was on the Akatski's kill list due to a bad choice on the Mayor's behalf; a lot of his friends that didn't get out in time died.. And Dawn was never much for running, it wasn't lack or courage or anything but Dawn was never much for speed. He was outpowered in mere seconds; brought to his knees before the Akatski and he had chosen to join, rather then death.
Bio: Dawn grew up in a small town in the grass lands, there were never a lot of people in his town so he knew everyone there; but that only worked one way. Since birth Dawn was a quiet child, never speaking much in class and heading straight home after class was out. His class was taught by a boring teacher, his classmates were delinquints that never cared to get Dawn to speak, but when the student's were finally introduced to the Jutsu's so that the kid's could be moved out after years of training to a larger town and possibly make a life for themselves, there wasn't much use for a trained ninja in that small of a town. Every student quickly took it up though, the childish stories of heroic ninja's made every student eager for a while, in till work became harder and they started slacking off in school once more- all but a few and amongst the few was Dawn. He was always fascinated with the study of electricity, the power that it held within a storm intrigued him so much that he began learning Jutso's faster then the teacher would even care to keep track of, and who could blame him? The teacher knew only a few jutsu's himself, and all of themr retaining to way's to teach easier.
A year after Dawn started using his Jutso's successfully, producing sparks and lighting his path he began to try harder jutso's, which led him to his first accident with lightning. During his jutso Dawn was startled from a noise behind him and his fingers slipped, his chakra shifted and a crash of lightning shot down beside him quickly- lighting a bush on fire and within the grasslands fire's were serious. There weren't many, ever so there was many under brush that caught fire quickly and within moment's a fire was sweeping along the grass lands and amongst the crackiling flame he found the source of what startled him, a delinquit was sitting in the bush behind him and as it caught fire the kid squeeled with fear and ran off in the opposite direction. For the next few years the number once cause of fire in their town: Dawn, it was Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn.. Dawn causing the fires through accidents and no matter how many times he was punished by his parents he continued practicing; and the kid's began thinking that he was practicing Fire Jutso's, one of the kid's who seemed to have read too many fairy tails because he quickly named him Phoenix, a being of Fire. Oh joy. The name caught on quickly amongst the student's in his class, mostly with the delinquint's and no matter how many time's he told them that he was interested in Electricity Jutso's they quickly told him to shut up- typical delinquints.
The year's of training passed, the amount of Fire's decreased as Dawn got better at control, as well as the town getting better at handling fires- and it was then that the Mayor of the town attracted the Akatski's attention, bringing the town to it's demise and Dawn to his subjugation away from anything that was familiar. He is the newest recruit to the Akatski, and doesn't look forward to it one bit.
Personality: Quiet, mercifull, heroic, stubborn, cocky, intelligent and abbrasive.
