I. Introduction
A. Hello
My name is Chromo, and I will be your English teacher. I started learning languages in my Freshman year of high school (when I was around thirteen years old). I've been interested in languages ever since. I'm currently a French, Spanish, and Latin student, but I hope to learn so many more, including some offered here. I am especially looking forward to learning more Latin. This guild has an excellent teacher, and you should check out his Latin thread when you get a chance.
B. About These Lessons
This thread is designed for those that speak a different language and are wishing to learn English. You don't need to know any English coming in. However, I will warn you. This thread isn't designed for those that wish to memorize a few phrases and start speaking quickly. This thread is for those that wish to learn the actual language, grammar and all.

II. ResourcesA. DictionariesWordReferenceB. Google TranslateI am strongly advising against using Google Translate. In fact, I'm telling you that if you use it, I will cry myself to sleep at night. And I'm not kidding about the last part. It butchers everything that it touches. I can smell Google Translate from a mile away, so please don't use it.
