They already do this! One of my friends called Comcast (aka CON CRAP) to complain because CON CRAP throttles his connection and it's ruined Andy's Word of Warcraft gaming.
I guess I better start downloading stuff before I get my connection choked too, huh?

Piracy. will. never. stop. Ever. There will always be some way for people to send each other pirated music/movies/games/software/etc.
they thought getting rid of megaupload would solve the problem, but no, everyone was just forced to be more creative in their file sharing.
what they're doing now, seems like taking away our freedom online. It's not the ISP's business to turn our internet off because of what we do online.

i do believe that there are ways to get around this but i wish i knew if there was a petition or something that people could sign to just stop it in the first place :/
